Exceptional Failed State: Hagel admits U.S. is broke, asks Trilateral Commission allies to take on burden of War on Terror! Cuts in military pay & benefits are a given! War on Terror was in vain!

06 November 2013 (04:45 UTC-07 Tango)/02 Muharram 1434/15 Aban 1391/04 Gui-Hai (10th month) 4711

“Coming out of more than a decade of war and budget growth, there is a clear opportunity and need to reform and reshape our entire defense enterprise.”-Chuck Hagel, U.S. Secertary of Defense, 05 November 2013, admitting in a round-a-bout way that the U.S. military is broke

War monger Hagel gave a speech at the war mongering Center for International and Strategic Studies.

“In some cases we will make a shift, for example, by prioritizing a smaller, modern and capable military over a larger force with older equipment.”

Isn’t that what the Russians did after the fall of the Soviet Union?

Hagel also warned that cuts to pay and benefits (welcome to Obama Care boys & girls!) are needed to prevent the Department of Defense (DoD) from becoming a “…well-compensated, but poorly trained and equipped…” military force.

The Japanese news media is reporting that Hagel is planning to officially ask Japan to prepare to take over some U.S. military ops.  Japan news media also says the U.S. will now focus the spending of precious little tax dollars on helping Trilateral Commission allies expand their military might.

Hagel admitted the War on Terror was a wasted effort and that in the future the U.S. military “….must be used wisely, precisely, and judiciously.”  Basically he said all the military deaths and life long disabilities, up to this point, were in vain!

The DoD is supposed to cut $500-billion in spending in the next ten years.  That’s on top of an already initiated $487-billion in cuts!  If this isn’t proof the U.S. is broke….

“Our ideals and principles, as well as our national security……..That’s what makes America different. That’s what makes us exceptional.”-Barack Obama, 10 September 2013

Trilateral Commission member, Japan, to create new Homeland Security office!

Japan enters U.S. data collection/spying market!

The Trilateral Commission was founded by David Rockefeller in 1973.  The official goal is to foster economic and political co-operation between Japan, North American countries and European countries (notice these are the regions that are currently in big economic trouble).

In 2000, the Japan membership was expanded to include many other Asian countries, and is now called the Pacific Asia Group.

In April 2013, Japan became a member of NATO (which has become the Trilateral Commission’s military unit): “…..You might ask why the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization should come to the Pacific region.  The answer is very simple.  Today’s NATO is a new NATO.  It’s a NATO with a global perspective.  It’s a NATO with global partners.  And Japan is our longest-standing global partner…..NATO and Japan are like-minded……we can help the United Nations and the international community to reinforce the rules-based international system……we need common approaches and responses…….To confront global threats such as terrorism, cyber attacks, and proliferation…..And I am delighted that later today, Prime Minister Abe and I will sign a Joint Political Declaration to guide our future work.”-Anders Fogh Rasmussen, NATO Secretary General, from statement made on the morning of 15 April 2013, Japan National Press Club

World War 3, Asian Front-Afghanistan, 16-18 October 2013: More rip offs for U.S. taxpayers! Red Coats admit to intimidation patrols! Diggers use Israeli tactics to kill children! Qur’ans being rigged as bombs?

Baghlan Province:  A vehicle full of “public order police” ran over a landmine.  At least three cops killed, two wounded.

Helmand Province: A British empire inquiry into the deaths of six Red Coats last year revealed they had been sent out on patrol simply to intimidate Afghans.  The Major who ordered the men on the patrol stated to the inquest that he ordered the patrol to keep Afghans on their “back foot”.  The men were in a Warrior APC, which drove over an anti-tank landmine which was so powerful it ignited all the ammo in the armored vehicle, killing everybody on board.  It turns out the decades old Warrior has some serious problems, and the inquest discovered they have not been fixed: “Two thirds of the army’s Warrior armoured vehicles in Afghanistan still have not had crucial safety improvements made to them 18 months after six British soldiers were killed when theirs was turned into a fireball by a huge bomb…..The Warriors, one of the workhorses of the British army, are to be fitted with a upgraded fuel tank not so liable to burst but so far only eight have undergone the fix with another 21 still waiting for the work to be carried out.”-The Guardian, 17 October 2013

Kabul Province: Kabul City, Germany closed its embassy for security reasons. German intelligence agents warned of an attack. No further info given.  Shortly after it was confirmed that the German embassy was closed an explosion and then gunfire erupted.  Afghan government officials said a suicide bomber and a group of Mujahideen attacked a military convoy in the city’s 9th District.  The 9th District (aka Green Village) is home to many foreign government personnel.

