No permit needed: Concealed Carry Idaho!

01 July 2016 (15:00 UTC-07 Tango 01) 11 Tir 1395/25 Ramadan 1437/27 Jia-Wu 4714

Beginning today Idahoans can now carry a concealed gun without a permit.  Don’t confuse this with the Open Carry law that’s been in effect for more than a hundred years.

Also, it’s been legal to Conceal Carry outside city limits, but now the new law says it’s legal to permit-less Conceal Carry inside city limits.  (I was amazed by how even our local Idaho TV news media made it sound like this new law is the first time anybody could publicly carry a gun)

KOA CAMPGROUND TRIES TO TAKE AWAY IDAHO RANCHER’S RIGHT TO OPEN CARRY GUNS ON HIS OWN PROPERTY!

U.S. Food Crisis June 2016 : Ohio farms human trafficking! No more Eggo? Maryland kills park geese to feed homeless!

Incomplete list of announced United States food supply shutdowns for the month of June, 2016: Many food suppliers/distributors are consolidating operations and killing jobs due to the collapsing grocery store and restaurant industries, as well as rising costs of food production, spread of disease and extreme weather.

Circle of Blue reports that since 2010 there’s been an average increase of 48% in municipal water rates across the U.S., despite a 22% drop in residential water use since 1999! In other words, to make up for citizens actually conserving water (like they’ve been told to do, for decades) cities have lost money and are jacking up rates!

Alabama: After 55 years McCollum’s Catfish and Seafood Restaurant shutting down next week, the owner saying “Food cost have gone up, and we just don’t have the business to keep it open.”

Arizona: In Phoenix, Sir Veza’s Taco Garage suddenly shutdown its Speedway location because “It just didn’t fit our needs anymore.”  In Tempe, after 33 years Nello’s Pizza shutdown, supposedly to be replace with a different pizza joint.

California:  In Santa Fe Springs, JBS USA Food issued a shutdown WARN, 60 jobs lost by mid-August.  In Tracy, Taylor Farms issued a mass layoff WARN, 192 jobs lost by mid-September!  In Oakland, after 50 years Nellie’s Soulfood Restaurant shutdown, the family owners called it quits and local news reported customers are shocked.  Save Mart issued a shutdown WARN for their Vacaville distribution center, 325 jobs gone by mid-August!  Mi Pueblo issued a shutdown WARN for their Newark grocery store, 76 jobs gone by mid-July. Illinois based food service company Levy Restaurants issued a shutdown WARN for their Ontario location, 167 jobs gone by mid-July!  Vegetable grower Hiji Brothers shutting down, 260 people in Oxnard jobless by August!  Switzerland based Nestlé issued a layoff WARN, 72 people in Modesto jobless by the end of July (supposedly temporarily).   In Los Angeles, restaurant Yamashiro shutdown, 82 jobs lost. Also in LA, Bloomingdale’s shutdown their 59th & Lex Cafe, 17 jobs lost (supposedly temporarily). In Santa Monica, Buca Restaurant 2 issued a shutdown WARN, 39 jobs lost by August.  Food packager Pactiv shutdown their Vernon operations, 106 jobs gone!  In Salinas, food packager Foothill Packing has been fined $235-thousand USD for falsely firing U.S. citizens and replacing them with H-1B migrants: “The employer claimed the workers — who were U.S. citizens — had failed to meet production standards. Investigators found that many of them had consistently exceeded the production of many of the foreign workers doing the same jobs, yet Foothill did not terminate these foreign workers.”-U.S. Department of Labor press release

Colorado: In Colorado Springs, after 33 years the Old Chicago Pizza joint shutting down mid-July, 48 jobs threatened due to the landlord jacking up the rent: “This is 100% a leasing situation.”-Todd Wyatt, regional manager

Connecticut:  After 16 years Salem Feed & Grain shutting down due to declining sales, the owner will focus on other businesses.

Florida: Miami news media report the following restaurants shutdown; Cena by Michy, The News Lounge and BLT Steak.

Idaho: Janitorial contractor DCS lost its contract with WinCo Foods, at least 121 jobs suddenly gone!  Due to a lawsuit, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing its approval for the way Idaho measures toxic arsenic levels in lakes and rivers. It sounds similar to what happened in Flint, Michigan: “EPA violated the Clean Water Act when it allowed arsenic levels in Idaho waters that are up to 1,000 times greater than the agency has determined are acceptable for this toxic chemical. EPA placed political expediency over human health protection.“– Nina Bell, Northwest Environmental Advocates

The U.S. Department of Agriculture declared Canyon, Owyhee, Payette and Washington counties drought disaster areas: “The water quantity through the reservoir systems, through the river systems for irrigation was very good and is still very good. However, you do have those pockets….dryland, non-irrigated, that rely on Mother Nature.”-Mark Samson, USDA

“Members of Idaho’s agricultural industry sponsored a bronze plaque honoring Armando Orellana, the long-time director of Idaho’s Mexico trade office, who died in March.  It hangs on the wall of the Hispanic Cultural Center of Idaho in Nampa.”

The Idaho Statesman revealed that at least 4-thousand 4-hundred “guest workers” were brought into The Gem State in 2015 under the guise of there not being enough people to work the farms!

In Jerome County, “A farm worker ……was flown to the University of Utah Hospital after an irrigation riser blew apart and a three-quarter-inch steel crank handle impaled his eye socket.”

Some good news? 15 years after shutting down their Power County phosphorus operations FMC declared their EPA superfund site is now ready to be the new home to Rupert based Valley Agronomics‘ new fertilizer plant (Valley Agronomics is owned by Minnesota based Land O’Lakes). The arrogant ‘christian’ governor of Idaho, Butch Otter, proudly boasted that this was a sign the area’s economy has “risen from the ashes” and then flat lied by saying “…when somebody says we’re gonna return, we’re gonna come back! You can trust us that we will keep our promise in coming back. I want you to remember this day Valley Agronomics and FMC because they told us that! They told us that we can trust them…” This is a lie because it’s not FMC “coming back”, and Valley Agronomics never operated out of the site before! The so called Phoenix Site (as declared by Otter) will employ a measly 50 people once it’s up and running in 2017 (incompetent local TV stations have been reporting 70 jobs created, but those are the temporary construction jobs). I don’t think that qualifies as a local economy that’s “risen from the ashes”.

Illinois: Cookie and cracker maker Enjoy Life Foods issued a shutdown WARN for their Schiller Park location, 44 jobs lost by mid-August, no reason given.  Local news say Oak Brook based McDonald’s will start bribing corporate level employees to quit (voluntary buyouts) in July. Insiders report that already “several hundreds” of employees have been made the offer to voluntarily become unemployed.  Aramark Educational Services laid off 297 people after the University of Chicago canceled the food service contract!  In Chicago, after 34 years Itto Sushi shutdown. Pleasant House Bakery shutdown, supposedly it’s being replaced with a pub. Oak+Char restaurant shutdown due to disputes between the owners. The state Attorney General is suing Jimmy John’s sandwich shops for forcing employees to sign illegal ‘noncompete’ contracts!  At the Switzerland owned Nestlé Willy Wonka factory in Itasca a chemical spill caused at least 11 employees to be hospitalized, a total of 17 required attention by EMTs.  In Galesburg, Hammer’s General Feed Store shutdown after 35 years of serving pizza.

Indiana: In Mishawaka, American Pancake House & Restaurant on Grape Road shutting down due to outrageously jacked rent and property tax!  In White Township, after 17 years Ironwood Grill shutdown due to a combination of unaffordable upgrades and a disagreement with the landlord.  In Mishawaka, after 31 years Honker’s restaurant shutting down due to the recession and increased competition: “It was getting harder and harder. We just didn’t have the financial strength to change concepts.”-Jeff Nickerson

Iowa: The city of Des Moines threatening to shutdown Hagar’s Manhattan Deli and the Greenwood Lounge if owner Lee Family Properties fails to make necessary upgrades. The battle between the property owner and the control freak city is years in the making: “He is the worst property owner I have encountered in my entire political career. We can’t get him to do anything, so this is our last resort.”-Christine Hensley, authoritarian city council member

Kentucky: In Lexington, two years after a grand re-opening Shorty’s Market shutting down. The 2013 shutdown and this new shutdown both blamed on lack of sales.  ValuMarket shutting down their Louisville store on Hurstbourne, by July. Local news media says the property owner is redeveloping the property.

Maryland: “100 to 300 geese at two parks in Maryland will soon be euthanized and turned into food to be served at a food banks…”

Massachusetts: Williams-Sonoma shutting down their Holyoke Mall cooking supply store in July.

Michigan:  Kroger shutting down one of two of their West Bloomfield grocery stores by mid-July, 85 jobs affected.  In Midland, Oscar’s Bar & Grill shutting down on Wednesday, according to employees. The owners refused to talk to local news media.  The residents of Flint already pay the highest water rates in the U.S., soon their rates will double due to the incompetence of past ‘elected lawmakers’. Rowe Professional Service says the cost of replacing the water system in Flint will be at least $214-million USD, and take 50 years to do it! The pissed-off Sheriff of Genesee County blames an incompetent authoritarian government for escalating violent crime through lead poisoning: “The crime rate in Flint, for the last 10 to 15 years has been high, number one per capita of violent crime… This crisis…wasn’t created by a natural disaster, people created it. They put dictators into Flint, they called them emergency managers. One of the emergency managers signed over the Flint River without all of the safeguards built in. Now they’re all pointing their fingers at each other, but the lesson has got to be that you cannot take government away from the people. ……this is America? We’re giving money to Iraq….Afghanistan and we’re not taking care of our own people, that’s bullshit!”-Robert J. Pickell, in the documentary Fighting for Flint

Minnesota: After 39 years Shady Acres Herb Farm shutting down, the owners blame their health problems. Without warning Old Country Buffett shutdown restaurants in Duluth and Mankato, the restaurant equipment went up for sale immediately. In Buffalo, the employee owned Coborn’s Superstore grocery store shutting down in July, but not because of low sales.  The administrators claim they need to expand, but the First Street South location will not allow it.  However, there was no mention of plans to build a new store in Buffalo, 60 jobs affected.

