World War 3: U.S. deploys chemical battalion to South Korea! “Large scale full spectrum conflict” expected!

The U.S. Army’s 23rd Chemical battalion has been re-deployed to South Korea.

The unit fought in World War 2 and the First Korean War.  They were based in Korea from 1988 until 2004.  They’ve been based in Washington since then.

In October 2012 it was announced that the NBC unit was re-deploying to South Korea. Even then U.S. officials were concerned about a Second Korean War: “In Korea, like no other place on the globe, the potential for large-scale, full-spectrum conflict against the U.S. and its allies exists on a daily basis.”-U.S. 2nd Infantry Division statement

The mission of the battalion is to counter Nuclear, Biological and Chemical (NBC) threats.

World War 3: North Korea demands all South Koreans get out! South Korea says no such demand received! North Korean missile systems on the move! Yes, they have ICBMs that can hit the Pacific Coast of North America!

The ROK Yonhap news agency reporting that the DPRK is demanding all South Koreans must leave Kaesŏng Industrial Region (KIR).  However, Republic of Korea government officials swear they’ve received no such demand from Democratic People’s Republic of Korea: “The North required some companies to submit their plan to leave Kaesong for Seoul by April 10. But, it was misinformed as if it was a demand for all pullout of workers from Kaesong.”-ROK Ministry of Unification statement

Yonhap news agency also reporting that DPRK medium range ballistic missiles are being moved to the east coast along the Sea of Japan (facing the Pacific).

The Yonhap article says the missile move was what prompted the U.S. to send THAAD system to Guam.  There is speculation the ballistic missile will be launched mid-April (possibly on 15 April, is there a connection to the 10 April date for South Koreans to get out of KIR?).  U.S. and ROK analysts think it is a new BM25 Musudan (aka Taepodong X, Nodong/Rodong-B and Mirim) missile.

North Korea has never test fired the missile, it was first revealed in October 2010.  It’s estimated to have a range of 4000 kilometers (2485 miles), which puts Guam within its reach.  North Korea has already declared the ‘launch area’ a no fly/no sail zone.

But wait, there’s more!  Japan’s Asahi Shimbun reporting that North Korea’s long range KN-08 ballistic missiles are also being moved to the east Sea of Japan coastline.  The missiles have a range of 10000 kilometers (6213.7 miles).  That puts the Pacific Coast of North America within their reach.

Asahi Shimbun says their source for the information comes from military officials in South Korea, Japan and United States.

U.S. Media Bullshit! Report Brazil gun violence down after anti-gun law passed! Same day as CCTV video released of three unarmed teenagers getting blasted by two men with guns, and cops just sat and watched! Gun control did not prevent school shooting!

I’ve read several U.S. main streamer media sources lauding Brazil’s anti-gun law, claiming it reduced the murder rate!

Brazil’s Institute of Applied Economic Research says the homicide rate did drop, by 2 (two)!  In 2010 the homicide rate was 20 out of 100000 people, that’s two people less than the rate for 2003 when the Disarmament Statute was passed.  A two person drop in seven years of the gun ban, and they call that proof anti-gun laws work?

Another problem, the reports I saw did not specify homicide by gun, they simply said homicides.  As far as I know that could include homicides not involving guns.  Also, it did not mention overall violent crime, which has been on the increase.

In January 2013, the BBC reported a shooting at a samba school in Brazil, then went on to blatantly lie saying Brazil did not have any tough anti-gun laws.

It was the BBC that reported a more recent shooting of three unarmed teenagers, right in front of cops who did nothing.  See the video report here. Interestingly the BBC report admits that violent crime has actually gone up since the Brazilian anti-gun law was passed!

In 2011 there was a mass shooting at a school in Brazil.  You can watch CCTV video which includes news video.  The CCTV shows kids running for their lives, and in the news video one guy says It was just like in the United States, except for one thing, Brazil has stricter anti-gun laws!

World War 3: North Korea denies South Koreans access to Kaesŏng Industrial Region!

South Korea’s Unification Ministry reporting that North Korea is not allowing South Koreans entry to the Gaeseong slave wage labor complex (aka Kaesŏng Industrial Region, aka KIR).

The KIR actually benefits the capitalist corporations of South Korea, by providing cheap North Korean labor.

The DPRK threatened to close it down just a few days ago.

Western media has lied and said the KIR was a money maker for North Korea, yet in 2009 North Korea demanded better pay for its workers, notice this is also when tensions with the DPRK increased.  Then in 2012 the DPRK demanded the ROK companies to start paying a fare rate in taxes.  Many of the U.S. influenced capitalist corporations claimed that even with the dirt cheap labor they were not making profits, and said they could not pay up! Notice that 2012 is when tensions with DPRK began to escalate.

The KIR has actually become an economic must for South Korea, and they are now demanding the KIR be re-opened: “South Korea’s government deeply regrets the entry ban and urges it be lifted immediately.”-Kim Hyung-seok, Unification Ministry spokesman

World War 3: South Korea preparing for preemptive strike against North Korea! Will not wait for United States!

Japanese media reporting that Republic of Korea announced they are preparing to preemptively strike Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.

It was revealed by South Korea’s Defense Minister, Kim Kwan-jin.