Kandahar Province: In Ghorak District, a U.S.-NATO airstrike killed at least 11 people.  Local government officials say they called in the airstrike to stop a major Mujahideen offensive.

Logar Province: Afghanistan’s National Directorate of Security (NDS) says that the governor, assassinated in a Mosque days prior, was killed by an exploding Qur’an.  The Qur’an bomb was in the Mosque near the governor, who was killed instantly, at least 20 people wounded.  However, a local Mujahideen group is taking credit for the assassination and says they placed the explosives under a stage in the Mosque.

Parwan Province: Yet another suicide attack on a U.S. convoy out of Bagram airbase.  A man tried to ram his bomb laden motorcycle into the convoy.  Government reports say only the suicide bomber was killed.

Uruzgan Province:  An investigation says Australian Special Forces Diggers were behind an Israeli style home invasion, back in September, that left a man and his six years old son dead.  It took place in Tarinkot City.  Diggers claim they had info that the house was a terrorist hideout.  Investigators say the Diggers didn’t just burst into the home, they came in with their automatic weapons blazing away.  The father and son killed as they lay in their beds.  It’s not the first time Diggers have been accused of targeting children. The evil British empire Aussie Defence Force issued this hypocritical statement: “The ADF takes all reasonable steps to ensure its operations do not put the lives of civilians and non-combatants in jeopardy. Deployed ADF personnel operate under strict rules of engagement designed to minimize the risk to civilians.”

After more than a decade of occupation, and hearing U.S. government leaders claiming to have al Qaeda or Taliban “on the run” or “decimated”, a new report says the U.S. government simply replaced Taliban with warlords.  Those warlords are now running for Afghan president and preparing for another civil war.

The U.S. Special Inspector General for Afghan Reconstruction (SIGAR) has revealed an age old problem that rips off taxpayers by at least $230-million USD; spare parts orders.  And that dollar amount is just relating to operations in Afghanistan.  The problem was rampant when I was a Cold War soldier and airman.  The main cause is officers ordering repair parts before seeing if they already have the parts on hand.  I also saw this being done by government contractors on military bases.  There are huge warehouses filled with spare parts, yet despite that new parts are constantly being ordered.  The other problem is that parts suppliers are still ripping off the U.S. Department of Defense (just as they were during the Cold War).  As an example, investigators found a wheel for an aircraft ramp, worth no more than $7, was being sold to the military for $1678!  Other examples include stocking of parts for equipment that is out of date, or no longer used.

The U.S. military is preparing to get out of Kyrgyzstan.  The U.S. has been ordered by the Kyrgyz government to get out by July 2014.  The U.S. will now use Forward Operating Site Mihail Kogalniceanu, in eastern Romania, as its air logistics hub for Afghanistan.

In Ireland, people protested at the Shannon airport, which was used to rendition Afghans by the U.S. military.  The peaceful demonstrators were protesting the 12 years of U.S. occupation of Afghanistan.  Several people were arrested, for taking pics of aircraft, which according to The Centre for Research on Globalization is not a crime.  The U.S. military still uses Shannon airport.

In India occupied Kashmir, a local government official revealed the future of Afghanistan; it means a return to power of the Mujahideen: “We want them to support us diplomatically on the international level, they should raise their concerns for Kashmir after they [Taliban] become successful in forming government in Afghanistan.”-Syed Ali Geelani, Hurriyat (G) chairman

Exceptional Failed State: Proof the False Flag U.S. War on Terror is the cause of terrorism! Terrorism now at record levels!

29 October 2013 (06:06 UTC-07 Tango)/24 Dhu’l-Hijja 1434/07 Aban 1391/25 Ren-Xu (9th month) 4711

“Ever since 9/11, British and American officials have screamed terrorism over and over and over every time they get caught doing bad things they shouldn’t do………What we revealed is that the spying system is largely devoted not to terrorists but is directed at innocent people around the world.”-Glenn Greenwald, journalist who revealed NSA scandal

According to the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism, the number of terrorist attacks around the World jumped 69% from 2011 to 2012.