Mississippi: After 27 years Que Sera Sera restaurant shutdown after a two years failed attempt to sell it.

Missouri: In Saint Louis, local news media reporting the following restaurants shutdown; The Stratford Bar & Grill, Hilltop, Cafe Eau, Chaser’s, Fort Taco, Lilly’s Music & Social House, Noodles & Company and Soulard Supper Club.  Also in Saint Louis, the Luna Lounge shutting down, the owner saying “a lot of factors” were responsible with the deciding factor being “I don’t want to be working until 1:30 a.m. any more.”

Nebraska: In Lincoln, after 59 years Conroy’s Bakery shutdown.  “Nebraska’s overall economy may appear strong, but a Federal Reserve economist cautions that strong businesses in the state’s biggest cities are masking weakness in rural areas…..  …the farm economy is softening because of weak crop prices and lower land values, so the outlook is more negative in rural areas of the state.”

New York: In Brooklyn-NYC, after 75 years the Florence Food Center shutting down due to migrants! Local news media says the Florence Food Center caters to Italians, but the area is experiencing skyrocketing immigration from “Asians, Russians, Central Americans, and Middle Easterners” while Brooklyn Italians are getting the hell outta Dodge!  Old Country Buffet issued a shutdown WARN for their Bay Shore operation, 42 jobs gone by mid-September. In Mount Cisco, Via Vanti! shutdown due to the operator losing his lease to an unnamed future tenant (the landlord refuses to name the tenant) who is willing to pay much more in rent.  Fairway Lake Grove issued a shutdown WARN for their two years old Fairway gourmet grocery store, 107 jobs gone by the end of July!  France based food contractor Sodexo lost their contract with Mount Saint Mary College, 72 jobs gone by the end of July.

North Dakota: In Bismarck, after six years burger joint Reza’s Pitch shutdown.  The building has been home to several restaurants over the past 40 years, the owner is retiring.

Ohio:  “….the leader, was sentenced to 15 years in prison while….the woman who ran the operation in his absence, was sentenced to 10 years in prison…..    …Most of the trafficking was from early 2013 to late 2014 as the group brought migrant workers from Guatemala to the U.S. illegally and required them to work for their companies providing laborers to Trillium Farms….”

Oklahoma: In Tulsa, after more than 50 years Cooper’s Fruit Stand shutting down due to a death in the family.

Oregon: Despite claiming a “return” in 2002 Coffee People shutdown the last five of its coffee shops. At one time there were more than 40 Coffee People (Coffee Man) shops.  After ten years Altar Bar shutdown, supposedly sold to raise money to open a steel mill.  “Breaking From Custom, One Small Oregon Farm Pays [immigrant] Strawberry Pickers by the Hour”

Pennsylvania:  HMS Host apparently lost its food contract with the Pittsburgh Mills Mall, 51 jobs gone by the end of July.  It’s been revealed that the Presbyterian/Agnostic Warren Buffett owned Kraft-Heinz Tassimo coffee shutdown will kill off 341 jobs by Xmas!  In Chadds Ford, Chef Anthony’s Italian Market shutdown due to competition from larger operations.  The tax hungry city of Philadelphia created a tax on soda, not just for so called ‘sugary’ soda (since the mid-1990s 90% of soda’s are made with GMO corn syrup + chemical sweeteners, not true sugar) but for ‘diet’ sodas as well! The tax goes into effect January 2017.  “Perry County man dies in farm accident, drowns in manure”

South Carolina: Southern Season suddenly shutdown its Mount Pleasant restaurant/cooking school, claiming “…the Mount Peasant store was too large and too expensive to keep open.”  In Charleston, Two Boroughs Larder shutting down by the end of July: “This is one of the hardest decisions we have ever made, second only to the day we opened the restaurant almost five years ago….Restaurant work is not easy….”-owners

Tennessee: Kellog’s eliminating 155 Eggo waffle factory employees in Rossville, by 2017, due to automation upgrades!  In Knoxville, after 45 years (and surviving an arson attack) elitist snobbery restaurant The Orangery shutdown.  The owners would only say that they are “preparing for new opportunities”.

Texas: In Houston, The Durham House restaurant shutdown, apparently after only a few months.   The owner blames a family emergency, but a local news report said it “rarely seemed busy”.

Vermont:  Coffee products maker Keurig still in trouble, now 108 people being laid off as production of Keurig Kold is shutdown! It’s blamed on non-stop crashing sales.

Washington: In Colville, after 11 years Lovitt Restaurant shutting down due to sales not being enough to support the owner’s growing family. The restaurant has been for sale for the past year, the owner’s are hoping to move to a larger city in the hopes they could have better sales.

Washington DC: The USDA has finally approved “the final safety net provisions of the 2014 Farm Bill, which provide farmers and ranchers protection from weather disasters, market volatility and other risk factors”.     The U.S. Department of Agriculture also pushing for stricter rules for the use of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, incorrectly called Food Stamps). The new rules will make it harder for poor people (who qualify, like in Idaho I being a single healthy male do not qualify for SNAP even though I’m poverty level) to buy food by restricting them to only those food sellers that meet new ‘variety’ rules for uncooked/fresh food and restrict the purchase of cooked/prepared food.    According to local news reports the following restaurants have or will shutdown; Atlas Room, Bakehouse, Bistro Francais, Cashion’s Eat Place, Food & Wine Company, Melt Shop, Olivia’s Diner and Poste.

May 2016: “we have no other choice.”

“We’re truly sorry to everyone affected.” : February 2016, U.S. tech/communications industry job destruction

More proof you brick-n-mortar store owners can’t directly blame the internet/high-tech competition for your demise. Incomplete list of U.S. internet/high-tech/communications job destruction announcements in February 2016:

Alabama: In Huntsville, 20 years old non-profit Sci-Quest hands-on science museum shutdown, due to lack of revenues which caused them to miss their January & February rent payments.

Originally they were going to spread the job culling over three years, but now the economy is so bad they will dump all 3-thousand jobs before the end of this year!!!  Palo Alto computer tech company VMware issued a layoff WARN for March, 170 jobs lost due to their merger with Dell! Yahoo said it will also eliminate jobs in New York.  Yahoo also shutting down its BOSS (Build Your Own Search Service) in March. Administrators say it’s because they need to “streamline and simplify”.  Sunnyvale based NetApp confirmed it will eliminate 1-thousand 476 jobs around the world (including hundred of jobs in North Carolina)! It’s blamed on steadily declining revenues.    United Technologies issued a shutdown WARN for their San Diego operations, 103 jobs lost by the end of March! United Technologies recently revealed they are moving some of their electronic controls manufacturing to Mexico.   Iowa based government InfoTech contractor Rockwell Collins will conduct layoffs in Poway, by April.    In Milpitas, electronic sensor maker Moog eliminating 22 jobs by April, as part of their takeover of Crossbow Tech.  San Diego based internet video game accessory maker Mad Catz laid off 37% of its employees due to crashing sales, claiming a net loss of $4.4-million USD in its 3rd quarter of 2015!  After 13 years Santa Monica based internet video game new media pioneer Game Trailers shutdown. In 2014 Game Trailers was taken over by Defy Media, which immediately began killing jobs. One report said the remaining employees were not warned about the sudden shutdown.  San Francisco based interactive entertainment company Kabam revealed how many jobs they are about to kill; at least 76 jobs lost by the end of March.  San Francisco based Indiegogo admitted it eliminated an undisclosed number of jobs “A few weeks ago…..to invest in growth.” (it used to be that layoffs were not seen as a sign of growth) San Rafael based AutoDesk eliminating 925 jobs in order to expedite its transition to ‘the cloud’! Plus the administrators claim they “over-hired” in 2015.

Colorado: Texas based internet insurance referrer All Web Leads issued a shutdown WARN, 103 jobs lost! It might be connected to the November 2015 takeover of rival InsuranceQuotes. After killing off 5-hundred jobs in Washington, California based Concentrix eliminating between 270 to 378 Boulder County jobs due to the loss of their IBM contract!

Florida: Fantasy sports gaming site FanDuel issued a WARN for its Maitland ops, 55 jobs lost in April.  BlackBerry eliminated 75 jobs at its Sunrise factory.

Georgia: Duluth based computer company NCR moving jobs out of Peachtree City, to Ohio and Texas. Local news reports say as many as 1-thousand 2-hundred Peach State jobs affected!  Suwanee based telecommunications equipment maker Arris eliminating at least 8-hundred jobs, as part of their merger with British empire United Kingdom based company Pace!

Illinois: Chicago based tech solution company Starcom MediaVest Group laid off 80 people. Administrators called the layoff ‘routine’, implying it had nothing to due with the loss of a major client; Walmart.

Kentucky: Lexington based printer maker Lexmark eliminating 550 jobs on the advise of Goldman Sachs! The company is even considering the option of selling itself off.

