Sears & Kmart closing update, 25 October 2014: Kmart fails to file WARN on 102 job losses in California!

A Kmart in California, with 102 employees, is shutting down just in time for Xmas!  Local news reports said the store began liquidating merchandise at the end of September, but only now has it become obvious the store is shutting down.  I checked the California WARN postings and discovered there are no Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notices from Kmart or Sears.  The federal WARN law says if 50 or more employees are affected you must issue a WARN, which should be made public by state officials.

update 23 October 2014

Here’s the updated list of U.S. Sears/Kmart store closings that I’ve been compiling since the end of 2011:

Arizona: Scottsdale Sears/Great Indoors, Chandler Sears/Great Indoors.

Customers complain that the Kmart employees have a bad attitude, gee I wonder why? Yuba City Kmart (63 jobs lost), Rocklin Kmart (at least 63 jobs lost, the store had just posted “Now Hiring” signs), recently revealed San Leandro Kmart (102 jobs lost).

Across the street, in Pocatello, the property where the Kmart is located has a “pad site available” sign, posted ever since the Kmart bankruptcy. The Kmart building takes up most of the “pad”. Latest news from inside sources say Sears Holdings will not comment on any plans to expand the small amount of Craftsman products already being sold at the Kmart, or shift the Kenmore products line, from the closing Chubbuck Sears to the Pocatello Kmart. In fact all plans for the Pokey Kmart are in a ‘holding pattern’.

By the way, Illinois elected officials gave Sears Holdings/Hoffman Estates a $150 million USD tax break to keep their headquarters in the state. The tax break was not tied to any promise not to close stores.

Ebola Update, 25 October 2014: Get sick, lose all your possessions! New birth control; Ebola is an STD! Got breast milk? Urine is not sterile! Korea bans Chinese! Unconstitutional Medical Martial Law has official title; Operation United Assistance!

“China has good systems and capacity in place to respond quickly should any case or possible case of Ebola be detected here.”-Bernhard Schwartlander, UN World Health Organization

China: Officials are spending an additional $82-million USD to fight ebola.  It’s the fourth time China has spent big bucks, despite criticism  from  ‘western’ countries who so far have only sent combat troops.

In Guangdong Province, random public health screenings have been stepped up, due to the fact that there is a large population of people from western Africa in the province.  The city of Guangzhou has designated seven hospitals as ebola treatment centers.

European Union:  France is now expanding their ebola checks from airports to boats and any other forms of mass transit coming into the country.  Since June, French health officials have investigated 480 possible cases of EVD.  So far all were negative.

Researchers in England, United Kingdom, now think the Medieval plague know as Black Death was not a bacteria, but a form of ebola virus!  The researchers say the spread rate of the Black Death was too fast for a bacteria.

Japan: Officials at all 30 international airports are conducting medical surveys to single out anybody from western Africa, or anybody who’s been to western Africa.

A Japanese surgical mask maker called Clever has donated 10-thousand masks to western African countries.  They report they are now getting requests from the EU country of France, and the U.S. city of New York.

Korea (DPRK): All travelers from China are now banned due to ebola fears.   It was Chinese travel agencies that revealed the Medical Martial Law by ‘North’ Korea.

Mail: The northern African country’s first victim died.  Reports are confusing, some say the two years old girl got infected while attending a funeral in Guinea, with her grandparents.  Another report says her father died from EVD.  It was a nurse who detected signs of ebola in the girl.  43 people in Mali are now under quarantine, most are healthcare workers.  Unconfirmed reports say the girl’s mother is now infected.   Mail is also a country where fierce battles have raged for years between pro-U.S.-European Christians and independence minded Muslims, who are fighting over who will control recently discovered oil reserves (which just happen to be in Muslim territory).

Mali was a French colony, and there are French military units in-country, under the guise of fighting terrorism.

Mexico: Health officials are handing out ebola warning pamphlets and posting signs at border crossings and airports.  About 90% of healthcare workers are undergoing ebola training.  21 people from western Africa were detained, but later declared free of ebola.