The National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (aka START) is actually a U.S. Department of Homeland Security operation run through the University of Maryland.  But that should not stop you from realizing that the skyrocketing number of terrorist attacks coincide with the U.S. led War on Terror.

Interestingly START says al Qaeda affiliated groups are still the number one threat, despite repeated claims by both Bush Jr and Obama regimes that al Qaeda is on the decline.

George W. Bush actually said al Qaeda was no longer a threat: “…we’ve arrested or otherwise dealt with many key commanders of al Qaeda……Let’s put it this way — they are no longer a problem to the United States and our friends and allies.”-3rd State of the Union speech, January 2003

In November 2012, it was documented that the Obama regime stated at least 32 times that al Qaeda was defeated: “…al Qaeda has been decimated…”-Barack Obama, 01 November 2012

So is Homeland Security’s START lying?

START warns that 2013 will break 2012’s record for al Qaeda led terrorist attacks.

“We are convinced that a big chunk of this is real change in the world. We’ve seen a fairly steep upward trajectory in the total of terrorist attacks and fatalities worldwide.”-Gary LaFree, START

“There’s just a lot of killing going on along sectarian and religious lines.”-Daniel Benjamin, counter-terrorism analyst

Yeah, who’s really to blame for that?

“Our ideals and principles, as well as our national security……..That’s what makes America different. That’s what makes us exceptional.”-Barack Obama, 10 September 2013

World War 3, Asian Front-Afghanistan, 13-15 October 2013: United States training Syrian insurgents in Afghanistan? Police state ID cards being sold off!

Helmand Province: In Kakaran City, a British empire Red Coat was killed when Mujahideen ambushed his unit’s patrol.

Kandahar Province: In Takhtapol District, four border cops were killed when they drove over a landmine.

Kunar Province: In Wataput District, reports by local police that two children were killed by Mujahideen, for spying on them.

Logar Province: The governor was assassinated while he was praying in a Mosque.  20 people inside the Mosque were wounded.

Nuristan Province: In Du Ab District, a artillery rocket attack killed seven people, wounded 10.  It’s not clear where it came from, some suspect Pakistan.

Paktika Province: In Sar-e-Rawza District, at least seven people killed by U.S.-NATO airstrike.  The airstrike was called in by desperate local cops during an attack by Mujahideen.  In Sharana City, a U.S. Army 3rd Battalion, 10th Special Forces Group soldier from Pennsylvania was killed by an Afghan National Security Force cop.   It was a Green on Blue attack, but local U.S. news media reported he was killed in battle.  That’s what they were told by the lying U.S. DoD, but ISAF stated “An International Security Assistance Force service member was killed Oct. 13 when an individual wearing an ANSF uniform shot the ISAF service member in eastern Afghanistan.”

Paktiya Province: In Gadez City, local cops wounded a suicide bomber.  They then took him to a hospital, but for some reason did not remove his explosives.  He blew himself up in the hospital.  Cops claim the only casualty was the suicide bomber.

Parwan Province: Reports that Bagram airbase was hit by at least 12 artillery rockets.  No reports of casualties on the airbase.  ISAF said the U.S. retaliated with airstrikes, killing one Mujahid, but Mujahideen said they suffered no casualties.

Uruzgan Province: In Tarinkot City, two suicide bombers killed themselves and wounded dozens of people.  Local government officials claim the bombers’ explosives went off early, before they reached their target.

Afghan President, Hamid Karzai, was outraged to hear from Russia that U.S.-Israel-Saudi supported insurgents in Syria are being secretly trained in Afghanistan.  Karzai ordered an investigation.  He made the announcement right in front of U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, during a press conference.

Mullah Mohammad Omar, the man the U.S. has repeatedly claimed to have killed, warned against a new U.S. Afghan military alliance: “The invaders and their allies should understand that the strategic agreement will be accompanied by grave consequences for them. They might get these documents rubber stamped by a fake Loya Jirga but it will not be acceptable to the Afghans. Throughout the history, the real representatives and Loya Jirgas of the country have never signed documents of slavery.”