Massachusetts:  Waltham based internet marketing company Constant Contact was sold off, at least 210 of the company’s employees across the country were laid off!   In Lee, Wave Systems now chapter 7 bankrupt busted. Administrators said they even tried to sell the data protection software company but nobody wanted to buy. Chapter 7 usually means the company is officially dead.

Michigan:  California based video game maker Activision revealed it eliminated jobs at its Minneapolis ops, without giving numbers. Administrators blame declining interest in their Guitar Hero and Skylanders brands.

New Hampshire: Internet security company DataGravity laid off an undisclosed number of people, in an effort to cut $850-million USD costs.

New York:  The state ‘lawmakers’ have failed to come up with a new budget, but promise to somehow pay SolarCity GigaFactory contractors $80-million USD! Contractors Quakenbush laid off 122 people, and Mader Construction laid off at least 75, due to not being paid by the Failed Empire State! The Riverbend site in Buffalo was employing 1-thousand people, but local news sources say failed ‘lawmakers’ haven’t paid the contractors since November 2015!!!  CNN’s Manhattan Center Productions updated their WARN saying 222 people will now become unemployed by the end of April! CNN is moving its HeadLineNews (HLN) program from New York City to Atlanta, Georgia.

North Dakota: In Bismark, Box Office Video shutting down by mid-March. However, don’t blame internet streaming, the owner said in the past year rentals actually increased, but her rent is about to increase as well (that’s why she’s shutting down).

Oregon: Missouri based SunEdison is “reengineering” its Portland solar panel ops, meaning 40 people to be laid off. Administrators blame competition with low oil prices.

Pennsylvania: West Chester based shopping channel QVC eliminating at least 1-hundred jobs in the U.S. by the end of the year, as it off-shores them to Poland! It was also revealed that QVC eliminated 147 U.S. jobs in November 2015!  Philadelphia based software company RJMetrics eliminating 25 jobs after promising to create new jobs. News reports blame it on the company implementing a new program that requires less employees. CEO Bob Moore admitted they made a mistake in hiring the people to begin with: “We didn’t do the right thing for these people. We recruited them onto our team and, now that the situation has changed, they are losing their jobs due to circumstances they didn’t create. We’re truly sorry to everyone affected.”

Teleperformance issued a shutdown WARN for its Grindstone operations, 180 jobs lost by the end of March!  Administrators for the second largest cyber charter school in the state, Agora, revealed they suddenly eliminated jobs, but they refuse to say how many. Local news reports say former employees report between 1-hundred and 150 people were fired without warning! Cyber school administrators blame lack of state taxpayer funding due to ‘lawmakers’ failing to pass a budget. However, local news media also published a direct quote from an Agora chairwoman, made back in December: “We have no plans to cut or furlough staff due to the lack of funds we are currently receiving. Please do not fear for your position here at Agora.”-Mary Steffey

Texas: SunEdison shutting down its more than 20 years old solar panel factory in Pasadena, admitting it can’t compete with the low oil prices (however, they failed to mention the 2015 explosion at their Pasadena factory, that injured at least four people). 180 jobs lost! SunEdison lost nearly $1-billion USD in the first nine months of 2015, they have yet to report their 4th quarter results (which won’t be good ’cause that’s when the explosion happend).

Washington: Bellevue based internet video game operator Motiga conducted a second round of layoffs (referring to them as “redundancies”) in the past three months. As usual with internet game makers no job loss numbers were reported.

January 2016: “THE AMAZON TAX HAD AN ESPECIALLY CHILLING EFFECT…”

Former employees who receive severance are not counted as unemployed

Idaho Economic Destruction June 2016 : “risen from the ashes”? We struck oil!

Incomplete list of economic woes in the U.S. state of Idaho, June 2016.

Germany based Volkswagen agrees to pay Idaho state government $2.6-million USD for the supposed diesel software scam, plus VW owners get $5,100 in cash for each eligible diesel vehicle.   Diesel owners in Idaho love diesels! My own research suggests this whole thing is a False Flag instigated by the Rockefellers who openly stated at the end of 2014 they were going to shift the ‘industry’ towards electric vehicles!

National Insurance Crime Bureau reports a 16% increase in reported vehicle thefts from 2014 to 2015.  The city of Lewiston was number 1, Pocatello number 2, Coeur d’Alene 3, Boise 4 and Idaho Falls number 5.  Interestingly KIFI reported that Pocatello administrators denied the insurance industry report.

ObamaCare insurance providers are demanding premium increases from anywhere between 27% and an insane 122% for Blue Cross’s ObamaCare Gold Plan!  And its been revealed that Your Health Idaho have been delaying the issuance of special tax forms needed for some Idahoans to avoid paying the ObamaCare tax fine. The forms are supposed to be issued by 31 January, but Your Health Idaho administrators recently admitted they weren’t issued until April!

Idaho Falls police arrested a man for stealing his employer’s bank deposit.  The manager of Pretzelmaker, in Grand Teton Mall, discovered that just over $1-thousand USD went missing on Friday.

An Idaho Falls woman pled guilty in federal court to tax fraud. She and her employes at Carillo’s Tax Service intentionally created 2-thousand 5-hundred false tax returns for her clients, such as claiming child tax credits when the clients didn’t have children.

The Idaho Public Charter School Commission warning Syringa Mountain School of financial peril because state funding can’t come close to covering the charter school’s outrageous operating costs: “SMS’s financial position is extremely perilous. While fundraising efforts have met current cash flow needs, SMS has struggled with lack of funds periodically throughout its years in operation.”

In Bannock County, corrupt School District 25 jacked up fees for lunches, despite getting an increase in their budget! In response, a federal lawsuit has been filed on the grounds that charging additional out-of-pocket school fees violates the state constitution. I reported last November that an Ada County court ruled school fees were unconstitutional, and some school administrators actually admitted it was!

The Fire Chief of Chubbuck resigned in connection to the planned merger of the city of Chubbuck’s fire department with the city of Pocatello (both cities are dealing with cash problems despite continually telling the taxpayers the economy is good): “Whether the consolidation goes forward or not it’s not going to be affected by whom the chief is at the time.”-Joshua Ellis, Chubbuck city councilman

The city of Pocatello admitted a recent closed door meeting violated the state’s Open Meeting Law.   The closed meeting involved labor negotiations with the firefighter’s union.  The city voided the results of the meeting, saying they “cured” their violation of state law.  I’ve lived in the area for twenty years and both Pocatello and chubbuck are notorious for hold ing closed meetings, regardless of who the ‘christian elected’ officials are.

The governments of Kuwait and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia threatened to suspend scholarships for up to 1-thousand 2-hundred of their citizens who’re attending Idaho State University in Pocatello, over reports of attacks by Idahoans against those students.  Students from Kuwait and Saudi Arabia have become Idaho State University’s bread and butter.

Speaking of Chubbuck and Pocatello, the county of Bannock made an appeal to property owners to pay their property taxes, warning of fines and interest charges. It sounded like the county is having problems with property tax collections, which would not be happening if the economy was good. I gotta message for Bannock County: “You can’t squeeze blood from a turnip.”

Bannock County also revealed that their prison operations are over budget, and facing record overcrowding! The majority of people being arrested are from out-o-state. The county sheriff said that since last year 90% of the prison budget is now due to overcrowding and is the result of housing prisoners in other counties. He demands that cash strapped Bannock County taxpayers build a bigger county jail (despite voters recently rejecting the proposal) warning that the increased prion population is going to be a “long-term” issue!

Bannock County canceled long term/monthly rental of horse stalls at the county fairgrounds. It’s connected to the recent shutdown after the contractor caring for horses was arrested for mistreatment of animals. Overnight rentals are still available.  And next door at the new privately created Wellness Complex, Bannock County revealed that current maintenance costs are paid for by a privately funded trust and current concert bookings, however, that money will run out by the start of 2018 meaning taxpayers could be raped, although most taxpayers ignorantly think they’re already paying for the Wellness Complex: “Funding the park most people think that tax dollars are being used. These monies have come directly from the Portneuf Health Trust. No tax dollars have been used so far.”-Robert Poleki, Bannock County

Otter also quietly revealed to local news media that the once touted Solar Farm project at the Pocatello Airport is dead.

The federal government shutdown popular Skinny Dipper Hot Springs, citing possible health concerns after multiple illegal pipes and pools were discovered.  The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) thinks it will take five years to remove the illegal construction.  BLM also says that since 2004 there have been skyrocketing cases of intoxication and even sex crimes at the hot springs.

Bonneville County screwed over its smaller communities when it convinced voters to consolidate ambulance service to the city of Idaho Falls, under the guise of saving money for taxpayers.  As a result of the consolidation the ‘christian’ led state government is now suing the town of Swan Valley for repayment of grant money that was used to buy an ambulance back in 2012.  Because the town was forced to consolidate service to Idaho Falls the ambulance is not being used, which apparently violates the conditions of the grant.

It’s been revealed that a major buyer of Idaho potatoes, Japan, has banned the ‘fresh’ version of the iconic food product since 2006. That’s the year that the pale cyst nematode showed up in east Idaho farms. Japan has imported fresh potatoes from other U.S. states since then.

A sure sign of a failed state; Jefferson County jacked up taxes for farmers.  Under a new property value assessment plan, co-created by the ‘christian’ dominated state government, property values for farmland in Jefferson County have skyrocketed by as much as 72%!  Farmers say the property assessments were done by an ‘outside’ group and will appeal the assessments.  The county is giving them until 11 July to make an appeal, in person, not on paper.