United States: The Center for Disease Control and Prevention revealed that ebola filovirus is also a Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD)!   CDC officials say EVD can be passed on through sexual intercourse for three months after a person has been declared ebola free!  It’s based on their interviews with the New York doctor who is sick in quarantine.  Health officials are not sure if the doctor had sex with his fiancee, but she is being medically monitored.

The UN World Health Organization has been warning that EVD can survive in semen for at least 70 days after a person is considered cured!  The UN WHO also says ebola can survive for a long time in urine (killing the myth that urine is sterile, all you sicko urophilics out there) and breast milk!

The states of Illinois, New Jersey and New York announced they will automatically quarantine all medical personnel returning from countries experiencing ebola outbreaks. This after a sick doctor returned from Guinea, and traveled around the Big Apple for a week before being hospitalized. Also, anybody who has had contact with sick people in Africa will be quarantined.

In Texas, the U.S. Army’s San Antonio Military Medical Center began training the new Ebola Rapid Response Team.  These Teams are meant for domestic Medical Martial Law use.

Barack Obama issued the order last week, commanding all Reserve military units to prepare for implementing the Medical Martial Law called Operation United Assistance.   Many main streamer news sources reported that this includes the activation of National Guard units for deployment to western Africa, this is not so, it is for enforcement of domestic Medical Martial Law.

For one,  National Guard personnel have already been involved in U.S. operations in western Africa for some time now (at the beginning of October Kentucky’s 123rd Contingency Response Group was sent to Senegal, ostensibly to set up an “airbase” for fighting ebola, and South Carolina militias are about to be deployed to western Africa).

Number two, it is unConstitutional for the President to activate National Guard units to fight a disease.  Article I, Section 8, Clauses 15-16 clearly list three reasons for activating state militias (“to execute the laws of the Union, suppress insurrection and repel invasions”), and fighting diseases is not one of them.  If you read the executive order Obama is not activating National Guard units (which are technically state militias) he is ordering the call up of Regular Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines Corp Reserve units.  Reserve units are directly tied to federal Active Duty units.

However, a few more reasons why the news media is reporting that National Guard units are part of Operation United Assistance is because the following states revealed they are prepping for it:

The state of Virginia has complied with the Obama regime’s questionable executive order and placed its Air and Army militias (National Guard) on standby in case of a domestic ebola outbreak.

West Virginia: “First responders, health department folks, military, and law enforcement, all of those agencies are working together to prepare for the Ebola threat.”-Major General Jim Hoyer, West Virginia National Guard

The state of Wisconsin is ordering cooperation between National Guard units and local hospitals and fire departments: “We are currently putting together two teams of approximately 10 individuals made up of physicians, physician assistants, nurses and some support personnel.”-Major Paul Rickert, Wisconsin National Guard

There is a belief that infected people cannot spread the filovirus until they are showing symptoms.  But you have to wonder why so many healthcare workers, who are following protocols, are getting sick.

Warning, if you get sick with ebola prepare to lose all your life long possessions.  So far everybody who’s gotten sick in the U.S. has had all their possessions seized by the CDC and incinerated!   Everything that isn’t literally nailed down!

Update, 23 October 2014

World War 3 Afghanistan, 17 – 20 October 2014: “We will die from hunger!” U.S. taxpayers ripped off yet again!

Farah Province: In Farah City, four women were found on a road, shot to death.   Police suspect they were shot for committing adultery.

Ghazni Province: Afghan National Army (ANA) troops shot up a village.  The Afghan Ministry of Defense promises to investigate but has imposed a news media blackout on the incident!

Helmand Province: In Greshk District, a Kamikaze car bomber hit an Afghan National Police (ANP) & ANA convoy, killing at least four cops and wounding two.  Five ANA soldiers were wounded.

Herat Province: The ANA claims to have killed five kidnappers, and rescued two businessmen.

Kabul Province: In Kabul City, the Afghan and Turkish governments announced a new deal that will involve a pipeline from Afghanistan through Central Asia to Turkey.  Turkey also promised taxpayer money for Afghanistan’s aviation industry.

