During the Second World War the Germans used several types of small robot kamikaze tanks to blow up enemy fortifications.

In Hawaii, the U.S. Army is testing advanced versions of similar robot tanks during the Tiger Balm Command Post Exercise.  But instead of being used as bombs they’re being used for more practical things like heavy machine gun carriers.  By the way, the program is officially called PACMAN-1.

After 20 years the last of Idaho’s AH-64 Apache gunships were ‘flown into the sunset’ by the Obama regime.  Supposedly they’ll be replace with UH-60 Black Hawk utility ‘copters.

National Guard reps said it’s part of the state militia’s new ’emergency response’ mission, without going into details.  However, in 2014 Idaho’s National Guard ground troops returned to high intensity “total force” training, and as I recall the AH-64 Apache is an integral part of high intensity ground combat.

Here’s the true reason: Active duty Army needs more gunships as never ending wars (which Obama promised to end) have whittled down their inventory, and lack of taxpayer revenues (due to a bad economy, also something Obama promised to fix) means new Apaches can’t be built.

Individual taxpayers are being raped again as gov’na Butch Otter gives Dow Chemical (third largest chemical company, and one of the wealthiest, in the world!) a huge 24% across the board tax break to build an insulation factory in Burley!

The Idaho Statesman revealed how Butch Otter kept Idaho’s petroleum project, including fracking, secret until he inadvertently revealed it during a bus tour.  Six years later Idaho Statesman reveals that Idaho taxpayers haven’t benefitted: “Since then Idahoans have been slowly learning about costs and risks the industry presents. So far the financial benefits have not been what the industry suggested we could expect. Since Jan. 1, the Idaho Tax Commission reported $70,559 in receipts from the state’s 2.5 percent severance tax…..  …many residents remain worried in part because of the way some of the company representatives on the ground have treated them and because of the shroud of secrecy…  …other oil and gas companies that say they want to invest millions more in Idaho but are stopped by rules Alta Mesa largely wrote to keep out the competition….  ….Ask yourself: Do I want a natural gas processing facility 300 feet from my home? That’s what new state rules propose.”

In Power County, just weeks after a ribbon cutting ceremony by gov’na Butch Otter (who declared the economy “risen from the ashes”) construction on the Valley Agronomics fertilizer factory appears to have suddenly halted. I posted a question on their Facebook page at the beginning of the month, but so far no response.

Independent news reports say that for every two Gem State teachers that leave only one replacement can be found, meaning that every year Idaho schools have less and less teachers (makes you wonder why the school districts continue to claim they’re short on funding).

At American Falls Reservoir a dispute between U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (BoR) and Seagull Bay Yacht Club.  The public land is managed by the yacht club, yet the yacht club is a membership only group.  BoR says the yacht club has dozens of spaces for recreational vehicles for members, but only eight for the general public.  Seagull Bay Yacht Club’s response is that the BoR won’t let its members camp for more than 14 days at a time.  BoR will not renew the lease unless Seagull Bay Yacht Club satisfies their request to open more spaces for the general public.

The Pocatello Police Department asking residents not to call 911 for non-violent crimes!  Police suggested using their website to file reports of non-violent crime (impossible for people with no access to the internet).  Police claim it takes up too much of their time to respond to non-violent crime reports.  Is this a sign that violent crimes have increased, or that city administrators need to cut taxpayer funding, or both?

The former dock master at the Coeur d’Alene Resort sentenced to ten years in prison for stealing from his employer.  Police say he stole $500-thousand USD and tried covering it up by claiming he was issuing refunds to customers.

In Jerome, the Idaho Conservation League accusing Novalex-Hilex Poly of violating federal EPA regulations.  Company administrators claim they are below the EPA requirements for making public notice of toxic emissions.

In Post Falls, state Department of Health and Welfare shutdown Here We Grow daycare after 22 children were left alone.  It was discovered after one of the children escaped.  

Unnamed employees of iconic family owned Zamzows pet and garden centers reporting to Blind Bat News of drastic and sudden changes in management.  Long time employees say suppliers have also been changed, all ordering now done through main office in Nampa, some inventory is not being re-stocked, HR employees laid off, and new policies enacted to make it easier to fire employees (which means they won’t qualify for unemployment assistance).  There are reports that Zamzows family members are owed money by the company and that a media consultant has been hired. One employee reported to Blind Bat News that July sales crashed by more than $13-thousand USD compared to July last year!  The latest company manager’s meeting was said to be full of confusion about why sales have crashed and what’s happening to customers.  In a 2013 Idaho NPR report Zamzows’ president stated that increasing the state minimum wage wouldn’t adversely affect them.

