In the cop-cam video you still can’t make out if she’s actually holding something in her free hand. In United Kingdom, U.S. Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter just announced major changes to the Obama regime’s warfighting policies in Syria. He stated to the news media “I think you’ll be hearing very shortly from the President” about those changes.

A damning new report confirms that Japan is illegally stockpiling weapons grade plutonium and has more than enough to make 6-thousand nuclear bombs, and the United States, United Kingdom and other NATO members are complicit!

Back in August 2013 Blind Bat News reported that Japan’s Atomic Energy Commission admitted that the Commission itself was just a “formality” and did not actually monitor what was going on inside Japan’s nuclear industry!
In December 2013, a Chinese report said Japan has been secretly using its nuclear power plants to create weapons grade plutonium, enough for 1-thousand nuclear bombs.
In March 2014, U.S. NBC TV news reported concerns that Japan has the “bomb in the basement”.
Notice that Japan is not included on this map of nuclear weapons nations, yet Iran is!
The China Arms Control and Disarmament Association says Japan’s stockpile of plutonium has doubled since the 1990s: “Japan now has 47.8 tons of separated plutonium, 10.8 of which are stored inside Japan. Why are we so interested in this issue? It is because, first, we believe there is no reasonable civil demand for this huge stockpile of nuclear material. This is what we call a severe imbalance between supply and demand.”

Syrian Arab Army Air Force and Russian Vozdushno-Kosmicheskie Sily Rossii claim more than 2-hundred DAIISH insurgents killed and 11 armored vehicles destroyed by joint airstrikes. Syrian Arab Army reports intense fighting with U.S.-EU-Saudi-Israeli backed Jabhat al-Nusra (Nusra Front) insurgents. Syrian Arab Army units, YPG (Kurdish People’s Protection Units) and YPJ (Kurdish Women’s Defense Units) continued battles with DAIISH over the Aleppo City neighborhood of al- Sheikh Maqsoud and the Kweiris airbase. Hama Governorate: Syrian Arab Army and Air Force report killing 32 Jaish al-Fateh insurgents, wounding 38 and destroying U.S./Japanese made gun-trucks. Insurgents fired artillery rounds into the liberated town of Tiabat al-Imam, and also hit several Syrian Arab Army armored vehicles. The Christian dominated town of al-Seqelbia hit by artillery rockets. No reports of casualties or of who launched the rockets. There are reports that insurgents shot down a helicopter. Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says insurgents attacked a Syrian Arab Army armored unit with U.S. made TOW missiles. Dozens of AFVs destroyed, 13 Syrian Arab Army personnel killed, at least 11 insurgents killed.
Syrian ground troops report that many insurgents are literally dropping their weapons and running away, thanks to the airstrikes by Russian Vozdushno-Kosmicheskie Sily Rossii.
Hasakah Governorate: Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reports that the U.S.-EU-Saudi-Israeli backed DAIISH just executed three people that they kidnapped back in February. Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was sent a video with one of the soon to be executed victims saying “We are dozens, our destiny will be the same as of those, unless you take appropriate action to lift our imprisonment , get us out of the inevitable destiny.” Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also reports that the U.S.-EU-Saudi-Israeli backed DAIISH cut off a man’s hand after accusing him of theft. Children were made to watch the hand chopping.
Homs Governorate: Battles continued between Syrian Arab Army and DAIISH around Tadmur (Palmyra) City, as well as across the governorate. Syrian Arab Army Air Force and Russian Vozdushno-Kosmicheskie Sily Rossii continued airstrikes near the al-Shaer oil field.
Idlib Governorate: Reports of civilian casualties in insurgent controlled areas after airstrikes.
Latakia Governorate: 27 Nusra Front targets destroyed in joint Syrian Arab Army Air Force and Russian Vozdushno-Kosmicheskie Sily Rossii airstrikes. In Rabiaa area 20 Saudi insurgents were killed while building a car bomb, including an officer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabian army.
Quneitra Governorate: Syrian Arab Army and National Defense Forces (militia) report a battle with Nusra Front.
Raqqa Governorate: Russian Vozdushno-Kosmicheskie Sily Rossii conducted airstrikes.

Blood samples from the Kurdish peshmerga fighters tested positive for mustard gas after battles with Islamic State, aka DAIISH (DA for al-DAwla, I for al-Islamiya, I for al-Iraq, SH al-SHam [al-Sham = Syria]).
Back in March, Kurdish forces in Iraq said a January DAIISH truck bomb attack revealed that DAIISH was enhancing their vehicle bombs with “low grade” mustard gas. Kurdish fighters said U.S. military advisors on scene took blood samples themselves, but so far no comment from the U.S. Department of Defense. Why isn’t the U.S. supplying the Kurds with chemical protective gear?
This is not the first time peshmerga made a claim of chemical weapons use against DAIISH. In August, last year, at least 37 DAIISH mortar rounds lobed at Kurds were filled with chemical agents.