Kunar Province: In Shegal District, a NATO airstrike killed at least three people.  In Sarkano and Dangam districts, more claims that Pakistan fired artillery rounds into Afghanistan.  At least 66 rounds impacted the districts, one woman wounded.

Logar Province: In Charkh District, battles between Mujahideen and ANA resulted in at least four ANA soldiers killed, and dozens of Mujahideen killed or wounded.

Nangarhar Province: In Jalalabad City,  a Kamikaze bomber might have blown up too soon.  Police say a man wearing a bomb vest, and inside a car, blew up.  One person killed, one wounded.  Police don’t think it was the bomber’s intent to blow up inside the car.  The National Directorate of Security (NDS) claim they’ve assassinated a top Mujahideen leader, but refuse to give details.

Nimroz Province:  India, Iran and Afghanistan have agreed on a trade deal connecting the three countries. India will spend $82-million USD developing a port in Chabahar, Iran.   The port is near Nimroz Province and will give landlocked Afghanistan access to the Arabian Sea.

The UN World Food Program is killing off Afghans by intentionally starving them.  United Nations food aid officials blame member countries of the UN for halting taxpayer payments for the Afghan program.  At least one million Afghans could starve as a result: “If the food rations get stopped, we will die of hunger!”-Bibi Fatima, victim of the U.S. occupation

The terror group known as United States Agency for International Development (USAID) pledged an additional $216-million for women’s programs in Afghanistan.  USAID officials claim another $200-million is coming from donations.  What’s strange is that I’ve seen mainstreamer news media reports saying the U.S. isn’t shelling out enough taxdollars for Afghan women!

30 air-militia men of the Air National Guard’s 243rd Engineering Installation Squadron (Maine U.S.A.) returned from Afghanistan.

In the U.S. state of Hawaii, somebody stole the military awards of a Army National Guardsman who was killed in Afghanistan.  One week later they were returned to the family.  National Guard officials refused to say how the medals were found and returned.

U.S. Job Losses & Store Closings, 19 August 2014: “Unfortunately, the North America market…remains slower and weaker than we’d hoped…” City construction killing more Mom & Pops! More gun makers killing jobs!

Incomplete list of publicly announced layoffs & shutdowns:

Alabama: In Birmingham, clinical testing company LabCorp (aka Laboratory Corporation of America) laying off 57 people in October, is it because of Obama Care?

Arkansas: After 19 years the Swifton Community Center shutdown.  It’s blamed on the bad economy.

California: In Menlo Park, after 40 years Tom Wing & Sons jewelers shutdown.  In Newark, Risk Management Solutions laid off 78 people, without warning.

Colorado: In Grand Junction, Graff Dairy shutdown.  Local news said employees blame the bad economy for a crash in sales.

Connecticut: In Norwalk, after 30 years Cosmo’s Pizza shutdown.  The owners say city construction caused a 60% drop in business!

Florida: In Santa Rosa Beach, after only one year Bud and Alley’s restaurant shutdown.

Maryland: The Old Line State lost 9-thousand jobs in July!  In Baltimore, after seven years Urban Chic Boutique shutdown.

Nebraska: In Omaha, after 70 years Schloeman’s Lamp Shop shutdown.  The owner blames Walmart.

New York: In Littlefield, American Cotton Growers Denim Textile laid off 69 employees.  At one time the denim factory had 600 jobs, but is down to 320!  Company officials blame crashing sales.  In Herkimer County, Remington Arms laying off 105 gun makers as production is being moved to Alabama!  In Webster, Xerox laying off 123 people in November!  Company officials say they are dumping all money losing operations.  In NYC, Turner Broadcasting warned of mass layoffs under their Turner 2020 operation.  The layoffs will take place before the end of the year.  In Bronx, Sears announced they will shutdown in November, 91 jobs lost.

North Carolina: The Tar Heel State lost 36-hundred jobs in July!

Ohio: Obama Care killing 47 healthcare jobs at Trumble Memorial Hospital. Obama Care is forcing the hospital to get rid of LPNs, however, the unionized nurses will take it to court.  In Cincinnati, after only a few months Kiji teppanyaki restaurant shutdown without notice.  The property owner swears another business will be moving in.   And after 27 years the elitist Deer Run Golf Course shutdown.