I found a 2010 AFL-CIO analysis (titled The Public Availability of WARN Notices: Lack of Accessibility and Disclosure…) which proves what I’ve been suspecting in my search of state WARN notices; most states are not complying with federal WARN regulations and are not publicizing or tracking mass layoffs.

Former employees who receive severance are not counted as unemployed!

Employees of religious non-profits might not qualify for unemployment assistance: “If the non-profit organization is a church, you may or may not be entitled to unemployment. It all depends upon state regulations for church employers. In many cases, churches are allowed to set their own rules regarding unemployment benefits, meaning the church can choose whether to offer benefits to former employees.”

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) no longer issues mass layoff reports: “On March 1, 2013, President Obama ordered into effect the across-the- board spending cuts (commonly referred to as sequestration) required by the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act, as amended. Under the order, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) must cut its current budget by more than $30 million, 5 percent of the current 2013 appropriation, by September 30, 2013. In order to help achieve these savings and protect core programs, the BLS will eliminate two programs, including Mass Layoff Statistics, and all ‘measuring green jobs’ products. This news release is the final publication of monthly mass layoff survey data.”

False Flag: Air Fresheners blamed for chemical attack on U.S. base?

A hazmat incident at Fairchild Air Force Base, in Washington state, is now being blamed on air fresheners!

24 people were sickened by an “unknown irritant” that somehow got into building 2045’s ventilation system.  Local news reports now say that investigators found that a lot of “air fresheners” were stocked near the HVAC system.  Somehow the stockpiled air fresheners created massive fumes which were sucked into the ventilation when the HVAC turned on.

According to my research, building 2045 is used by U.S. Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC) for storage, including items shipped from Busan, Korea.

Wisconsin cop arrested by Arizona cop for being intoxicated while on duty!

It’s been revealed that a Flagstaff cop arrested a Janesville cop for being drunk while on duty!

The Wisconsin policeman was in Arizona attending the Police Explorers Conference, representing his employer the city of Janesville.    A Flagstaff policeman pulled over the Wisconsin cop because of erratic driving.  Janesville police administrators are investigating the charge.

But wait, there’s more!  Back in Wisconsin, a Janesville probation officer was arrested for disorderly conduct for being involved in a fight.  His continued employment pending an investigation.

The repression of Navajo continues more than 160 years after the U.S. invaded their land.

In the body cam video you can see a Winslow policeman stop a Navajo woman, Loreal Tsingine, who complies.  The fat ass 200 pound cop then runs up to the 100 pound Navajo, grabs her by the shoulder, whips her around causing her to fall to the ground.  Fearing for her life she gets up and defends herself with tiny scissors.  The fat ass cop then shoots her five times, point blank in the chest, even while another cop is running up from behind her.

The Winslow Police Department praised their fat ass genocidal cop for a job well done!  But according to local news media, Winslow PD was actually warned not to hire the cop in question three years ago!  Since then the fat ass cop has racked up a record of using violence against Winslow residents!

Texas cops genocide nearly 7-thousand people in five years!

According to a new study by Texas Justice Initiative, from 2005 to 2015 law enforcers in Texas killed 6,913 people while they were in custody.   Just over 1-thousand 9-hundred of those killed by the law were never convicted of a crime!

Texas Justice Initiative used once secret data from the Texas Attorney General’s office.  A court order forced the release of that data.  It appears that the older you are the more likely you are to be killed in prison, while the younger you are the more likely you’ll be killed by a cop on the street.

This revelation of genocide by cop comes after Texas ‘christian’ leaders boasted that they’ve reduced the crime rate in The Lone Star State.   Is genocide by cop what they mean by ‘alternatives to incarceration’?

Operation Jupiter: Bio-Chemical attack in Washington state? Korean connection?

A hazmat incident at Fairchild Air Force Base, in Washington, sickened 24 personnel and sent 14 to the hospital.

It happened around 08:30 Pacific time, in the basement of Building 2045.  Fairchild AFB’s main mission is aerial refueling ops. U.S. Air Force says the incident is being investigated, caused by an “unknown irritant”, but refused to give out any details.

Local news reports say the Spokane Fire Department is also investigating.