Mining companies from Canada and China have signed a $700-million USD deal to open a molybdenum mine near Boise. Administrators with American CuMo Mining and MCC8 Group say Idaho has the largest moly-b deposits in the world! $100-million of the $700-million deal will be used to study the viability of the mining ops before any mining takes place.

In Boise, an Oregon woman pled guilty to stealing $850-thousand USD from corrupt ‘christian’ run Saint Luke’s Health System. The woman ran the scam through her Boise employer Pinnacle Pension Services. Saint Luke’s itself has been caught ‘stealing’ local tax dollars.

The economy is so bad that there is an official teacher “famine” in eastern Idaho schools. According to numbers presented by east Idaho school districts, between 2009 and 2014 at least 9-thousand 569 teachers fled eastern Idaho schools! Statewide only 11 of Idaho’s 70 school districts were able to fill vacant positions, at the same time there is and exodus of education students as well. Between 2009 and 2013 there was a 35% drop in college students entering a teacher training program (what happened to Idaho’s free tuition if somebody became a teacher in Idaho?). Idaho Education News revealed that the state Department of Education does not keep track of such data, it’s coming from local districts and the universities themselves, implying that exalted state ‘lawmakers’ are ignoring the situation. Local school district administrators admit low pay for teachers is the main reason for the exodus, but say ObamaCare has jacked up the cost of employee benefits so high that they can’t afford to pay teachers mo-money: “I would not say it’s a teacher shortage we are experiencing, it’s a teacher famine!”-Randy Lords, Madison School District

Due to a lawsuit, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing its approval for the way Idaho measures toxic arsenic levels in water (the EPA’s decision to let Idaho ‘christian lawmakers’ ignore arsenic limit regulations seems to coincide with state ‘officials’ quietly allowing natural gas fracking operations).

The state Department of Health and Welfare confirmed seven ‘refugees’ infected with tuberculosis, but at the same time says they are not “infectious”.   The Idaho Statesman reports that in the past five years 4-thousand 5-hundred ‘refugees’ have been quietly settled in The Gem State, at taxpayer expense.

For several years Idaho has been pumping natural gas no thanks to fracking (which was secretly approved by your ‘christian elected’ officials), but now Alta Mesa Idaho reports they’ve struck oil in the Willow Creek area: “Only one completion of 10 thus far has produced primarily oil. This area is in the early stages of exploration….”-John foster, Alta Mesa Idaho

WARN=Worker Adjustment & Retraining Notification.

I found a 2010 AFL-CIO analysis (titled The Public Availability of WARN Notices: Lack of Accessibility and Disclosure…) which proves what I’ve been suspecting in my search of state WARN notices; most states are not complying with federal WARN regulations and are not publicizing or tracking mass layoffs.

Former employees who receive severance are not counted as unemployed!

Employees of religious non-profits might not qualify for unemployment assistance: “If the non-profit organization is a church, you may or may not be entitled to unemployment. It all depends upon state regulations for church employers. In many cases, churches are allowed to set their own rules regarding unemployment benefits, meaning the church can choose whether to offer benefits to former employees.”

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) no longer issues mass layoff reports: “On March 1, 2013, President Obama ordered into effect the across-the- board spending cuts (commonly referred to as sequestration) required by the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act, as amended. Under the order, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) must cut its current budget by more than $30 million, 5 percent of the current 2013 appropriation, by September 30, 2013. In order to help achieve these savings and protect core programs, the BLS will eliminate two programs, including Mass Layoff Statistics, and all ‘measuring green jobs’ products. This news release is the final publication of monthly mass layoff survey data.”

U.S. Federal/State/Local Government Layoffs June 2016 : “we’re not taking care of our own people, that’s bullshit!”

Incomplete list of U.S. Federal/State/Local Government self-destruct announcements for June 2016:

Marketplace and Edison Research says their May polling shows 71% of U.S. workers believe the economy is rigged in favor of elites, and 55% believe threats to their employment are the result of elitist/government negotiated trade deals.  The analysts pointed out that the poll results were across the board; men, women, black, white, brown.

The Navajo Nation Council spending an additional $2-million USD to hire teenagers for the Summer. It’s an effort to combat crashing employment of teenagers across the U.S.

Financial website WalletHub says Mississippi has the worst economy in the United States, followed by Arkansas, Maine, New Mexico, Louisiana, Kentucky and Alabama. WalletHub based their results on analysis by six economists (not main stream media ‘analysts’ posing as economist).

Arizona: Due to a lack of $2-million USD in taxpayer funding (a sure sign of a failed economy) Maricopa County suddenly laid off 11 animal shelter employees: “….every year we have been drawing on that surplus. … There is nothing left.”-Melissa Gable, Animal Care and Control

California: Amazingly, and despite my continued reporting of massive layoffs across the Golden State, including the Bay Area, the UCLA Anderson Forecast claims that employment in the Bay Area is at full capacity! But wait, the term Full Employment is misleading, it does not mean everybody literally has a job, it means that everybody who wants a jobs and is willing to take whatever slave wage pay level is offered can ‘potentially’ become employed.

Delaware: It’s been revealed by a lawsuit launched by 21 states (Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, West Virginia) that Delaware state administrators are in cahoots with MoneyGram, JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, Bank of America, Western Union, Visa and MasterCard by illegally holding onto $150-million worth of yet-to-be-cashed checks (call it an ‘unclaimed funds’ scam) from customers across the U.S.: “This practice not only violates federal law but it’s wrong and unfair. The bottom line is simple: Delaware is ignoring federal law for financial gain.”-Ken Paxton, Texas Attorney General

Idaho: The Fire Chief of Chubbuck resigned in connection to the planned merger of the city of Chubbuck’s fire department with the city of Pocatello (both cities are dealing with cash problems despite continually telling the taxpayers the economy is good): “Whether the consolidation goes forward or not it’s not going to be affected by whom the chief is at the time.”-Joshua Ellis, Chubbuck city councilman

Illinois:  Rock Island County Health Department not only preparing for an act of terror (specifically they prepped for a biological attack) but preparing their employees for the elimination of 15 jobs due to crashing taxpayer funding.  Aurora Public Library eliminating a total of 31 jobs due to being in the hole by as much as $2-million USD. The library system will also reduce operating hours and shutdown their Express Center: “… if you don’t use it, you lose it! The numbers don’t lie.”-Tina Bohman, 1st Ward Alderman

Indiana: In Mishawaka, American Pancake House & Restaurant on Grape Road shutting down due to outrageously jacked rent and property tax!

Kentucky: Pike County eliminating at least 19 jobs due to being $4-million USD short for the 2016-17 fiscal year. As an example of what I call Ripple Effect Layoffs, it’s blamed on the crashing coal mining industry.

Maryland: It’s revealed that taxpayers are being forced to pay more than $320-million each year to shore up the state’s failed retirement system that is now tied to the volatile stock markets!

Massachusetts: The city of Boston Weak and the college of Babson announced they will create their own migrant ‘visa’ program to get around the federal H-1B! An unnamed ‘official’ connected to the scam flat out lied and said “It’s not like they’re taking jobs from Americans, they’re giving jobs to Americans.”  In Boston Weak, Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority pushing hundreds of employees to take buyouts, and eliminating vacant positions, in an effort to save $25-million USD in payroll.

Michigan: The residents of Flint already pay the highest water rates in the U.S., soon their rates will double due to the incompetence of past ‘elected lawmakers’. We’re giving money to Iraq….Afghanistan and we’re not taking care of our own people, that’s bullshit!Robert J. Pickell, in the documentary Fighting for Flint

Mississippi: The state Department of Health warning of more layoffs due to taxpayer funding cut of $4-million USD: “Over the next several months, we will be also sending people home. We just don’t know how many people yet.”-Mary Currier, state health officer

New Jersey: The state is so broke that state retirement money will continue to be frozen at 2011 levels. Thank fat-ass Trump supporter Chris Christie for that. By the way, retirement funds, as well as social services are not ‘benefits’ because you freaking’ taxpayers paid for them already!

New York: The city of New York is spending $34-million USD creating 60-thousand busy work jobs for their Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) in an effort to combat crashing employment of teenagers. The city of Birmingham is using a measly $10-thousand USD in federal taxpayer grant money to combat crashing employment of teenagers considered ‘at risk’. The program is called Citizen U.   Experience Works issued a shutdown WARN for their Cortland Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), due to “lack of funding”.

Ohio: The city of Lorain notified 23 firefighters they will become unemployed due to the city being short $3.6-million USD. City administrators are trying to get a taxpayer funded grant from the federal government. The Mahoning County Children Services Board laying off 22 employees and shutting down the Glenwood group home due to lack of teenaged residents.

Oregon: Law firms (American Immigration Lawyers Association and American Immigration Council) in Oregon are suing the federal government over the H-1B program, not because H-1B is taking jobs from U.S. citizens but because their foreign clients were turned down for H-1B visas!   The state Office of Economic Analysis is warning that the soon to be increased state minimum wage (to $15 per hour) will end up killing 40-thousand jobs! Oregon has an official population of about 4-million, it’s a geographically large state with a population that’s half that of the evil Big Apple city of New York! Local news reports said that Oregon’s democrat controlled government passed the wage increase before the Office of Economic Analysis published their report: “While the impact is relatively small when compared to the size of the Oregon economy, it does result in approximately 40,000 fewer jobs in 2025 than would have been the case absent the legislation. Our office is not predicting outright job losses, however we are expecting somewhat slower growth. Low-wage workers receiving raises in the near term boost incomes. Over time, however, employers will adjust by increasing worker productivity, possibly via capital for labor substitutions.”–Oregon Economic and Revenue Forecast, June 2016

Pennsylvania: The tax hungry city of Philadelphia created a tax on soda, not just for so called ‘sugary’ soda (since the mid-1990s 90% of soda’s are made with GMO corn syrup + chemical sweeteners, not true sugar) but for ‘diet’ sodas as well! The tax goes into effect January 2017.