Virginia: In Falls Church, after 38 years Sam’s Farms garden center shutdown by the greedy property owner who is building an apartment complex.  In Lynchburg, a radio communications equipment supplier to local governments, Harris Corporation, revealed they killed 30 jobs the week prior.  Reports say these latest layoffs now total 70 for the year.  Company officials blame it on a 43% decline in sales: “Unfortunately, the North America market for public safety remains slower and weaker than we’d hoped, a situation that is expected to slow down our growth plans and which I anticipate will negatively impact our business in fiscal year 2015.”-Darren McQueen

Washington: In Seattle, after just 18 months computer aided design center Makerhause shutting down in September: “…customer demand has fallen short of what is needed to continue to run the business…”-company statement

Wisconsin: In East Troy, Plymouth Tube Company shutting down, 34 jobs lost.

16 – 18 August 2014

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) doesn’t count the hundreds of layoffs involving less than 50 people each, in its mass layoff reports. It also doesn’t count all the little ‘mom & pop’ businesses that shutdown. It doesn’t count people who get a severance for being laid off.

“Our ideals and principles, as well as our national security…That’s what makes America different. That’s what makes us exceptional.”-Barack Obama, 10 September 2013

Martial Law U.S.A.: Operation Bold Shift, state militias now under direct control of federal government? Proof of never ending war!

24 October 2014 (15:59 UTC-07 Tango)/29 Dhu l-Hijja 1435/02 Aban 1393/01 Jia-Xu (9th month leap) 4712

“The Guard and Reserve are critical in order to ensure that the American people are linked-in to the operations that are being conducted. Operationally, we cannot execute sustained operations overseas unless we have the Guard and Reserve…….I have to get after this new mission set. We don’t know when we’ll have to deploy next.”-General Mark Milley, ForsCom (ForceS Command)

The U.S. Army has launched operation Bold Shift, which brings what was once a state controlled militia, the Army National Guard (ANG), under direct Regular Army (RA) control.  (the Army Reserve is already under direct control of the RA)

RA officials claim it will make training more efficient, supposedly saving money, but the goal is really about prepping the ANG for immediate deployment rather than spending months in pre-deployment training.

There will be an increase in Guard militiamen and women training at the Army’s National Training Center (NTC) at Fort Irwin, California, or the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) at Fort Polk, Louisiana.

RA units will be permanently paired with ANG units.

Recently Idaho’s Orchard Training Area (OTA) was the site of a return to ‘Total Force’ combat training.

This can only mean that the U.S. Department of Defense believes that there are even bigger wars to come.

False Flag ops: Who buys Islamic State oil? Israel, Jordan, Turkey, United States & Russia! Shadow U.S. government behind creation of Islamic State!

24 October 2014 (04:32 UTC-07 Tango)/29 Dhu l-Hijja 1435/02 Aban 1393/01 Jia-Xu (9th month leap) 4712

The situation was a disaster because in June, Hariri, Yidiz, Hawrami, Scowcroft, and everybody was ready to talk about how to share the oil between the U.S., Turkey and EU. The Summit in November should have dealt with a fait accompli.”-unnamed source with connections to former Lebanese PM Saad Hariri, nsnbc ìnternational interview June 2014

The Obama regime announced sanctions against anybody buying so called Islamic State oil.  The sanctions target U.S. bank accounts.  The only way the U.S. government would know that “$1-million per day” in sales of smuggled oil was being conducted through U.S. banks is because they already know about it and are probably involved.  After all, how can you miss $1-million a day in oil sales through your own banks from the very countries you’re trying to destroy (Libya, Egypt, Iraq, Syria).

But wait, reports that ‘Islamic State’ is making big money from oil sales is actually years old.  Remember, what were the first sites in Libya that U.S. and European ‘rebels’ attacked?  Oil fields.   What were the first targets of ‘democracy loving rebels’ in Syria?  Oil fields and pipelines.  What were the primary targets of Islamic State in Iraq?  Oil fields and pipelines.  Several months ago U.S. intelligence officials made public statements on how much money Islamic State is making, as much as $3-million per day!