Reuters reported that the police state voter ID cards are being sold off by the people who were issued them for as little as $1.89 USD!  They’re being sold to people who turn around and sell them to political campaign managers, for $4.73 each.  Those campaign managers are planning on using them to cast votes for their candidate in the 2014 elections.

Contrary quotes by U.S. vice president Joe Biden: “….we’ll be totally out of there, come hell or high water, by 2014!”-December 2010 Meet the Press interview

“We are not leaving…….We plan on continuing to work with you, and it’s in the mutual self-interest of both nations.”-comments made to President Karzai in a January 2011 press conference

World War 3, Asian Front-Afghanistan, 10-12 October 2013: World Bank reverses optimistic outlook for Afghanistan! Mujahideen capture major ISAF base! U.S. forces kidnap prisoner from Afghan forces! Skateboarder blows up convoy! Clothes are now considered weapons!

Daykundi Province: Afghan government forces and U.S.-ISAF forces launched an offensive to take back a base in the Kajran and Baghran area.  They admitted Mujahideen kicked their asses five days ago and captured the ISAF base.  ISAF claims they killed 26 Mujahideen and wounded 34 during the retaking of the base.

Farah Province: In Bala Baluk District, people in Kerani region took to throwing rocks at U.S. military convoys that pass through their village.  The villagers say they are tired of U.S. led Israeli style night time home invasions.  In Bakwa District, U.S. led  forces conducted an Israeli style home invasion.  Four teenaged males and five white beard elders were kidnapped.

Helmand Province: In Nawzad District, reports that Georgian-ISAF  personnel abandoned their FOB in Garma Karez area.

Kandahar Province: In Zhari District, villagers in the Anarak area of Sanzari region report a U.S. led Israeli style home invasion that killed a father and his two sons.   Stars and Stripes sheds some light on how Mujahideen kicked the asses of a U.S. Army Ranger unit several days ago.  A female suicide bomber blew herself up as Rangers were about to conduct an Israeli style home invasion, also in Zhari District.  The unit was then hit with multiple explosions.  75th Ranger Regiment spokeswoman, Tracy Bailey, said casualties are much higher than first reported: “I can’t get into the details. I can tell you we had 30 wounded.”

Khost Province: In Mandozai district, a suicide bomber rammed a U.S.-NATO convoy. Local police say the only person killed was the bomber.  Four civilians wounded.  Mujahideen say U.S.-NATO forces suffered dozens of casualties.  Mujahideen say the bomber used a surf, which is Afghan lingo for skateboard.

Logar Province: In Poli Alam City, a recon drone crashed.  Mujahideen say they captured the wreckage.

Nangarhar Province: In Jalalabad City, a suicide bike bomber blew himself up while trying to crash a police compound.  Two cops killed, one civilian killed.  Eight cops wounded.

Zabul Province: In Shahjoi District, people say they witnessed a U.S.-NATO drone catch fire in mid-air and crash.  In the same district, locals say U.S.-NATO forces turned over a base to Afghan government forces, who then abandoned the base, as well as several check points, days later.

The U.S. media touted the U.S. capture of a top Pakistani Mujahideen leader, Latif Mehsud.  However, it was actually the Afghan government that captured him.  Afghan officials say U.S. forces stopped their convoy, which held the prisoner from Pakistan, and then U.S. forces took Meshud from them by force.

Sending winter clothing to Afghanistan will get you arrested in New York City.  Two men were arrested and accused of being terrorists: “These defendants, as a result, were not merely conspiring to supply clothing items to people in Afghanistan, they were conspiring to make the enemy more effective….”-Richard. A. Brown, Queens District Attorney

The World Bank is backing off years of optimistic economic forecasts for Afghanistan: “Economic growth is expected to reach 3.1 percent this year and 3.5 percent in 2014, down sharply from 14.4 percent in 2012……mainly driven by increased uncertainty stemming from the political and security transition.”

Exceptional Failed State: U.S. NSA admits it is controlled by Israel?

27 October 2013 (18:16 UTC-07 Tango 26 October 2013)/22 Dhu’l-Hijja 1434/05 Aban 1391/23 Ren-Xu (9th month) 4711

French news media reporting that U.S. National Security Agency documents imply that it was Israel’s Mossad and ISNU that used NSA’s division known as Tailored Access Operations (TAO) to collect 70-million French phone calls.