Puerto Rico: The U.S. territory in full blown death spiral as government debt is now more than $70-billion USD, taxes have been jacked by at least 15%, electricity rates could be jacked by 26% by 2017, and more than 400-thousand people have fled the island territory!  Catholic Charities says Puerto Ricans couldn’t pay their taxes or utilities before the rate hikes, so what are fearless leaders thinking by jacking up costs?

Tennessee: Bankrupt Pioneer Community Hospital of Scott County shutting down by the end of the month, because it could “no longer sustain the financial losses” caused by ObamaCare. The nearest hospital is now a 50 minute drive away.

Texas: Recently two people were convicted and sentenced to federal prison for seven years, for running an H-1B scam. They were falsifying H-1B documents to bring in migrants from India. An Indian news source stated the H-1B program was created “to create a low-cost workforce in the US.” This news came at the same time it was revealed the oil industry in Texas was employing thousands of people from around the world. The recent oil industry BS hit one Texas town hard as it was home to many of the migrants: “80 to 100 families have relocated to their home country primarily because of job changes and changes in the economy.”-Richard Rowell, business owner in Katy City

Washington: Once again Seattle based Amazon is in trouble. This time it’s being fined $350-thousand USD by the FAA after United Parcel Service employees were sickened by a chemical reaction in some packages from Amazon. Those packages were filled with chemical cleaners, which are banned in the U.S. from being shipped by air. The chemical cleaning product is called Amazing Liquid Fire, and the UPS employees said they felt like they were burning after fumes came from the package.

Washington DC:  The U.S. Federal Reserve Bank says 76-million U.S. citizens barely get by financially. 46% of U.S. citizens would be devastated by a financial emergency. 45% say it’s because their jobs do not give them steady income as their work hours constantly change.

The U.S. Department of Labor said the month of May saw the lowest new job growth since 2010, only 38-thousand new jobs created. Unofficial propagandists of unAmerican corporate America, main stream news media ‘experts’, had been promising at least 160-thousand new jobs!

The U.S. Department of Labor is also dealing with an issue I’ve experienced myself; your employer suddenly says you’re now a contractor, reduces your pay and ends benefits. It’s called Employee Misclassification.

It’s been revealed that taxpayers are being forced to spend $20-thousand USD to ‘settle’ each so called war refugee coming into the U.S. The revelation was made by Negative Population Growth.

It’s been revealed that a taxpayer funded scholarship program known as DACA funds college education for ILLEGAL immigrants! Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton proudly and openly supports it! DACA is in addition to any other financial aid: “I was able to get scholarships and grants through DACA.”-Clara Kim, Korean student at elitist Azusa Pacific University in California who admitted to Hillary Clinton that she was in the U.S. illegally, Hillary Clinton then ‘applauded’ Kim’s efforts, it was caught on video by CBSLos Angeles.

More proof U.S. jobs are going to immigrants; during a Congressional hearing it was revealed that at least 5-million migrants violated their H-1B visas and now refuse to leave the United States! This means they’re now illegal immigrants but the federal government isn’t doing anything about it, a grand total of 10-thousand visa violation cases were investigated out of the now 5-million violators known to be in the U.S.! Despite the latest revelations, the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) issued a new Visa Waiver Program which allows immigrants to enter the United States without getting visas from U.S. consular officers!

Indian news media revealed that the U.S. government is making bank on its H-1B visa program. At the end of last year the Obama regime jacked up the fees paid by foreigners for H-1Bs by $4-thousand USD! The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services handles the H-1B applications.

West Virginia: State Division of Forestry eliminating 37 jobs due to $1.7-million USD in taxpayer funding cuts.

Wyoming: The governor proposed cutting $248-million USD for government contractors, which would result in at least 677 people becoming unemployed!  The governor blamed crashing tax revenues from the mining/oil industry.

WARN=Worker Adjustment & Retraining Notification.

ObamaCare job destruction June 2016 : “no longer sustain the financial losses”

It must be noted that I started documenting these ObamaCare/healthcare related shutdowns at the beginning of 2014. In that year I posted the reports biannually (every six months). In 2015 ObamaCare cutbacks ramped up and I posted quarterly (every three months). For the past six months of 2016 there have been so many ObamaCare cutbacks that I’ve posted a report every month!

Incomplete list of healthcare related layoffs and shutdowns, June 2016:

Consumer Reports says the number of ‘surprise’ medical bills is skyrocketing, affecting one out of every three people with private insurance in 2015!   PBS News Hour revealed how many people are losing their savings as a result.

Germany based drugs maker Boehringer Ingelheim announced it is eliminating at least 724 jobs with its U.S. operations!

Arizona: Walgreens shutting down all 40 of their Grand Canyon State Theranos Wellness Centers and ending its partnership with California based blood testing lab Theranos. It’s connected to Medicare and Medicaid rejecting numerous test results from Theranos.

California:  Blood tester Theranos facing shutdown after Medicare-Medicaid declared their test results invalid, and losing their major contract with Walgreens. In the Los Angeles area, Gardens Regional Hospital now chapter 11 bankrupt busted, attorneys for the hospital blame ObamaCare. Due to ObamaCare’s efforts to direct people away from hospitals and Obamacare’s massive insurance reimbursement cuts, Gardens Regional Hospital is in debt by $26-million USD and hasn’t paid rent since April! At least 322 jobs threatened!   Visiting Nurse Association revealed they laid off an additional 68 people in Redlands, Riverside and Victorville (between April & May).  Interesting, Abbot Vascular officially (and finally) revealed it laid off 160 people in Redwood City, back in December 2015! In San Diego, Scripps Health revealed it laid off 122 people in May! CVS Pharmacy consolidating its Coram financial ops, resulting in 152 people in Rancho Cordova becoming jobless in September! Corizon Health eliminated 156 jobs in two locations! In Corona, Switzerland based drugs maker Actavis issued a layoff WARN, 31 jobs gone by August. In Modesto, American Medical Response-Centrex laying off eight people by Xmas. StemCells shutting down its Newark and Sunnyvale locations, 53 jobs lost by August. Prometheus Laboratories laying off 55 San Diegans by August.

Connecticut: Recovery center Crossroads issued a layoff WARN for its New Haven location, to take place by mid-August.

Georgia: By February 2016, Consumer Reports found that the percentage of Georgians getting unexpected medical bills, because their wonderful insurance companies refuse to pay-up, hit 46%.

Idaho: ObamaCare insurance providers are demanding premium increases from anywhere between 27% and an insane 122% for Blue Cross’s ObamaCare Gold Plan!

Illinois: American General Life Insurance issued a layoff WARN for their Springfield location, 70 jobs lost by Xmas, no reason given.  In Naperville, Centrad Healthcare lost a contract, 162 jobs gone between now and November!  Northwestern Illinois Center for Independent Living warned of more layoffs: “It’s incredibly difficult as a team member here to watch your team members leave without their choice in it because the state can’t do their part that they are empowered to do and we are empowered to deliver these services.”-Michelle Miller, executive director

Iowa: Independence Mental Health Institute shutting down their Psychiatric Medical Institution for Children Unit, claiming a 50% decrease in utilization.  Drugs maker NewLink Genetics laid off 87 people due to the failure on one of their cancer drugs.

Kansas:  In Wichita, Via Christi Health eliminating 70 more jobs on top of the 80 they’ve already cut! Yet, at the same time hospital administrators told local news that they plan to hire 80 people!

Kentucky: Kindred Healthcare refuse to renew the lease on their Nursing and Rehabilitation-Bashford operations, 153 jobs lost by August!

Maryland:  Missouri based finance and healthcare software maker DST Systems shutdown its Baltimore office.

Mississippi: The state Department of Health warning of more layoffs due to taxpayer funding cut of $4-million USD: “Over the next several months, we will be also sending people home. We just don’t know how many people yet.”-Mary Currier, state health officer

Missouri: Finance and healthcare software maker DST Systems eliminating 150 jobs in Kansas City!

New Jersey:  God powerless to stop ‘his’ Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth from shutting down their Florham Park Saint Anne Villa retirement home, 135 jobs gone by August!  In Hamilton, disabled people “self-determined life” enhancer Meridian Services laid off 97 people. Inspira Medical Center eliminating at least 67 jobs at two locations by August.

New York:  Ortho Clinical Diagnostics conducting another round of shutdown layoffs in Rochester, 86 people jobless by October.  Apparently the medical device maker employee 1-thousand people at one time.  God powerless to stop ‘his’ Catholic Charities from issuing a shutdown WARN for the Casa Betsaida Homeless Program, which will shutdown in September due to “lack of funding”.

Ohio: The Mahoning County Children Services Board laying off 22 employees and shutting down the Glenwood group home due to lack of teenaged residents.

Oklahoma: Health insurance giant Blue Cross-Blue Shield is demanding a 49% increase in premiums for their ObamaCare plans!

Oregon:  God powerless to stop ‘his’ Catholic owned Saint Anthony Hospital from laying off half their administrative staff, blaming millions of dollars of losses since 2015, which is being caused by disputes with ObamaCare insurance providers.

Tennessee: Bankrupt Pioneer Community Hospital of Scott County shutting down by the end of the month, because it could “no longer sustain the financial losses” caused by ObamaCare. The nearest hospital is now a 50 minute drive away.  In East Ridge, after 71 years the Kingwood Pharmacy shutdown, supposedly it’s being replaced with a compounding (customized drug making) operation.