What’s more important is who is buying that Islamic State oil (as well as slaves and even food).

The real reason the Obama regime got rid of the ‘democratically elected’ Nouri Kamil Mohammed Hasan al-Maliki in Iraq is that he refused to create a truly independent Kurdish state.  In fact U.S. and Israeli backed Kurds were the first to smuggle cut rate oil out of Iraq:  “The crude is transported by tankers to Jordan via Anbar province, to Iran via Kurdistan, to Turkey via Mosul, to Syria’s local market and to the Kurdistan region of Iraq, where most of it gets refined locally. Turkey has turned a blind eye to this and may continue to do so until they come under pressure from the West to close down oil black markets in the country’s south.”-Luay al-Khatteeb, Iraq Energy Institute, August 2014 interview with CNN

Jordan is ruled by a British empire installed monarchy, who in no way represents the people in the area that was craved out by the British empire after World War One.  Jordan is also home to U.S. military personnel who are training up the so called ‘democratic rebels’ fighting in Syria, many of whom now fight for Islamic State.

Turkey is a member of the U.S. led NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization).  Yet has been holding back on attacking Islamic State (IS, aka ISIS, ISIL), even though battles rage right on its border with Syria, and IS has openly threatened Turkey.

In June, nsnbc ìnternational reported that the biggest U.S. taxsucker known as Israel was buying oil from Islamic State, and that the whole Islamic State thing was a False Flag operation between Israel, Turkey and the Obama regime, which was all about destroying al-Maliki and Iraq’s control over their own oil:  The final green light for the 2014 ISIS campaign was reportedly given in November 2013 at the Atlantic Council’s Energy Summit in Ankara, after the al-Maliki administration in 2012 and 2013 failed to respond to U.S. blackmail attempts….”

The reports also says the true reason the United Kingdom refused to join in the False Flag op, was that they were afraid the Syrian government would actually benefit from it.

The nsnbc ìnternational reports main source of info is an unnamed aid to former Lebanese prime minister Saad Hariri, who served as PM from 2009 to 2011 (during Obama’s first term).   The unnamed aid even named Hariri as one of the Islamic State conspirators.

Here are some damning quotes from that unnamed source about why the Obama regime, pushed by Israel and the shadow U.S. government known as Atlantic Council, created Islamic State: “Had Baghdad been more cooperative about the Syrian oil fields at Deir-Ez-Zor in early 2013 and about autonomy for the North they [Atlantic Council] would possibly not have turned against al-Maliki; Or he would have been given more time.”

Who exactly pressured Obama? I don’t know who delivered the message to Obama. I suspect Kerry had a word. It’s more important from where the message came, Kissinger, Scowcroft, Nuland and the Keagan clan, Stavridis, Petreaus, Riccardione, and the neo-con crowd at the [Atlantic] Council…. As far as I know someone told Obama that he’d better pressure al-Maliki to go along with Kurdish autonomy by November or else. Who exactly advised Obama is not as important as the fact that those people let him know that they would go ahead, with, or without him.”

Another Lebanese news source reported a connection between the Catholic church and Islamic State.  It said a pro-Russian Syrian Catholic used his hometown (on the border with Lebanon) as a transit point for oil stolen by the Islamic State: “It may well turn out that it was a Christian crony of the regime who facilitated its dealings with the IS and directly contributed to the growth of the group…..[George Haswani] was able to forge a relationship with the group that led to an understanding to transport crude from the fields it took over to regime areas, in return for financial and cash transfers, which he himself handled.”-IMLebanonNOW

The IMLebanonNOW report shows how convoluted the situation has become.  George Haswani is described as a pro-Assad Christian, working for a Russian company buying stolen Syrian oil from U.S.-Israeli created Islamic State, and then apparently selling it back to the Syrian government!

But even Reuters reported that Israel and the Obama regime was buying illegal oil: Israeli and U.S. oil refineries have joined the growing list of customers for crude from Iraqi Kurdistan, a region locked in a bitter struggle with the central government in Baghdad that says the sales are illegal.-May 2014

Reporters for Reuters were able to track oil tankers from several companies (Mocoh,Trafigura, Petracowhich were picking up illegal oil in Turkey and then delivering it to the Israeli ports of Ashkelon and Haifa.

