Exceptional Failed States: Federales seize Tennessee National Guard facility on USN base!

Despite local news reports that the lockdown has been lifted at the Naval Support Activity Mid-South base, live video shows increasing federales (pronounced the Spanish way) presence at the USN facility leased to Tennessee Army National Guard.

USMC and USN police are assisting federales and local police in blocking roads to facility (Pat Thompson Facility?).  A large trailer Command Post is being set up in front of parking lot.  It appears that guardsmen are not being allowed to leave, many are milling about in the parking lot.

Exceptional Failed State: National Guard attacks U.S. Navy base in Tennessee? False Flag Op to justify Martial Law?

New reports say area of shooting involved space leased to Tennessee Army National Guard.  Shooter was a National Guard recruiter, earlier reports said it was a USN recruiter.  Shooting was result of some kind-o-fight after the recruiter was “relieved of duty”.

Tennessee National Guard officials say fellow guardsmen captured shooter, before police arrived.

During a press conference Millington Fire Chief, Gary Graves, stated that all wounded personnel were in the hospital, yet immediately after press conference an ambulance streaked by with lights and siren blazing.

Local TV news reports now say the National Guard recruiter shot at least two other Tennessee guardsmen, near the Pat Thomson facility, Naval Support Activity Mid-South base, close to Tennessee’s border with Arkansas and Mississippi.

Reports say at 12:45 hours an order to “shelter in place” was issued.  This conflicts with WREG report that said the shooting actually took place at 12:47 hours!

The victims were wounded, the base is in lockdown (some reports say lockdown is lifted but live video shows otherwise), the shooter was arrested.  The base is HQ for headquarters to the Navy Personnel Command, Navy Recruiting Command, the Navy Manpower Analysis Center and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Finance Center.

A phone caller to Infowars.com reported that a state senator in Missouri warned him to stock pile guns, ammo and food now!  State legislators tried to leave the Union, but governor blocked move.  Plans in place to overthrow governor.

The senator and his wife confirmed to Infowar caller that it’s all about United Nations Agenda 21.

Agenda 21 is a UN member approved plan (that includes being approved by your federal government representatives) purportedly to protect the environment, however, we commoner humans are considered the main obstacle to protecting the environment.  Agenda 21’s main focus is “sustainable development”, meaning sustainable human population.

It was agreed that a five year review of Earth Summit progress would be made in 1997 by the United Nations General Assembly meeting in special session.

Postal service cuts delivery days by half!

While package volume is up, letter volume has crashed so low (30% drop), government officials have decided to drastically cut delivery service.

In the British empire country of New Zealand the government announced they are cutting New Zealand Post delivery from six days per week down to as few as three!  At least 1-thousand people will lose their jobs!

Postal Worker’s Union blames the 1997 law that allowed private companies to collect and delivery letters.  The government Post service is limited to standardized service and rates, but private companies are not. The PWU says in a way the 1997 law is actually subsidizing the private postal companies, but even with that the private companies are handling only 10% of the mail.

The Engineering, Printing and Manufacturing union has pointed out that cost cutting within the New Zealand Post have already been made, and moving to three day a week delivery is unnecessary.

It’s also been pointed out that moving to three day a week delivery will result in massive backlog in postal centers as packages and letters will pile up.  The three day a week delivery schedule begins in 2015.

As I’ve written in a previous Afghanistan update, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization is being destroyed by continued deployment to Afghanistan.  Now it’s not just financially, it’s for legal reasons.

NATO leaders have just called for a “strategic planning assessment”, all because Afghan President Hamid Karzai is refusing to sign a new military pact with the United States: “….we can’t finalize our preparations until we have finalized negotiations on the legal framework.”-Anders Fogh Rasmussen, NATO Secretary-General during NATO press conference

NATO member Germany kind-o-blamed the United States: “Our decision depends on these decisions. We have made an offer, but we need clarity on the rights and duties of our soldiers and we need clarity on the U.S. decision.”-Thomas de Maiziere, Defense Minister of Germany, interview with BBC

NATO officials told Reuters that despite the official 2014 pullout, they expect to have 12-thousand NATO troops remain in Afghanistan!

Exceptional Failed State: FEMA Region 6 National Guard NCO says even non-combat personnel being geared up for home invasions!

In a phone interview with Alex Jones (Infowars.com) a FEMA Region VI (6) National Guard (I’m assuming it’s National Guard, could Army Reserve) NCO revealed even maintenance units are being built up for martial law.

The Arkansas militia man revealed that in the past year he was involved in delivering armored vehicles and large amounts of heavy machine guns to armories, including his maintenance unit. Turret kits have also been supplied for the armored vehicles.

Maintenance units have also been equipped with night vision goggles, and other equipment that could be used for crowd control or home invasions, enough for every member of the unit.