My research revealed that building 2045 is a warehouse used to store items shipped in from Republic of Korea (South Korea).  The shipper is U.S. Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC) in Busan, Korea.  I’ve also found shipment data on the internet that indicates that surplus military ambulances from South Korea have been shipped to Fairchild AFB.

Operation Jupiter is a term I came up with to refer to False Flag NBC (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical) warfare operations, after I discovered the U.S. Army’s JUPITR program, which has a focus on Korea, while investigating the anthrax fiasco.

In 2015 ObamaCare cutbacks ramped up and I posted quarterly (every three months). For the past seven months of 2016 there have been so many ObamaCare cutbacks that I’ve posted a report every month!

It’s been revealed that the U.S. Customs and Border Protection has been intimidating U.S. doctors into conducting body cavity searches on immigrant patients! In at least one case the victim is a U.S. citizen: “The woman was transported in handcuffs to the University Medical Center of El Paso, where she was subjected to an observed bowel movement, a CT scan as well as rectal and vaginal exams without a warrant… ….the hospital charged the woman $5,000…”

Becker’s Hospital Review reports that the following hospital operators are now bankrupt busted: (Ohio) Coshocton County Memorial Hospital, (California) Colusa Regional Medical Center and Gardens Regional Hospital and Medical Center, (Louisiana) Winn Parish Medical Center in Winnfield; Avoyelles Hospital in Marksville; and Oakdale Community Hospital.  Pioneer Health Services affecting the states of Georgia, North Carolina, Mississippi, Tennessee and Virginia. Forest Park Medical Center affecting two hospitals in Texas.

Alabama: A former healthcare worker pled guilty to stealing patient’s data in a scam to use that data to file false tax returns.  West Alabama Emergency Services suddenly halted service for Bibb County, due to the resignation of their only licensed medical director: “This leaves people in that area with no ambulance service. It’s 20 miles to Centreville and 22 or 23 to Tuscaloosa.”-Robert Caffee, paramedic

Arizona: Tucson based fake heart maker SynCardia Systems now chapter 11 bankrupt busted and being sold-off, the new owner promises not to ‘arrest’ production of the only FDA approved artificial heart. University of Arizona is eliminating 58 jobs with its Health Plans ops, due to the loss of a major Medicaid contract.  After a six years freeze on enrollments, state administrators will allow children to once again be enrolled in the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP, aka KidsCare). Enrollment was frozen because of lack of taxpayer funding, affecting as many as 40-thousand children!

Arkansas: The owner of two children’s mental health facilities convicted of attempting to bribe a former deputy director of the state Department of Human Services. 

California:  Medical products distributor Owens & Minor issued layoff WARNs for Ontario and Tracy, 189 jobs gone by the end of August!  Drugs maker Actavis eliminating ten jobs in Corona, by September.  San Diego based drugs maker Arena Pharmaceuticals eliminating 1-hundred jobs!  In San Diego, state Employment Development Department finally published the layoff WARN issued by Scripps Health, 150 jobs lost back in May!  Hospice care provider Peppermint Holdings issued a layoff WARN for their Ontario location, 60 jobs gone by mid-August.

Florida: In Gainesville, Fluor Federal Services issued a WARN, 125 healthcare/social assistance jobs gone by the end of August!  MetLife eliminating 74 jobs in Tampa, by the end of October.  Taxpayer grant money sucking medical researcher Scripps Florida suddenly eliminated at least 14 jobs with their Jupiter ops.  A local news report said that in 2003 Gov’na Jeb bush gave Scripps $310-million taxpayer dollars with the expectation that 50-thousand jobs would be created within 15 years, so far the number of jobs created are only a fraction of that!  Baptist Health South Florida bribing employees to quit (voluntary buyouts) in order to free-up cash for investments into “growth areas”.  

Illinois: A former manager of Schaumburg based Suburban Home Physicians was convicted of Medicare fraud, sentenced to six years in prison and ordered to payback $15-million USD.  Two other employees of Suburban Home Physicians were convicted of the scam, but for some reason the details of their trials are being withheld from news media.

Iowa:  In Charles City, Mercy Family Clinic shutting down due to competition.  University of Iowa suddenly shutdown their clinic in Sigourney, due to ObamaCare forcing them to focus on “specialty services”.

Kentucky: Louisville based Humana announced it will cease providing ObamaCare insurance in at least four states by 2017, blaming “persistent risk selection challenges” (meaning they can’t make profits off ObamaCare).