What’s the benefit to U.S. and European oil companies for what has been described as the “Balkanization” of oil resources?  They can buy it for far below the official market rate.   Basically Islamic State is the military arm of a ‘western’ non-Islamic Israeli connected mega mafia, and your ‘elected’ officials are laughing all the way to their Too Big to Jail banks!

“Turkey, the Kurds, everybody is buying cheap oil and smuggling it across their border. So the notion that you have clear allies working against ISIS, it’s not the case. We can easily take out the oil. We can bomb ISIS tankers, we can bomb the oil wells. This would be very easy. They’re sitting out in the desert where everyone could see them….it [United States] doesn’t want to destroy all this infrastructure. It will, of course, cause a lot of hardship to the civilian population…”-Joshua Landis, Center for Middle East Studies at Oklahoma University, September 2014 interview with PRI

U.S. female reporter who revealed Islamic State is tool of U.S.-NATO assassinated

Influenza Update, 24 October 2014: Canadian flu death toll is BullShit! 99% failure rate of USN vaccination program! CDC hides report questioning vaccines? Washington study shows vaccines don’t work on middle aged people! Flu shot home delivery?

“…the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews in July, 2013, found vaccinated health-care workers had no measurable benefit…”-Carly Weeks, The Globe and Mail

Canada: In Nova Scotia, Genesis Chiropractic and Wellness Centre is in trouble for warning people not to get vaccinated!  However, the operators of the center say they are only providing available info, pro and con, so their customers can make an informed decision.

In Ontario, Michael Gardam, the once pro-vaccination director of infection prevention and control at the University Health Network in Toronto, now says mandatory vaccinations are a bad thing: A few years ago, I was also for mandatory flu shots. Then what happened is I started reading and I started going back to the original studies. I don’t feel that I can sugar-coat those any more.”

The article that reported on Gardam’s reversal on vaccinations also revealed that official influenza death tolls in Canadian are BullShit (fake): “Every year, provincial public-health agencies, health advocacy groups and media organizations tell Canadians that up to 8,000 of us die annually as a direct result of the flu. But that figure is based on a computer model and doesn’t reflect the actual number of influenza deaths….In reality, the total number of flu deaths isn’t tracked across Canada, in part because most flu cases are not tested and confirmed by a lab.”

China: Researchers at Hong Kong University say their research shows that the more generations of influenza subtypes, the more virulent they become.  Basically, with each new generation of flu strain the RNA gains more genetic diversity, which allows it to better overcome all your efforts to kill it off.

Mexico: The North American country has a socialized healthcare system and is big on forcing vaccinations.  I checked my influenza reports for last flu season and found that by February 2014 more than 21-million Mexicans had been vaccinated, yet almost 4-thousand got sick anyway and nearly 400 died!

Switzerland: Researchers discovered how influenza gets into your cells.  Basically the RNA virus tricks your cells into thinking it’s some kind of junk debris, causing your cleaning cells to dissolve the outer shell of the virus.  Once the outer shell is dissolved the virus can easily invade your own cells.

United States:  Since the 1950s the Department of Defense mandates flu shots for military personnel, now a U.S. Navy study casts doubt on decades old claims that vaccines prevent illness!

25 U.S. Navy sailors onboard the USS Ardent got vaccinated while it was docked in San Diego, California, back in February.  A USN report reveals all but one of those sailors (24 out of 25, that’s 99%. I’ve seen pro-vaccine news reports claiming only 25% of the sailors got sick!) got flu infections (mainly H3N2)!

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) published the report, but you wont find it searching under the word ‘influenza’.   The report was just published today in the CDC’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report, under the heading  Influenza Outbreak in a Vaccinated Population — USS Ardent, February 2014.

