Black Horse & What Economic Recovery? Brazil says the U.S. Elites are cannibalizing their own people

When you realize that the overwhelming number of people living in the United States are now lower income, and that it has come as a result of the Elitist policies within the United states, then you can see that they are cannibalizing their own people as well.

Corporate Incompetence: Hokkaido Nuclear Plant fails to pass new safety tests!

On 29 February 2012, Japan’s Nuclear Industrial and Safety Agency said Hokkaido Electric Power Company (HEPCo) failed to comply with new nuclear plant stress test rules.

Japan’s government officials have even more reason to get tough on nuclear safety, as an investigation into the Fukushima disaster revealed gross government incompetence.

The new stress tests are designed to force nuclear power plant operators to take into consideration major natural disasters regarding the reactor’s safety.  The  Nuclear Industrial and Safety Agency said HEPCo failed to consider fault lines running under and around their Tomari nuclear power plant.

HEPCo only considered fault lines that were 40km (24.8 miles) away!  Government officials also say the new stress tests require consideration of fault lines as far out as 150km (93 miles).

Experts say you can’t rely on Federal Government or Coporations in times of Nuclear Disasters!

A panel of experts, in Japan, have released recommendations for future nuclear disaster, and one of those recommendations is: Do not rely on corporations or national governments for help!

After investigating disaster response, regarding the ongoing General Electric designed Fukushima nuclear reactor disaster, experts say local governments should have full control of things like evacuations, and radiation monitoring, among other things.

An existing off site (off nuclear plant property) disaster response center failed, because it was overwhelmed with radiation contamination! The expert panel say in the future off site nuclear disaster response centers must be hardened against radiation contamination (you would’ve thought that was a no brainer).

The panel also recommends two radiation response centers; one located some distance from any nuclear plants, to act as a command & control center, and one near nuclear plants to act as a front line radiation monitor and to direct evacuations.

The panel says the response centers should be under control of local governments, not national/federal governments!  Also, local governments should have total authority, and not be reliant on nuclear power corporations for disaster response advice!  Months of investigations have revealed that corporations are grossly incompetent in that regard!

Already the national government of Japan, and Tokyo Electric Power Company, are downplaying the advice from experts.

Official Independent Investigation proves Gross Government & Corporate Incompetence regarding Nuclear Safety in Japan!

A Japanese government sanctioned independent investigation has revealed gross incompetence in the wake of the March, 2011, nuclear disaster at Fukushima Daiichi.  It also says that Tokyo Electric Power Company made the situation worse!

Six investigators interviewed more than 300 people, including Japanese and U.S. government officials.  However, officials at TEPCo refused to co-operate with the investigators! They have just published their findings, 28 February 2012.

The report calls government response “off the cuff”, and “too late” (as I was posting last year)!

The nuclear power plant operator, TEPCo, was ill prepared for a nuclear disaster, despite decades of telling locals they were prepared (as I posted last year).

The Japanese government, especially the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency, failed to ensure the proper training for nuclear disaster response (as I posted last year).

The report also blames Japan’s complicated system of delegating authority and responsibility.  No one knew who was supposed to do what regarding the disaster; from top national government officials down to sub-contractors working for TEPCo (again, as I posted last year).

Things were so bad that local governments have been taking the initiative to try and deal with things like relocating residents, and decontamination efforts, with little help from the national government (again, I posted).

Also, many of the discoveries of radiation contamination came as a result of individuals and private groups, who took it upon themselves to pay for testing things like dirt, water, and even food, like beef, sold in grocery stores (again, I).

It was local governments who discovered farm crops to be contaminated (posted last year).

The report also says that information coming from the private sector to government officials was insufficient to make proper decisions. TEPCo officials simply dragged their feet when it came to dealing with specific issues, like cooling systems being shut down, and vents not being opened.

Not only did TEPCo drag their feet, but the investigators found that there was a back up cooling system that was functional, but TEPCo never used it!!!

Although Japan’s government has a crisis management policy, the investigators said it is totally useless!

Government Incompetence: Japanese leaders unaware of their own Nuclear Disaster prediction RadNet system!

An investigation by an independent panel discovered that there is indeed a nuclear disaster plan already in place at the national government level in Japan.  But, the Prime Minister’s administration was not aware of it!