Texas: Health insurance giant Blue Cross-Blue Shield is demanding a 53% increase in premiums for their ObamaCare plans!

Virginia: ObamaCare literally killed an ambulance company. Mid-Atlantic Regional Ambulance suddenly shutdown due to not being paid boo-koo Medicare reimbursements for services rendered. 50 jobs gone. Under Virginia’s version of ObamaCare, Medicare must pre-approve such services!

Washington: Kitsap Mental Health Services suddenly laid off 15 people in the outpatient ward.  Local news media said Kitsap Mental is still advertising for 30 open positions (possibly the result of the county’s new mental health tax).  The sudden layoffs might be connected to the expiration of a federal taxpayer funded grant.

Washington DC:  And for more proof ObamaCare is killing the economy, even the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that the Affordable Care Act is the main driver behind skyrocketing costs of operations for employers. Over the past 12 months healthcare benefit costs rose 3.3%, in the previous 12 months they rose 2.5%. Wage costs are also blamed, not because employees are actually being paid more but because their productivity is going down (of course, who wants to continue busting their ass for some employer who won’t give them a decent raise or who could kill their jobs without warning?).

Wisconsin: After only 10 years of operations god powerless to stop ‘his’ Midwest Spine and Orthopedic Hospital and Wisconsin Heart Hospital from shutting down. It’s blamed on the takeover by Ascension Health this year, 192 jobs threatened!

Wyoming:  Wyoming Medical Center suddenly laid off 58 employees, blaming the state’s failed version of ObamaCare. 57 vacant positions have been shutdown and work hours for employees cutback. Administrators say they’re experiencing an increase in patient volume but at the same time a massive decrease in government and private insurance reimbursements.

“The Amazon Tax had an especially chilling effect…” : January 2016, U.S. tech/communications industry job destruction

More proof you brick-n-mortar store owners can’t directly blame the internet/high-tech competition for your demise. Incomplete list of U.S. internet/high-tech/communications job destruction announcements in January 2016:

After only two years Qatar based news source Al Jazeera is getting the hell outta Dodge! Al Jazeera America is shutting down in April, administrators say that despite increasing numbers of viewers the suck-ass U.S. economy makes doing business in ‘Merica “no longer sustainable”! 7-hundred employees affected!

California:  VMWare warning employees of mass layoffs due to their merger with Dell and EMC, as many as 9-hundred jobs lost! But wait there’s a whole lot more! Redwood Shores based Global Equities Research predicts that as many as 333-thousand tech jobs will be eliminated over the next 12 months, no thanks to rapidly developing advancements in areas like cloud computing!  Foster City based Live365 internet radio officially shutting down, analysts are blaming the Copyright Royalty Board. Back at the end of December it was reported that Live365 was laying off the majority of its employees, no word on how many people will lose their jobs.    In Santa Clara, Florida based software company Citrix Systems eliminated 65 jobs.  In San Jose, tech company Cisco Systems laid off 123 people without warning!  In San Mateo, GoPro reported it laid off 77 employees, due to holiday sales that fell short by $100-thousand USD.   In San Diego, after laying off 1,314 people at the end of 2015 Qualcomm laid off an additional 32 employees.  Cupertino based Apple laid off 1-hundred people from its iAd ops! Administrators claim they will create new jobs later on, which is unlikely given that Apple is drastically cutting production of its new iPhones by 30%! This is causing the factory in China to conduct mass layoffs, and forced the city of Zhengzhou to pump $12.6-million USD into the factory to minimize the impact. Apple stocks lost 24% of their value from last year! It turns out that sales of the new Apple iPhones are not as great as what the mainstream news media was reporting!  Sunnyvale based Yahoo laid off 25% of its employees (about 2-thousand 7-hundred), because a three year ‘turnaround’ plan has failed to get the intended results!   San Francisco based Too Big to Jail Wells Fargo continues to kill jobs, this time 121 tech jobs across the country! It’s been revealed that Wells Fargo is actually covering the bad loans of huge oil companies (by literally throwing money at them), this should piss you off because Wells Fargo (a major mortgage company) does not hesitate to foreclose on homeowners! (Mmmm, is it a case of robbing Peter to pay Paul?). San Francisco based Mixapanel laid off 18 employees admitting that in 2015 they “overhired”.   Dating website Zoosk laid off 40 employees.   AT&T laid off 102 people in San Ramon!

Colorado: Kansas based Sprint shutting down their Arapahoe County call center, 178 jobs lost by April!  Read on to learn of the latest Sprint layoffs in Kansas, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.  Louisville based non-profit cable TV research company CableLabs laid off 30 people, in order “to ensure that CableLabs can rapidly build and sustain a significant innovation pipeline for the industry”.

Connecticut:  Yale University laid off at least 24 InfoTech employees. CIO Len Peters warns of more job cuts saying “In order to further close our budget gap, some involuntary layoffs have taken place. Moving forward, we will continue to look for ways to be more cost-effective and agile with our services.”

Florida: In Lake City, Sitel Operating Corporation issued two WARNs saying 128 people will be laid off between March and April! Despite winning a lawsuit against Japan’s Mitsubishi, Naples based Grail Semiconductor now chapter 11 bankrupt busted saying their debts are far greater than the money they’re supposed to be getting from Mitsubishi.

Idaho: A new study is blaming low Gem State high school graduation rates on internet classes! The state Board of Education reported that ‘virtual schools’ can barely graduate 20% of their online students!

Indiana: Emmis Communications warned of layoffs at its radio stations, exact numbers not given.

Kansas: Overland Park based Sprint notified 829 local employees they will lose their jobs very soon!  That’s on top of the 6-thousand Sprint jobs eliminated in the past two years!

Kentucky: ISO copper wire maker Belden shutting down their factory in Monticello, 260 jobs being lost to the state of Indiana and to the country of Mexico, between now and the beginning of next year!

Nevada:  A third solar power panel company is getting the hell outta The Silver State (after anti solar panel regs were passed, which actually penalize homeowners for installing them). Go Solar, a Las Vegas based company, is laying off 17 people and reducing hours for the rest of their employees. Scott Shaw, a Go Solar exec, says that since the new anti-solar panel regulations were announced “We’ve gone from five installations a week to zero!” Between Go Solar, SunRun and SolarCity the new anti-solar panel regulations will cause Nevada to lose about 2-thousand jobs!

New Mexico: Kansas based Sprint shutdown their Rio Rancho call center, 394 jobs lost!

New York: Armonk based International Business Machines (IBM) is about to conduct mass layoffs, insiders saying “…a resource action will happen…”. On top of that the iconic employer will reduce the amount of severance it normally gives. If you research my past Job Losses reports you’ll discover that IBM has been conducting mass layoffs for several years now.   NYC based MTV laid off an undisclosed number of people, as reported by those who were laid off.   Internet fantasy sports site FanFuel revealed they’ve begun laying off employees, no numbers given. It’s connected to legal threats challenging FanDuel’s claim that it’s not a gambling site.   Months after announcing plans to hire 125 people, Dial America now shutdown its 28 years old Amherst call center, 120 jobs lost! Administrators blamed it on a major client deciding to do business with a foreign call center operator!  Jefferson County shutdown their DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) office on Fort Drum, blaming a shift to internet operations.   NYC based door-to-door “women’s” products seller Avon announced it will eliminate in-house InfoTech jobs, contracting them out to failed California based tech company Hewlett Packard (HP).  NYC based website Upworthy laid off 14 people connected to internet video trends.

North Carolina:  Sitel Operating Corporation shutting down its Asheville call center, 250 jobs lost by July!  Ohio based call center operator Convergys issued a layoff WARN for its Greenville center, 163 jobs lost by April due to the loss of a contract!

Ohio:  Digital Works shutdown their high-tech skills training programs in Logan, Lynchburg, Middleport, Portsmouth and West Union. The training program was started in 2013 with taxpayer funding, that taxpayer funding ended in 2015.   After four years virtual telemedicine health provider connector HealthSpot now chapter 7 bankrupt busted and being liquidated. The plan was to set up remote kiosks in which people could access medical coverage help under this ObamaCare regime. However, despite raising $48-million USD and building 191 kiosks, 137 of those kiosks are still sitting in storage unused! The other 54 kiosks that were set up in retail locations, like RiteAid, are not in use.   Researchers at Ohio State University have proven that an ‘Amazon Tax’ killed internet holiday sales in 2015. They determined that sales on Amazon.com dropped an average of 8.3% in states that implemented taxes on internet purchases. The Washington Post article said sales declines increased as the price of the item went up: “The Amazon Tax had an especially chilling effect on big-ticket purchases that totaled more than $250, the study found. On these transactions, Amazon sales declined 11.4 percent once the tax was put in place.”

Puerto Rico: Video game store GameStop shutdown all 40+ island stores (according to GameStop PR director Joy Mooring, other reports said 35 stores), more than 4-hundred jobs lost! It’s blamed on government regulations and the suck-ass economy in the defaulted U.S. territory!

Rhode Island:  A state investigation into former Major League Baseball player Curt Schilling’s video game company 38 Studios could result in a criminal case. 38 Studios went mysteriously bankrupt and shutdown a few months after releasing it’s only video game (the game was considered a success and sold well). The problem is that 38 Studios was partially funded with millions in state taxpayer loans, which were never paid back.

Tennessee: Kansas based Sprint shutdown their Blountville call center, 444 jobs lost!