On top of that, a new study by the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, Washington, proves last season’s flu vaccine was a failure, for 30 to 40 years old anyway.  Their research showed that even people who got vaccinated got sick with H1N1: “…there was a higher than normal rate of severe influenza infection which includes people being hospitalized and going to the doctor…. the immune response that the vaccine elicits in middle-aged people is actually less effective than in younger and older people…”-Jesse Bloom, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center

Washington reporting flu cases, at least 30 at Washington State University: “Usually we don’t start seeing cases until December of January.”-Dennis Garcia, WSU senior associate medical director

In the New England states, some paranoids are getting their flu vaccines delivered right to their doorstep. The company is called Uber, and they deliver not only the vaccine but a nurse to administer it!

Oklahoma reports its first cases of influenza, both toddlers.

Despite the majority of news reports saying there’s plenty of flu shots, Nebraska officials warning that they are running out of vaccines for children and old people.  So far the four known U.S. flu deaths this season involved two old women (Idaho) and two toddlers (North Carolina & Illinois).  News reports out of Nebraska say vaccine maker Sanofi failed to deliver on half its promised vaccines!

Florida reporting a sudden spike in flu cases, one hospital reporting 90 to 100 per week.  Officials say that will go up: “Probably by late December towards January we’ll see about 600-700 cases for any given week.”-Jonathan Schwartzman, Centra Care

Why is there a push to get vaccinated by the end of November?

Sears & Kmart closing update, 23 October 2014: Seeking Alpha claims “exclusive report”, or did they just rip off Blind Bat News? I’ve already announced all the shutdowns on their “exclusive” list!

According to a SeekingAlpha report, at least 46 Kmart stores, 30 Sears  stores and 31 Sears Auto Centers will shutdown between December 2014 and January 2015.  More than 5-thousand people will become unemployed!  However, I checked the ‘new’ Seeking Alpha store shutdown list and found all of the stores they claim are “exclusive” to their list I’ve already reported on (in fact there are a couple of stores I’ve reported on that Seeking Alpha does not have on their list)!

Seeking Alpha stated that their unofficial ‘new’ list is the result of cold calling various Sears and Kmart stores across the United failed States.  Hey Seeking Alpha, Blind Bat News doesn’t even get paid for what we report on, so why don’t you go an get a real job, “exclusive” list my ass!

But the Seeking Alpha news is apparently new to happy stockholders as the value of Sears Holdings just went way up!   You see, investors don’t give a crap about you lowly working class eejits.

Back in September I warned that the failed retailer will probably  shutdown altogether, leaving more than 100-thousand workers on the street.  A report I saw today say it’s actually more than 200-people will be out of work!

Ebola Update, 23 October 2014: NYC doctor has ebola! U.S. accepts help from Cuba! U.S. hospitals rebelling against U.S. CDC? Says CDC issuing vague protocols, in frustration hospitals will refuse treatment! U.S. healthcare system regressing!

“This is another example of how this 21st century viral threat has pulled us back into the 19th century.”-Howard Markel, University of Michigan

Despite the fact that communist China has sent 10-thousand vaccines to western Africa, the UN World Health Organization announced they will begin experimenting with vaccines in western Africa, as if the Chinese vaccines don’t exist.  Of course the UN WHO vaccines that will be tested are produced by capitalist North American and European companies.  In other words, there’s a vaccine war going on!

Burundi: The African country is sending medical personnel to Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea, saying it’s a matter of national security: “The Ebola virus is more than a health issue, but also a security issue.”-Sabine Ntakarutimana,  Public Health and AIDS Control Minister

Botswana: The African country promises to donate medical supplies and money in the global fight against ebola.

Cuba: Cuban news media blames the out of control EVD (Ebola Virus Disease) outbreak in the former(?) U.S. colony of Liberia on intense poverty.

Germany: The Federal Ministry of Education and Research promises to spend an additional $6-million USD to fight ebola.  Apparently this is on top of the German government’s promise, last Friday, to spend $107-million fighting EVD!

Kenya:  The African country is training up 30-thousand medical personnel to fight ebola: “…the Ministry of Health would like to assure members of the public that the government is on high alert and has put in place measures to prevent any possible outbreak of Ebola.”-Nicholas Muraguri, Ministry of Health Director of Medical Services

Liberia: 51 medical personnel from the Caribbean country of Cuba have arrived.