I was in NG combat units until 2003 and even we didn’t have enough night vision goggles for every member.  As far as crowd control equipment goes, the last NG unit I was in that had crowd control gear was Delta Company, 1st of the 185th Armor in Apple Valley, California.  That was early to mid-1990s, and the equipment was the same stuff we used in the 1980s, all the way back to when the unit was CSC (Combat Support Company), 1st of the 185th Armor: Baseball bat sized wooden batons, clear plastic face shields for the old M1 steel helmet, plastic arm shields and a supply of CS (Crowd Suppression) gas.

I was in two combat units in Idaho, 1996-2003, they had zero crowd control gear (that could be because of the sparse civilian population in such a large state).

The FEMA Region VI NG member said at least 80% of his fellow guardsmen are upset about the DHS takeover.  He also stated that when he was in California, he noted an increase in foreign troops coming to train with U.S. troops on U.S. bases.

Exceptional Failed State: National Guard whistleblower reveals Martial Law plans in FEMA Region 1 within U.S.!

“It’s scaring the shit out of us up here!”-unnamed FEMA Region I active duty National Guard NCO commenting on take over by DHS

An active duty National Guard NCO, in FEMA Region I (one), reported during an unsolicited (other than Alex Jones asking for the audience to call in) phone call to Infowars.com that National Guard unit commanders are refusing to support the Bill of Rights, and Constitution.  Some are actually tearing down bulletin board postings of the Bill of Rights inside some armories.

The NCO said at least seven armories in his unnamed state had Bill of Rights, Constitution and military Oath of Allegiances torn down by higher ups.

Active duty Guard members complained to their JAG (Judge Advocate General).  JAG told concerned NCOs there’s no legal justification for the removal of the Bill of Rights, Constitution or Oath of Allegiance.

Active duty National Guard personnel have been told that they are now under direct control of Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

DHS is testing Guard members to see who will support martial law.  I’ve seen something similar during the 1990s, as a member of California and then Idaho National Guards, under the Clinton admin.

In 2003 (it might’ave been 2002), a retiring Idaho National Guard JAG officer (ex Regular Navy JAG, who said he switch to state run Army NG because USN was being prepped for martial law action) it was gave his last annual legal briefing to Bravo Company, 2nd of the 116th Armored Cavalry (please pronounce correctly, it’s not “calvary”. The 116th armored CAV is now known as 116th Cavalry Brigade Combat Team).  He adamantly stated that our state leaders sold out our National Guard to the federales, in exchange for increased federal funding.  He warned that the federal takeover was not for the arbitrary use of Guard personnel in foreign wars, without getting the governor’s approval, but for use on U.S. citizens under martial Law!

The retiring JAG officer also warned that the federales (pronounced the Spanish way) were in the processing of forcing states to give up their own particular Army National Guard UCMJs and adopting the federal active (Regular) Army UCMJ.

We had Pentagon insiders who warned us that the Bush admin invasion of Iraq was a done deal a full year before the invasion.  They also warned us that Idaho Guard was scheduled for deployment to Iraq, before the Bush admin invaded Iraq!   I bad mouthed Bush in a unit formation, as acting platoon sergeant, which could have been the reason they demoted me from E6 to E5, then refused to let me re-enlist when my enlistment ended in November 2003.  My Honorable Discharge papers, which were not sent to me until mid-2004, said I was “FLAGGED FOR APFT”, despite having the third highest APFT (Army Physical Fitness Test) score in my unit in 2003!  In my late 30s I was out push uping and out sit uping guys right out of Army Basic Training!

According to the FEMA Region I Guard member, DHS has issued a “mission change” for expected “gang insurrections” within Federal Emergency Management Agency Region I.  The info and procedures discused by the active duty Guard member, who called into Infowars.com, convinced me he was legitimate.

FEMA Region I is Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island and Connecticut.  (Idaho is FEMA Region X [ten]. Note that FEMA uses Roman/British empire numerals)

Exceptional Failed State: One million U.S. citizens lose their health insurance because of Obama Care!

According to Kaiser Health News, 500-thousand to one million people in the United States, who already have health insurance, are being sent cancellation notices!

Florida Blue terminating about 300-thousand policies, about 80% of their customers in Florida!

Kaiser Permanente cancelled policies for 160-thousand people, about 50% of its customer base in California!  Blue Shield of California cancelled 60% of its polices!  A rep from Blue Shield stated people who had insurance will pay more for the same coverage under Obama Care.

In Pennsylvania, Highmark canceled 20% of its policies.  Independent Blue Cross, the biggest health insurance company in the state, canceled 45% of its polices!

It’s possible that the amount of people being kicked off their existing insurance could be at least one million!