Texas: Sprint shutdown their Temple call center, 350 jobs lost!

Virginia: Sprint shutdown their Hampton call center, 380 jobs lost!  In Roanoke, WDBJ television station was sold-off. WDBJ is the TV station that saw two reporters killed, by a former employee, live on TV. The once Indiana owned WDBJ is now owned by a company out of Georgia. As a former local TV news producer I can tell you that TV station takeovers always involve people losing their jobs.

Washington: In Bremerton, Concentrix shutdown their call center, 5-hundred jobs lost! Administrators blame it on the loss of a major client.

Washington DC: NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) is consolidating operations at Stennis Space Center in Mississippi and Michoud Assembly Facility in Louisiana, possibly eliminating more than 2-hundred jobs in the process!

WARN=Worker Adjustment & Retraining Notification

Former employees who receive severance are not counted as unemployed

1ST Q 2015: “THE LINES ARE BECOMING BLURRED….CONVERGING AT A FASTER PACE THAN ANYONE PREDICTED.”

“All the churches are experiencing this decline in attendance.” The Rapture? : U.S. Christian self-destruction 2nd Q 2016

Incomplete list of U.S. Christian shutdowns and layoffs 2nd Quarter 2016.

Mormon Glen Beck’s ‘news’ network The Blaze laid off at least 40 employees across the U.S.  This is at least the second round of layoffs for Glen Beck. Back in February a Daily Beast report basically said former employees accused ‘christian’ Beck of being a backstabber. It’s blamed on crashing ratings and the crashing numbers of people looking at Beck’s websites Glennbeck.com and TheBlaze.com.

Arizona: God powerless to stop his Illinois based Saint Xavier University from shutting down their Gilbert campus. Administrators say they are prepping for the possible halting of Illinois taxpayer funding for low income students.

Colorado:  In Colorado Springs, god powerless to stop ‘his’ British empire Salvation Army from shutting down the Cold Weather Shelter. Administrators said their shelter was a temporary short term fix requested by the county, but the homeless situation has become so bad that it “…needs to be addressed as a community.”  Also in Colorado Springs, after three years Curbside Cuisine shutting down multiple lots owned by god’s Young Men’s Christian Association and being rented to independent food trucks. YMCA administrators said Curbside Cuisine wasn’t making enough money off renting out the YMCA property so they’re being handed back to the YMCA. One food truck operator said he got three weeks notice of shutdown: “I don’t know where to move. We have been here all winter and didn’t make any money and now the weather is starting to get better and we have to move. It is not fair.”-Hayder Hassan, former U.S. Army translator now food truck operator

Connecticut: Despite surviving The Great Depression and numerous recessions god powerless to stop the shutdown of ‘his’ East Avenue United Methodist Church.  Church leaders adopted an “off the fence faith” policy by that failed to stop The Rapture, I mean massive loss of believers.

Florida: God powerless to stop ‘his’ Saint Leo University system from eliminating 30 jobs due to “restructuring”. Interestingly local news reports say administrators claim they’re actually creating new jobs. God powerless to stop ‘his’ church organ maker Tadlock Piano Company from shutting down their Dothan store. They’re consolidating ops to Panama City.

Georgia: In Savannah, god powerless to stop ‘his’ Young Men’s Christian Association from shutting down their 17 years old Southside YMCA. But get this, the YMCA is being shutdown by god’s own Saint Joseph Hospital, who owns the property the Southside YMCA is using.

Idaho: In Twin Falls, after 37 years god powerless to stop ‘unofficial’ Mormon Bell’s Family Books from being shutdown by ‘official’ Mormon bookstore Deseret Book! You read right! Local news reports say Bell’s Family Books was facing increasing competition, the final straw being when their own religion opened a bookstore down the street.

More charges of corruption in the ‘christian’ controlled Gem State: A city employee of 14 years has resigned from her job with Idaho City after being accused of taking taxpayer funding. Idaho State Police say she took about $47-thousand USD over a two years period, two other city employees were fired.  According to magicvalley.com in the past year and a half Idaho doctors were paid-off by drug companies, to the tune of $24-million USD of ‘incentives’! Now you know why so many ‘christians’ in The Gem State are wacked on evil prescription drugs!  ‘Suspect’ State Treasurer Ron Crane is now facing wrongful termination charges by a former employee, who was fired “in direct retaliation for communicating in good faith the existence of extensive waste of public funds/manpower and illegality”. In November 2015 five state employees reported to their superiors massive corruption in the Republican ‘christian’ controlled state government. Instead of being praised for revealing the waste of taxpayer funding, they were accused of insubordination! Two were fired!  Idaho state level ‘elected christian’ politicians have so far spent $136-thousand taxpayer dollars on travel expenses for just 75 days of their legislative session! The revelation was made after The Associated Press forced the release of data through a Freedom of Information demand. Not all reimbursement requests have been submitted, so expect the total tax dollars spent to go up.  It was revealed that state taxpayers were forced to pay outrageous three-fold increase in overtime pay to Idaho State Police (ISP) trainees. ‘Christian’ ISP administrators explained, without blinking an eye, that it was mainly for trainee commute times to the academy because there was No Room at the Inn, I mean the ISP’s academy dorms in Meridian, or at the National Guard barracks on Gowen Field! (how many civilian businesses pay their employees to commute?) The Idaho Housing and Finance Association reports that the number of homeless people in northern Idaho has increased 5% since 2015. Local true Christian charities say the homeless rate is actually higher than the official count because not all localities are included in the head-counting, and warned the homeless rate will go up: “Although the homeless number is always interesting, those living from paycheck to paycheck who are on the verge of losing their homes is far greater. That’s the bigger issue.”-Jeff Conroy, Saint Vincent de Paul of North Idaho

Despite boasting of a recovering economy the self proclaimed ‘christian’ leaders of Idaho have decided they must ration the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, incorrectly called Food Stamps). Starting in July instead of getting all their food assistance on a single day, it will be spread over a ten days period, affecting 82-thousand of Idaho’s 1.5-million residents. It was revealed that this rationing of food assistance was actually ordered by state ‘elected christian lawmakers’ back in 2014! The British empire created christian Salvation Army protested the SNAP rationing by pointing out that poor Idahoans have been screwed so much by state ‘christian lawmakers’ that up to 90% of people coming into Salvation Army food banks are there to supplement the meager scraps given to them by Idaho’s SNAP! (as a single healthy unemployed adult male I can confirm that there are plenty of poor people in Idaho who don’t qualify for ‘christian’ state manipulated social programs) This comes as Gem State ‘christian’ led Department of Labor sold its Right to Work Internet Unemployment System (ius) to the states of Iowa and Vermont!    In Boise, ‘christian’ healthcare scammer Saint Luke’s Regional Medical Center has been found in violation of the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). In 2015 an employee reported to the U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) that Saint Luke’s was not ‘coding’ certain time off as FMLA. The DoL reviewed two years worth of “hundreds” of employee records and concluded that Saint Luke’s “…failed to ensure that all employees on FMLA-covered leave received all the protections…” Interestingly the DoL determination, and resulting Saint Luke’s resolution actually took place in November 2015, but only now is being made public! In February I reported how Saint Luke’s was caught stealing local property taxes!   The AFL-CIO’s annual Executive PayWatch survey reports that chief executive officers in ‘christian’ controlled Idaho are paid an average 277 times more than Idahoans earning minimum wage, and 149 times more than Idahoans earning a ‘living wage’!

Illinois: God powerless to stop ‘his’ University of Saint Francis from revealing they laid off 21 employees. Local news media pointed out that the ‘christian’ university is spending big bucks constructing new buildings. God powerless to stop ‘his’ Seton Academy (Elizabeth Seton High School) from shutting down. In 2003 the all-girls schools went co-ed in an attempt to keep itself alive. Local news media said back in 2014 the Archdiocese of Chicago gave the school two years to increase student enrollment and decrease operational costs, it didn’t happen.  In Elgin, god powerless to stop the shutdown of ‘his’ 50 years old Messiah Lutheran Church. The property was sold to competitor Greek Orthodox Church.  God powerless to stop the shutdown of ‘his’ National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows, 65 jobs gone.

Kansas: God powerless to stop the shutdown of ‘his’ 46 years old Shawnee Presbyterian Preschool. The Rapture, I mean what I call Disappearing Students Syndrome is forcing them to shutdown by the end of the year.  In Topeka, god powerless to stop the shutdown and sell-off of ‘his’ 130 years old (surviving The Great deflationary Depression and numerous recessions) Central Congregational United Church Of Christ. Church leaders say the costs to maintain the old building far exceeds revenues.

Kentucky: God powerless to stop the federal government from shutting down ‘his’ Saint Catherine College. The ‘christian’ school was caught withholding taxpayer funded financial aid for students! Accusations imply the ‘christian’ school was using the taxpayer funding for students to pay-down school debt.  After 122 years (surviving The Great Depression and numerous recessions) god powerless to stop ‘his’ Westminster Presbyterian Church from shutdown after cash strapped members voted to sell the property to Baptist competitors.

Maine: The British empire’s christian Salvation Army shutting down their 102 years old (surviving The Great [deflationary] Depression and numerous recessions) Alder Street Family Thrift in Portland, calling the shutdown “the most responsible choice.”

Maryland: Despite surviving The Great Depression and numerous recessions, god powerless to stop the shutdown of ‘his’ Visitation Academy sexist girls only school. Enrollment dropped to just 89 students, below the Catholic church’s new 100 minimum enrollment standard for keeping their schools open. However, local news reports implied the church actually wants to sell the property, because it’s worth $3.7-million USD.

