World War 3 Afghanistan, 12 – 16 December 2014: More USAID taxpayer rip offs, proving it was all about the oil! Occupation of Afghanistan is covert child trafficking op?

Balkh Province: Near Mazar-i-Sharif City USAID is about to spend $125-million USD to build a natural gas fired 200mw power plant: “The United States Government is convening international and Afghan business leaders with Afghan Government officials to discuss business opportunities in an exciting new market. This will help meet Afghanistan’s growing demand for power through the development of clean and efficient domestic energy resources.”-Roy Plucknett, USAID deputy mission director

Ghor Province: Independent journalists have discovered that 40 warlords control the province.  The warlords are not Mujahideen but survivors of the civil wars of the 1990s.  It’s estimated they control armies totaling 10-thousand personnel.

Helmand Province: In Washer District, 12 government personnel working to remove landmines near Camp Bastion were shot and killed.  Police claim they engaged Mujahideen on the Helmand-Kandahar highway, killing nine.  Police also reported that two of their own were killed.

Kabul Province: The National Directorate of Security (NDS) reports that children are being trafficked out of Afghanistan through Pakistan.  Recently a man was arrested trying to smuggle 27 children between the ages of five and 10.  In Kabul City, the Secretary of Supreme Court was assassinated when his car was hit by machine-gun fire.  Another Afghan National Army bus was hit by Kamikaze bomber, six killed ten wounded.  The Czech Republic is working a  deal to rebuild outdated T-55 tanks for the Afghan National Army.

Kunduz Province: In Khanabad District, a mortar round impacted on a home, killing a woman and wounding her two children.  Police say it was the result of two unknown groups fighting each other.

Kunar Province: The Afghan National Army reports ongoing battles with “hundreds” of Mujahideen in Dangam District.  At least 45 people killed.  Some reports say militants from Pakistan are involved.

Laghman Province: In Qarghai District, civilians drove over a landmine, one person killed one wounded.

Nangarhar Province: In Pechigram District, the Afghan National Army launched an offensive, claiming to have killed 17 Mujahideen and wounded 16 others.  In Behsood District, children on their way to school tripped a landmine, the explosion wounded six.  In Chaparhar District, a police FOB was attacked, four people killed, four wounded. In the same district police report five Kamikaze bombers killed prematurely when their bomb vests went off too soon.  In Pachir Agam District, several police FOBs were attacked, at least five people killed, dozens wounded.

Nuristan Province: In Want Waigal District, local police called in a U.S.-NATO airstrike (drone) killing eight people.

Parwan Province: After days of U.S.-NATO drone strikes on villages locals got vengeance and bombed Bagram airbase, killing one U.S. Army Specialist and one U.S. Army Sergeant 1st Class.  The U.S. DoD says a Army convoy was hit by explosion, Mujahideen say they attacked the base with multiple artillery rockets.  Reports reveal that the “first U.S. torture victim” was turned over to the Afghan government.

Regarding the school bombing in Pakistan, Afghan Mujahideen suggest it was a False Flag op by government personnel saying  “…Taliban have no voice. The so called spokespersons & statements are from the foreign intelligence services…”  Remember, it was a Pakistan Army run school, so how could such an attack be so successful (141 people killed)?

160 militia-personnel of the Army National Guard’s 136th Engineer Company (Maine U.S.A. ) notified that they will be deploying to Kuwait in 2016, in support of operations in Afghanistan.

A Reuters report says Afghanistan wants international taxpayers to give them a $537-million USD bailout loan, or better yet, grant!   Another report says many ‘up to date’ Afghans now get paid in one of two main ways; check or PayPal.  The problem with PayPal is that it refuses to deposit money directly into Afghan banks.  Afghans must go through a third party called PayOneer in order to get their money from PayPal.  A Kamikaze bomber attacked Estiqlal High School, killing one German and wounding ten Afghans.  Estiqal is the second oldest private school in Kabul City, managed by the the French Foreign Ministry.  A report reveals the possible reason for attacks on schools; privatization.  It’s called operation Private Education Institutions (PEI) and critics say it will create a huge social class divide.  They also claim that privatization of schools is only undertaken by failed state systems.  An Afghan foreign minister claims Iran will provide 500 university scholarships per year for Afghans to study in Iran.  Outgoing U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel made a surprise visit and announced that the Obama regime will keep at least 10800 personnel in-country through 2015, that’s 1-thousand more than first promised.  Hagel then swore that there will be only 5-thousand U.S. personnel in-country by the end of 2015.  Hagel revealed the Obama regime’s so called troop reduction plan is being delayed because other NATO members are not willing to take up the slack (in other words, the overall NATO troop levels are supposed to be unchanged).    From January to November more than 46-hundred Afghan government personnel have been sacrificed for the United States, making 2014 the “bloodiest year” yet for the U.S. occupation of Afghanistan.  NATO’s International Joint Command (IJC) officially ended operations: “IJC will be subsumed into a coalition that is soon downsizing to about 13-thousand personnel.”-U.S. General John F. Campbell.

Parwan Province: In Ghorband District, the villagers of Syagard report that a U.S.-NATO drone attacked a group of teenagers, killing five of them.  However, NATO administrators swear the group of teenagers were actually militants and that they killed 17 of them!  To make things more convoluted, unnamed local government administrators in Shenwari District say a U.S.-NATO drone strike killed at least 12 people.   The U.S. Obama regime claims to have shutdown their infamous Bagram prison.  The Obama regime also claims the U.S. is no longer detaining anybody in Afghanistan, but that’s because the U.S. is now transferring their prisoners out-of-country.

In a U.S. federal court in the state of Pennsylvania, two food contractors pled guilty to war profiteering.  Switzerland based Supreme Foodservice GmbH and United Arab Emirates based Supreme Foodservice FZE overcharged U.S. taxpayers in providing food for their military personnel, by as much as 125%!  The two contractors used a third company (JAFCo) in a shell game to hide the exorbitant markups.  The contractors were fined only $389-million, and prohibited from doing business with the U.S. government for only five years.

More proof that corruption begins with the United States: “Our job is to oversee all of the money spent on reconstruction by any agency of the U.S. government in Afghanistan. Up to now that amounts to $104 billion– more than we have spent in any country in the history of the republic……We have made 89 arrests, issued 106 indictments and won 76 convictions. We have reached civil settlements totaling $14.8 million, issued fines and penalties of $16.9 million and have saved or recovered $492.4 million……We can’t impose controls ourselves….People ask me how much money has been wasted….So much money been spent and we haven’t looked at every contract….between $5 billion and $10 billion a year going to support the Afghan government, going to salaries and roads, to support the military. Plus, there is still over $14 billion that has been authorized and appropriated but not yet spent. The increasing frustration with the budget difficulties year after year may have to be solved by re-evaluating our ability to sustain current service and employment levels in the General Fund…..Over the last few days, we’ve had to reduce General Fund spending requests by $1.7 million to get to a 7.5% ending balance. And, those figures don’t account for any pay adjustments. If pay adjustments are included, the needed reductions become $2.6 million. We don’t have many vacant General Fund positions.