While South Korea has made similar plans in the past, they were always in conjunction with the Untied States (inadvertently revealing that the U.S. has planned to attack North Korea in the past).  This time South Korea is taking a unilateral stance!

South Korea is now using drones (UAVs) to overfly North Korea.  If they suspect the North is about to launch an attack (based on what their recon drones see) they will launch a massive preemptive missile attack.

Morton Grove, Illinois, proof that gun bans don’t work! Anti-gun freaks lie about crime stats! City official admits it’s about taking away your Constitutional rights!

For those rejoicing at the precedent setting, Obama backed, United Nations gun control law, beware!  Morton Grove, Illinois, is proof that gun control does nothing to reduce violent crime!

In 1981 Morton Grove banned handguns (pistolas).  In 2008, after decades of apparently no overall reduction in violent crime, plus growing law suits, the city quietly rescinded the gun ban.

Some reports say immediately after the gun ban crime jumped 15.7%.    I tried checking on 1981 to 2008 crime stats for Morton Grove.  I finally came across a crime stat site that said: “Police agencies in Morton Grove do not report crime data individually. As a result, we are unable to show you crime data about Morton Grove, Illinois itself…….Independent statistics for Morton Grove, Illinois are not available from the FBI UCR program.”

The site then says to use the Cook County UCR.  Even the Federal Bureau of Investigation said, in their 2010 UCR, that Illinois data for that year cannot be compared to previous years, because law enforcement in Illinois changed how they reported data.

This makes me wonder about all those anti-gun articles that claim to have crime stat data showing the gun ban reduced crime in Morton Grove!   I’ve read some anti-gun articles that use UCR data from after Morton Grove rescinded their gun ban, and then they tried to say it was proof the gun ban worked!

If the gun ban was working to reduce crime, why did the city leaders rescind it?

There is a 1986 Chicago Tribune article (Morton Grove Gun Ban Quietly Turns 5), basically a five year anniversary look at the effects of the Morton Grove gun ban. A police official admits it was having no effect on reducing crime: “It’s safe to say the ordinance has had little if any impact on it.”-Bob Davis

A former city official admitted that crime in her city is too complex to solve with a simple gun ban: “Our ordinance here is just a symbolic, cosmetic solution to a complex problem, and I don’t think it has made one bit of difference.”-Joan Dechert

The article also quotes a city official, revealing his unAmerican attitude and his desire to destroy your Constitutional rights: “We proved once and for all that there is no constitutional right for a person to own a pistol. In that sense, the law has been a tremendous success.”-Martin Ashman, Village Corporation Counsel

But even the unAmerican Martin Ashman admitted that the gun ban wasn’t doing what they wanted it to: “We haven’t really seen much benefit from the ordinance yet. I don’t expect to in the near future. But maybe our grandchildren will get some real benefit out of it?”   (can you say Ass Hole!)

“In order to provide for the emergency management of the city, and further in order to provide for and protect the safety, security and general welfare of the city and its inhabitants, every head of household residing in the city limits is required to maintain a firearm, together with ammunition therefore.”-city of Nelson statement

The city of Nelson, Georgia U.S.A., passed a new gun control law on 01 April 2013.  That law makes in mandatory to own a gun!

The law exempts people who can’t afford to buy a gun, people with mental or physical problems, felons, and pacifists.

Neslon is the second city in Georgia to pass such a law.  Kennesaw is the other.

Kennesaw passed their law back in 1982, and city officials say it resulted in a huge drop in crime, by 89%!

“It did drop after it was passed.  After it initially dropped, it stayed at the same low level for the past 16 years!”-Robert Jones, Kennesaw Historical Society, statement made regarding crime stats from 1982 to 1998

By 2007 Kennesaw had gone 25 years without a single murder.

The American Civil Liberties Union challenged the law in court, and lost, because the law is Constitutional!

World War 3: North Korea re-starts nuclear complex! UN leader hints at first strike by United States! Reports that North Korea could adopt German economic laws?

“…the current crisis has already gone too far.  Nuclear threats are not a game…….I’m convinced that nobody wants to attack DPRK because of disagreements about its political system or foreign policy. However, I’m afraid that others will respond firmly to any direct military provocation.”-Ban Ki-moon, United Nations Secretary General

The UN leader made the statement after the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea announced it was re-starting the Nyongbyon (Yongbyon) nuclear complex. 

“We are taking action to refurbish and reactivate the reactor together with all other nuclear facilities in Yongbyon including a uranium enrichment plant.  The decision is in line with our two-track strategies of building the economy and developing nuclear power at the same time.…All projects will be executed without delay.”-DPRK statement

The complex was shut down in 2007, as part of agreements with the United States, Republic of Korea and China.  South Korean officials said the nuclear complex re-start was a violation of agreements that could justify war: “I watched the report. It would be very regrettable if the news report is true.”–Cho Tai-young, ROK government spokesman

In Germany, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung reported that DPRK officials are seeking help from German economists and lawyers in changing their economic policies. Apparently North Korea does not want to follow China’s lead in economic policy, and is more interested in Vietnam’s economic model.

Breaking news: There is now International Gun Control, and the United States voted for it!

The United Nations passed the precedent setting international gun control law, known as Arms Trade Treaty.

Three countries voted against it, 23 countries abstained.  154 countries voted for it, including the United States.