Of course, former Prime Minister Kan Naoto and four other politicians blame the Science Ministry officials for not telling them about a computer program/radiation detection sites called SPEEDI (System Prediction Environmental Emergency Dose Information).

The system is similar to the U.S. EPA’s RadNet system (which mysteriously stopped working iimmediately after March 11, 2011).

Former Cabinet Secretary Edano Yukio said he found out about it from the Japanese media.  By then, the Fukushima Daiichi reactor 2 was already spewing radiation.

Edano said when he questioned the Science Ministry politicians about it, they told him SPEEDI was not accurate.

The investigators discovered that SPEEDI is being used to convince local governments the nuclear plants were safe!  So why, when determining plans to deal with a nuclear disaster, SPEEDI is considered inaccurate?

Medical Incompetence: Japanese hospitals not prepared for nuclear disaster in nuclear power dominated Japan!

Japan’s Nuclear Safety Commission reviewed the ability of hospitals to deal with nuclear accidents.  The results were not good.

The found that five hospitals, located near the General Electric designed Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant, were not able to deal with the nuclear disaster.

Fukushima Medical University Hospital, a core care facility for radiation exposure, was too busy dealing with victims of the natural disasters, to be able to deal with victims of the nuclear disaster.

The Nuclear Safety Commission discovered a huge problem; Japanese hospitals are not set up to co-operate with each other regarding major disasters.  This would have been a great help. They are now working on new policy that will include such co-operation in the future.

Vietnam claims success with new H5N1 & H1N1 vaccine

A Vietnamese company is claiming to have created a successful vaccine, to fight the latest mutations of H5N1 bird flu, and H1N1 swine flu.

VABIOTECH officials say they developed the vaccines by using people who were already infected. The first batch of vaccines showing positive results on volunteers.

Vietnam’s Ministry of Health is praising the company’s efforts.

Pale Green Horse & H5N1: U.S. media says Bird Flu not that deadly. Tell that to Indonesia, they just had their fourth human death caused by Bird Flu

While more people in southeast Asian countries die from H5N1 the U.S. media is spreading reports that bird flu isn’t as bad as first thought.  The February 21 death of a boy was the fourth for the 2011-12 flu season.  He died about one week after showing symptoms of flu.

Indonesian health officials say 154 people were confirmed to have died of H5N1 since 2005.

The first 2011-12 flu season death, caused by H5N1, was reported in China in December.

A new study, by Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, says the UN’s World Health Organization’s death rate of 60% for H5N1, is based on severe cases and doesn’t count mild cases.  But if your a family member who lost someone to H5N1 that doesn’t matter.   The fact is that there seems to be a lot of severe cases of H5N1 in Asia.

Pale Green Horse & H3N2: CDC says H3N2v Pandemic likely, potentially more virulent than H5N1, WHO says Vaccines must be changed

A U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention study says H3N2 swine flu virus is potentially more virulent than H5N1 bird flu.

Unlike the H5N1 flu, in which a U.S. taxpayer funded study showed that humans could manipulate the virus to make an even more deadly version, H3N2 does not need to be manipulated by humans.  The CDC study shows that Mother Earth is already mutating H3N2 rapidly and towards a more deadly version.

At the same time, the UN’s World Heath Organization has issued a warning, saying vaccines need to be adjusted for the rapidly changing H3N2 strains.

The WHO says the influenza A/H3N2 component, along with influenza B component, of vaccines should be changed.  Also, for the 2012-13 flu season, look out for H1N1 California, H3N2 Victoria and influenza B Wisconsin.

Back to the CDC.  The 2011-12 flu season started late, in fact the CDC says it’s the latest start to the U.S. flu season in the past 29 years!  The CDC warns that a late start does not mean it won’t be bad.

In fact, in the past 35 seasons we have seen peak activity….four times in March and two times in April….nor can we predict how severe the season will ultimately be.”-Joseph Bresee, CDC

Red Horse & World War 3: International Red Cross not a Neutral organization, Syria already has the Red Crescent, Western countries have history of using humanitarian organizations to propogate lies and justify War

Israeli media reporting that aid convoys have made it to Homs, Syria.  Those convoys are overtly International Red Cross, but covertly Western (U.S./European) military convoys.