Michigan: In K.I. Sawyer, water, air and food purification product maker Biogenic Reagents suddenly laid off 35 people, no reason given.  Michigan State University shutting down its Women’s Healthcare Clinic in Lansing, ‘officially’ due to lack of doctors.  A doctor agrees to pay $8-million USD for tricking healthy people into dangerous radioactive chemo and other “aggressive” anti-cancer therapies. It was proven that at least 40 of the more than 5-hundred victims did not have cancer! The doctor was also convicted of frauding Medicare and will spend 45 years in prison.  However, not all the evil doctor’s victims will get justice due to Michigan’s unfair laws protecting doctors: “Unfortunately under these circumstances and under Michigan law, Fata’s victims were never going to receive fair levels of compensation.”-Brian McKeen, attorney

Missouri: In Springfield, Ozarks Community Hospital eliminated 2-hundred jobs, and shutdown its OR and ER operations, due to ObamaCare canceling their Medicare contract!

Montana: In Billings, Saint Vincent Healthcare effectively eliminated 84 jobs, and shutting down their Shirley’s Place Child Care Center,  blaming changes in the healthcare industry (like ObamaCare pushing people out of inpatient care) which is causing their revenues to crash.  “…Montana residents, who call themselves pain refugees, boarded an airplane from Missoula to Los Angeles. They say that finding doctors willing to treat chronic pain in Montana is almost impossible…   In the past several years, the Montana Board of Medical Examiners has taken on several high-profile cases of doctors it suspects of overprescribing opioids.”-Kaiser Health News

Nevada: In Elko a doctor tazered a patient allegedly because the patient was “combative” and there is a lack of security in the hospital. 

New Hampshire: In Lebanon, after 118 years Kleen Laundry service now chapter 11 bankrupt busted.  The majority of Kleen Laundry’s customers are hospitals.

New Jersey: Madison based Quest Diagnostics’ Prescription Drug Monitoring Report 2016 says 54% of U.S. citizens are prescription drug addicts!  Whitehouse Station based drugs maker Merck eliminating an undisclosed number of jobs at three ‘east coast’ research facilities.  Morristown based drugs maker Pernix Therapeutics Holdings eliminating 60 sales jobs.  A 10 years old autistic boy stabbed ten times by a psychiatric nurse, after she bent back his finger until it “cracked” and inflicted various other assaults that took place during a 12 hours period back in May! State investigators say she did it because she was angry that the autistic boy refused to follow her orders!

New York: In Pearl River, drugs maker Pfizer issued a restructuring WARN, 151 jobs gone by the end of October!  Federal investigators are looking into current ‘elected’ mayor Bill de Blasio’s connection to the sale of Long Island College Hospital.  Supposedly the buyer of the hospital is a property developer with direct connections to de Blasio’s assistants.  NYC based Oscar Health jacking up its rates by at least 13% in 2017, as well as cutting more than 50% of its network. Administrators blame huge losses in 2015.  In Brooklyn NYC, Shiel Medical Laboratory laying off 165 people starting in October, due to getting the hell outta New York City (relocating to New Jersey)! New York Dialysis Services issued a shutdown WARN for its Harlem Dialysis clinic, 26 jobs gone by Halloween.  VillageCare Home Care issued a shutdown WARN for its NYC ops, 87 jobs gone by November.

Oregon:  Providence Health Plan ending insurance coverage for 11-thousand customers starting January 2017!  Administrators essentially said they will focus on insurance plans that they know can make them a profit.

Pennsylvania: Lehigh Valley Health Network continues to eliminate jobs, this time 34 people becoming unemployed due to ObamaCare: “As the national model for healthcare delivery continues to transform, it’s necessary for LVHN to identify ways to provide better care to more people at a lower cost.”-Lehigh Valley Health Network

South Carolina: LexingtonMedicalCenter agrees to pay $17-million USD fine for Medicare fraud.

Virginia: Insurance company Genworth Financial eliminating 50 jobs in Richmond and Lynchburg.

Washington DC: U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) canceled $57-billion USD worth of TRICARE contracts with UnitedHealthcare.  TRICARE is the U.S. military’s health insurance program for employee’s families (prior to TRICARE it was known as CHAMPUS).  According to news reports UnitedHealthcare was delaying payments for services rendered.  U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) reports that 59% of U.S. hospitals lost access to their Electronic Health Records (EHR)!