French intelligence suspected the phones were being hacked because they traced the hacks back to the NSA’s TAO.  However, TAO officials flat denied they or the British empire members of the Five Eyes alliance were involved.  When it came to answering questions about Israel, TAO officials simply said “TAO intentionally did not ask either Mossad or ISNU whether they were involved as France is not an approved target for joint discussions.”  Their “intentional” avoidance of questioning Israeli agents suggests they knew Israel was behind it.

World War 3, Asian Front: Pakistan attacks Iran, Iran executes Pakistanis! False Flag op to justify U.S. invasion?

27 October 2013 (18:02 UTC-07 Tango 26 October 2013)/22 Dhu’l-Hijja 1434/05 Aban 1391/23 Ren-Xu (9th month) 4711

On the night of 25 October, 14 Iranian border police were killed, six wounded and three cops were kidnapped (some reports say six cops were kidnapped), in the region of Saravan.  Iran says the attackers came from the U.S. ally Pakistan.

Iranian officials protested to Pakistan’s chargé d’affaires in Tehran.  Iran says the attackers are U.S.-Saudi supported anti-Shia terrorists.

Because of a lack of response from the U.S. ally Pakistan, on 26 October Iran hanged 16 captured Pakistani anti-Shia terrorists.  Iran says in the past 30 years more than 4-thousand of their border police have been killed by U.S.-Saudi backed anti-Shia terrorists and illegal drugs traffickers.

World War 3, West Asian Front: The new Zio-Wahabbi Empire of Saudi Israelia, twist on prophecy of Gog and Megog! Palestinians to be sacrificed to create Israel-Saudi Arabia alliance?

26 October 2013 (03:18 UTC-07 Tango)/21 Dhu’l-Hijja 1434/04 Aban 1391/22 Ren-Xu (9th month) 4711

“When you hear the Saudis talking about what needs to be done in order to prevent a nuclear Iran, I mean it sounds familiar. I think that you can hear that Arabic sounds familiar to Hebrew when it comes to Iran.  In order to prevent Iran from having a nuclear weapon, we need to cooperate with those [Kingdom of Saudi Arabia] who understand that Iran is a threat to them as well. But unfortunately, the open conflict with the Palestinians makes it impossible or very difficult for them to act with Israel.”-Tzipi Livni, Israeli Minister of Justice

“Gog and Magog are at work in the Middle East.”-George W. Bush to French President Jacques Chirac.  Reports say Chirac consulted with religious scholars to figure out what the hell Bush was talking about.

“If the Israelis and Saudis merged into one country, just think how much fun they could have together bulldozing Christian and Islamic history, religion and culture!”-Kevin Barrett, political analyst

World War 3, Asian Front-Afghanistan, 07-09 October 2013: Hundreds of people disappeared! More U.S. taxpayers ripped off! Japanese taxpayers give away $13 million! U.S. puppet warlord admits War Crimes! $12 billion oil deal!

Helmand Province: In Greshk District, a suicide car bomber killed two civilians and two cops, four cops wounded.

Maidan Wardak Province: Three villages in Syed Abad District were hit by U.S.-NATO Israeli style home invasions. Reports say explosives were used to access some residential compounds.  Eight people kidnapped, six motorcycles and three cars/trucks destroyed.

Nangarhar Province: In Shirzad District, a major battle resulted in at least 20 Afghan National Army killed, 27 wounded.  A woman and two kids were wounded, and one Mujahid killed.  In Khogiyani District, a ANA soldier was killed by Mujahid sniper.  In Achin District, villagers report that U.S. forces raided a home, killing a husband and wife and their son, and kidnapping their nephew.  In Khogiyani District, reports that 150 villagers have gone missing!  The reports also say whoever took them also took all their personal possessions.

Uruzgan Province: In Chinartu District, reports that for the past 15 days villages have been hit by Israeli style home invasions by U.S. led government forces.  Mosques and schools have been targeted as well.  Dozens of people beaten and kidnapped.

Zabul Province: In Qalat City, people reported that a security guard working for U.S. forces at Qalat airbase started shooting at U.S. forces in a guard tower.  People don’t know what happened to the guard but think many U.S. personnel were shot.  The airbase was locked down and no Afghan employees were allowed in or out.