Massachusetts: WWLP created a map showing Catholic church closings for the past ten years.  After 59 years god powerless to stop the shutdown of ‘his’ Presentation of Mary Early Childhood Program, due to the economy: “When we looked at all the resources available we realized we just didn’t have the resources to continue. We wanted to continue serving as long as we could, but realistically we can’t….”-Sister Janice Perrault

Michigan: In Midland, god refuses to stop ‘his’ Lutheran church owned Journeys Coffee House, on Main Street, from shutting down in June.  Senior pastor Ed Doerner revealed god was powerless against “…substantial rent increases and other stipulations from our landlord.”

New Jersey: In South Amboy, after more than 1-hundred years (surviving The Great deflationary Depression and numerous recessions) god powerless to stop the shutdown of ‘his’ Sacred Heart Elementary School because “…enrollment has decreased by 40 students and the subsidy required to sustain the school’s operation has risen to over a half-million dollars annually…”

New York:  God powerless to stop ‘his’ Catholic Charities of Buffalo from shutting down their social services operations within taxpayer funded public schools (hey, isn’t that a violation of the 1st Amendment, government shall not recognize a religion?), at least 65 jobs lost by the end of June.  In Bronx NYC, Saint Barnabas Rehabilitation & Continuing Care Center has been sold to a vulture capitalist, a shutdown WARN has been issued, 254 jobs lost in July! God powerless to stop ‘his’ Webster Christian School from shutting down due to The Rapture, I mean lack of students: “The road to transition had been paved with honest assessment, strategic planning, and fresh initiatives….. Notwithstanding all these….Webster Christian School will be closing at the end of this current school year….we simply do not have the number of students….to provide a standard of excellence in Christian education.”-school statement

North Dakota: Propane tank maker Trinity Containers shutting down their West Fargo operations, 91 jobs lost in June.

Ohio: In Hubbard, god powerless to stop the shutdown of ‘his’ Saint Patrick School. The Bishop of Youngstown blames it on ten years of Rapture, I mean declining enrollment.

Oklahoma: After 18 years ‘christian’ owned Owasso Fitness Center shutting down. Local news reports say “the most Christian” owner is switching to private fitness lessons only. In Lawton, after 53 years the J. Roy Dunning Children’s Shelter shutting down due to being $122-thousand USD in the hole. In Tishomingo, country music singer ‘christian’ Miranda Lambert ‘flipped the bird’ at her own The Pink Pistol employees when she secretly sold the property to her ex-husband, and then without warning shutdown the clothing store. However, Miranda crazed former employees tried to hide their anger about not being warned: “This ‘rumor’ is real and my sister and Kay lost their jobs.”-Morgan Cribbs

“Yes, Pink Pistol Tishomingo is closed as of today. Blake bought it and we don’t know much more. I’ve loved my job there and I love the town!”-Kayleigh

Pennsylvania: Presbyterian/Agnostic Warren Buffett owned Kraft-Heinz moving its Lehigh Valley Grey Poupon production to Michigan, because it’s being paid half-a-million dollars by Michigan taxpayers and $17-million USD by private investors. Also, Kraft-Heinz is moving its Lehigh Valley Tassimo coffee production to Canada, claiming that the majority of Tassimo customers live in Canada. Both moves will cost Pennsylvania as many as 7-hundred jobs! On top of that, in Pittsburgh Warren Buffett eliminating 40 in-house Heinz-Kraft jobs in favor of cheap-o contractors (bet they’re H-1B migrants).  In Lansford, Our Lady of Angels Academy has gone from 8-hundred students to just more than 1-hundred, and god is powerless to stop the shutdown in July. Administrators said the only way they could stay open was to jack up the fees, but christian parents can’t afford to pay more fees.  In Freeland, Despite surviving The Great Depression and numerous recessions god powerless to stop the shutdown of ‘his’ Park United Methodist Church: “It’s unfortunate. All the churches are experiencing this decline in attendance. It’s a shame.”-Barbara Haraschak, church chairwoman

South Dakota: In Howard, after 134 years (surviving The Great Depression and numerous recessions) Belleview Lutheran Church shutdown. Due to The Rapture, I mean declining membership local Lutheran churches are merging in an attempt to stay alive. Local news media says the Belleview church was averaging only 14 people every Sunday (Sun-day, as in Star-day, now you know who their real god is: Apollo).

Tennessee: Utah based ‘christian’ owned Capstone Nutrition shutdown their Spring Hill factory-warehouse, 125 jobs gone! It’s blamed on legal problems with client MusclePharm, which supposedly hasn’t paid for $22-million USD worth of Capstone products!  In Limestone, ‘god’ powerless to stop nursing home John M. Reed Health & Rehabilitation shutting down due to the federal government ending Medicare/Medicaid payments. The board members include members of the Church of the Brethren. In 2015 the nursing home was accused of having so called “deficiencies” that could threaten the health of patients, mainly a lack of competent employees.  After 42 years god powerless to stop the shutdown of ‘his’ Bible distributor Send the Light Distribution. Administrators blame it on competition with Amazon!

Texas: Presbyterian/Agnostic Warren Buffett owned BNSF railway revealed it eliminated 4-thousand 6-hundred jobs in past months! The layoffs exceed the job cuts BNSF made when the ‘recession’ officially began in 2007! A hiring freeze is in effect, it’s blamed on the oil industry BS!

Washington DC: In the ‘christian’ controlled U.S. Navy three more officers have been arrested and charged with bribery. It’s part of investigations into USN bribery and contractor overcharging problems going back many years and involving more than $34-million USD!   The tax-draining U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) is asking for permission to conduct yet another round of base shutdowns. Christian leadership with the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force now claim they have more posts (bases) than they really need! But wait, don’t think this is going to save taxpayers money, the DoD wants to use the money saved by shutting down bases, and laying off thousands more personnel, on buying even more outrageously expensive high-tech weapons (like robots to replace human personnel).

1st Q 2016: Christianity “It’s for sale, someone can turn it into a restaurant if they want to.”

FALSE FLAG: BOTH ‘CHRISTIAN’ PRIDE FESTIVAL ATTACKER & ‘MUSLIM’ ORLANDO SHOOTER WERE SECURITY GUARDS!

“But the root of all these evils is the love of money, and there are some who have desired it and have erred from the faith and have brought themselves many miseries.”-1 Timothy 6:10 Aramaic Bible

“And Yeshua entered the temple and drove out all those who were buying and selling in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who were selling doves. WARN=Worker Adjustment & Retraining Notification

Dumbing Down the U.S. June 2016 : “Morale is really low.” “The numbers don’t lie.”

It must be noted that I started documenting these education shutdowns at the beginning of 2014, in that year I posted the reports biannually (every six months). In 2015 education cutbacks ramped up and I posted quarterly (every three months). For the past six months of 2016 there have been so many education cutbacks that I’ve posted a report every month!

Disappearing Students Syndrome (DSS): A phrase created by me to describe a phenomenon taking place across the United States, affecting both privately and publicly funded schools, from Kindergarten all the way through University levels.

Incomplete list of publicly announced education related layoffs & school shutdowns, June 2016:

While fundraising efforts have met current cash flow needs, SMS has struggled with lack of funds periodically throughout its years in operation.”  The economy is so bad that there is an official teacher ‘famine’ in eastern Idaho schools. According to numbers presented by local school districts, between 2009 and 2014 at least 9-thousand 569 teachers fled eastern Idaho schools!

Iowa: British empire United Kingdom owned textbook and test publisher Pearson conducted a third round of layoffs, bring the total number of people laid off in Iowa City to 166! Local news media say the Red Coat company blames the job cuts on fewer and fewer ‘Americans’ going to college. Yes, most of your ‘American’ textbooks are actually made by the British empire! Is it part of the dumbing down of the United States conspiracy?

The Granby School Committee will layoff at least 12 teachers, along with a number of other employees: “State Aid to Granby is projected to decrease for the coming fiscal year by $60,667. In three of the last nine years, Granby has received more State Aid than it will in FY 2017. State Aid pays for about 32.7% of Granby’s operating budgets. State Aid for Schools, including School Choice funds, is projected to decrease by $107,088. At $5,290,801, State Aid for Schools represents over 84% of Granby’s total State Aid.”

State administrators blame it on lack of academic performance and declining enrollment.   Utica Community Schools eliminating 35 teaching jobs due to what I call Disappearing Students Syndrome; a massive drop of 440 students in one school year, and 1-thousand 132 in the previous four years! Utica Community Schools is the second largest school district in the Failed State.   Port Huron School Board eliminating 12 teaching positions. School bus contractor First Student issued a shutdown WARN for their Center Moriches operations, 4-hundred jobs gone!

It’s directly connected to Brown Mackie owner Education Management’s problems with meeting tougher U.S. Department of Education rules.  Bethlehem based National Association of Colleges and Employers revealed that only 54% of recent college grads found full time jobs six months after graduating!

Dumbing Down the United States, May 2016: “WE WANTED TO CONTINUE…REALISTICALLY WE CAN’T”

“Certainly going after specific nodes to hamper and stop the use of the internet by ISIL is important, but we also have to respect the privileges and rights of citizens to have access to the internet as a whole and as a country.”-Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland and Global Security Thomas Atkin, explaining to the U.S. House of Representatives Armed Services Committee why the Department of Defense refuses to destroy internet services in Syria

Really, the U.S. military is concerned about “citizens to have access to the internet”?  Realize how full of bullshit that statement is when the U.S. has no problem bombing the shit out of innocent people around the world!