The same thing happened in Libya.

Syria has the Red Crescent, the Islamic affiliation of the Red Cross, so why do Western powers insist on using the Red Cross to truck in so called humanitarian aid?

The Red Cross actually had aircover provided by the USAF and Turkish air force.  In northern Syria the Red Cross, with the help of Western military forces, has already been instrumental in providing “lines of communications” for so called rebel forces.

Lines of communications is military lingo for not only communications, but supplies like food, fuel, weapons and ammo.

This is not the first time the Red Cross, or any humanitarian organization, has been used to propagate propaganda and lies.

At the beginning of World War One, the British created a crisis in Belgium.  They blockaded all supplies to Belgium, after the Germans took the country over.  Today we would call it sanctions.

The British initially used officials from the International Red Cross (a Swiss organization) and Salvation Army (a British organization) to spread rumors of Belgians starving at the hands of Germans.  Soon the British and United States created a new Committee for Relief in Belgium (CRB) organization. In the Bryce Report (1914) they even said Germans were wantonly raping and killing civilians.  Sound familiar?

After the war it was proven that nothing on the level described by the British ever took place in Belgium.  In fact, James Bryce himself, who’s name was used in the Bryce Report, said the Report was full of lies!

It was also shown that the British and Americans actually blockaded their own CRB aid ships. The CRB aid was under total control by the U.S. Ambassador to Belgium, it’s said he controlled the food aid to point of determining the portions on each persons’ plate!

More questions: If the Germans were so evil, why did they let U.S. CRB officials into the country?   Why did the Germans allow James Bryce to investigate the initial claims made by the Red Cross and Salvation Army?  If the Germans were authoritarian and controlling, then how could more than “2.5 million” publications about such atrocities be published, by just one publisher (Wellington House), in less than one year?

James Bryce (a Britisher), is credited by the British government with providing the most damning “evidence”, but he ended up actually questioning the “evidence”.  When he went to Belgium to gather evidence for the Report he found nothing indicating such claims of crimes against humanity. He could not even find the locations where so called mass rapes and killings took place.  Out of the 350 statements in the Report, not a single one was confirmed!

The British government published the Bryce Report, over the objections of James Bryce.  The British and U.S. media had a field day with the Report, yet refused to publish James Bryce’s own objections.

One U.S. economics of history professor, George B. McClellan, even wrote an article for the New York Times Sunday Magazine (1915), which cast doubt on the Bryce Report.  He said there was “less evidence of war” in Belgium than in France.  He also said “the Germans are doing their best to conciliate the Belgians.”  McClellan even said his own experience was that Belgians were happier under German rule, than under pro-British rule.

After the war, less than a dozen cases came to trial, and none of them came close to the level of atrocities claimed in the Bryce Report.  In several cases, the crimes that made it to court actually took place after the Bryce Report was issued!

Yet, even today most British and U.S. versions of the Rape of Belgium continue to support the proven lies of the Bryce Report!

The Spanish American War (1898) could be considered the first intentional, and organized use of the media to create false reports in order to build public support for war.  World War One (1914-1918) can be considered the first intentional, and organized use of humanitarian organizations to build false evidence to justify war.

Now, a hundred years later both are still being used by the Western powers to justify their evil beastly conquest of the World.

In Libya the Western media reported all kinds of unsubstantiated crimes against Libyan people, but never reported on the fact that the so called peaceful protestors were attacking Russian and Chinese oil workers in eastern Libya.  30,000 Chinese oil workers had to be evacuated!  Russian oil workers were still being threatened with execution after the “revolution” was over!

In Syria it’s deja vu.  The Western media is reporting unsubstantiated claims.  None of the “sources” used by Western officials can be proven.  Even the Arab League (AL) observers turned out to be a joke.

Most Western media reported that AL observers quit early because things were so bad in Syria, they were afraid for their own lives.  But wouldn’t that be the ultimate proof of their claims, that their own observers fall victim to the so called government sponsored violence?

I read other reports, some amazingly coming from Western journalists, that said some of the AL observers quit not because of what was going on in Syria, but because it became obvious that the AL observer mission was not an unbiased mission, but had an ulterior motive!