Presidential candidate and war criminal,  Abdul Rashid Dostum, admitted his role in murdering fellow Afghans by apologizing for it: “It is the time that we should apologize for the Afghan people who were sacrificed due to our policies. I am taking the first step, and apologize for the people who suffered from the violence and civil war in the country.”

President Hamid Karzai called a grand meeting (Loya Jirga) to decide the fate of the Obama regime’s demands for a new military pact.  Some Afghan senators are refusing to take part.  Karzai also blamed U.S. led NATO for making Afghanistan insecure: “On the security front the entire NATO exercise was one that caused Afghanistan a lot of suffering, a lot of loss of life, and no gains because the country is not secure.”-BBC interview

Despite dealing with natural and man made disasters, the Japanese government gave $13-million USD of their taxpayers’ money to Afghanistan.  Actually it was given to United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), which will then give it to the Afghan Independent Directorate of Local Governance.  This is already on top of $21-million Japan gave directly to the Independent Directorate of Local Governance.

The United States Air Force has given the Afghan Air Force two brand new C-130 transport aircraft.  They’re part of a planned total delivery of 24 C-130s.  The U.S. taxpayer is forking over hundreds of million of dollars to pay for the aircraft.  Originally the USAF was going to give Italian C27s to Afghanistan, but after already spending $600-million on the deal it was decided to go with C-130s.  U.S. taxpayers are also giving Afghanistan recon drones and 20 Super Tucano training aircraft.

While the U.S. government continues to spend taxpayer’s money on weapons for other countries, the Pentagon halted death gratuity payments for families who had sons or daughters killed in Afghanistan.  The excuse was the supposed government shutdown, which actually affected only 18% of government spending.

The Afghan Ministry of Mines announced $12-billion worth of oil contracts.  The lucky winners are Turkish Petroleum International Company (TPIC) and Dragon Oil from United Arab Emirates.

“There is a bloody war happening, and no one is talking about it!”-Ahmad Majidyar,  American Enterprise Institute and adviser to the U.S. Army

“Bush stopped talking about Afghanistan almost immediately after he shifted focus to Iraq.  Afghanistan was truly a forgotten war when Obama took over and it became it again after the surge was over.  The result is the public really has no idea what’s going on there.”-A. Trevor Thrall,  George Mason University

“….a lot of Afghanistan’s future depends on whether Western nations feel guilty enough about the mess they made to stay involved.”-Graeme Smith, International Crisis Group

“…we’re tired of it…”:-U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Mike Toole, in Kabul

07 October was the 12th year of the U.S. occupation of Afghanistan.  I found it amazing that the pro-occupiers interviewed on main streamer U.S. TV continue to say the U.S. has to stay in order to get the “remnants” of al Qaeda.  Really, after 12 years of massive repression by the U.S. there’s still “remnants” of al Qaeda?   Most people would considered that a big Fail!

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) blamed the United States for turning Afghanistan into a narco-state.  The UNODC said the U.S. has done nothing to create an economy that is not reliant on illegal drugs or corruption.  Under international law, if you invade and occupy a country you are legally responsible for everything that takes place during your occupation.

17-18 July 2013: MORE PROOF THE UNITED STATES COMMITS WAR CRIMES! PROOF THAT WOMEN ARE WORTH MORE THAN MEN IN AFGHANISTAN!

Exceptional Failed State: Sandy Hook school being torn down to destroy evidence!

25 October 2013 (18:39 UTC-07 Tango 24 October 2013)/20 Dhu’l-Hijja 1434/03 Aban 1391/21 Ren-Xu (9th month) 4711

“The process of demolition is incremental, staged precisely and executed carefully. There is no wrecking ball action; it is rather a piece by piece, section by section removal.”-Pat Llodra, Newtown First Selectman

Associated Press (AP) reporting that Sandy Hook Elementary school is being demolished.  The school was the site of a mass shooting.

The shooter, who supposedly killed himself,  just happened to be the son of an elitist banker being investigated for the LIBOR scandal.  It was also revealed that the shooter was on prescription drugs that cause people to go nuts.

AP said the demolition contractor was told to destroy all building “materials”  in order to protect the victims privacy!  The city of Newton was given $50 million USD by the state of Connecticut to get rid of the old school and build a new school.