Slovenia: The European country says it’s ready to take on EVD: “If the ebola virus appeared here, we guarantee that the people would be taken care of.”-Milojka Kolar Celarc, Health Minister

Suriname: The South American country has banned people from Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea.

United States: A doctor in New York City is now under quarantine, with symptoms of ebola.  He recently returned from Guinea, where he was working for Médecins Sans Frontières.  I’ve posted before that the UN WHO says quarantine days should be 42, not the 21 the U.S. CDC is pushing.  It was Médecins Sans Frontières who notified the New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene about the sick doctor.

The New York Times reporting that the Obama regime has relented and agreed to accept help from Cuba!  The newspaper cites the Department of State for the information.

And more proof ebola could be a False Flag op to justify Medical Martial Law; U.S. Army 4 star General Martin Dempsey just stated that ebola is the new biggest threat to U.S. national security, and admitted that the deployment of combat troops to western Africa was not about medical care, saying “…the mission in West Africa will not include direct care to patients…Domestically we will also have a team of medical experts to assist civilian healthcare professionals….”

Texas Health Presbyterian, the hospital that unsuccessfully treated the man that died, and subsequently experienced a mass exodus of patients, reports they’ve lost $8.1-million since the beginning of October as a result.

The Texas Medical Association (TMA) have issued their own protocols for private practice doctors, regarding EVD.  This is because they believe the protocols issued by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are too vague!

The TMA is telling doctors to perform over the phone diagnosis, rather than have sick people coming into their office.

Connecticut doctors warn that the CDC protocols apply only to people taken down by ebola, not people still well enough to walk around on their own: “The CDC has had a good deal of guidance on the hospital environment, but less about the ambulatory environment; there’s been little guidance on that score.”-Rocco Orlando the 3rd, Hartford HealthCare

“Most of the information that has been disseminated is about containment at a hospital, but what we’re going to see in most cases is someone showing up in a physician’s office first, and physicians’ offices don’t have the equipment necessary.”-Matthew Katz, Connecticut State Medical Society

Reuters reporting that at least three major healthcare providers in the U.S. are considering to outright refuse treatment to people suspected of having ebola filovirus: “…discussions about adopting policies to withhold care in Ebola cases are under way at places like Geisinger Health System, which operates hospitals in Pennsylvania, and Intermountain Healthcare, which runs facilities in Utah…”

Back in Connecticut, reports say at least nine people are quarantined for possible ebola infection.  State officials refused to give details, but said the people had been to western Africa.

Update, 20 October 2014: “I don’t see a light at the end of the tunnel”

U.S. Job Losses & Store Closings 16 – 18 August 2014: “…we’re tired of struggling.” USN to kill 8-thousand jobs! California court admits there is no recovery! More gun makers killing jobs!

Incomplete list of publicly announced layoffs & shutdowns:

Alabama: In Homewood, Mitt Romney’s Bain Capital controlled Babies “R” Us shutting down in September.  The property was sold off.

Arkansas: In Fort Smith, home appliance maker Whirlpool killing 850 jobs by the end of October!  Company officials blame crashing sales.   The layoffs are directly affecting a local supplier to Whirlpool; Southern Steel & Wire will kill 117 jobs by the end of December!  Rheem Manufacturing killing 100 jobs by October!

California: In San Jose, Imperium Security Specialists warned they will layoff 45 people in October.  In San Francisco, after 22 years Woodward’s Garden restaurant shutdown.  For an unknown reason the lease will not be renewed.  Superior Court of Shasta County killing 14 jobs in September.  That’s on top of 12 jobs already killed and 18 open jobs that are not being filled.  Court officials admit there is no recovery: “In the past two fiscal years, where we tried to set aside money to get through the recession, the ability to do that was eliminated as of June 30, 2014.”-Melissa Fowler-Bradley, Court Executive Officer

Connecticut: In Middletown, after 13 years clothing store Echo Trading shutting down in September.

Illinois: In Chicago one year after shutting down 50 schools, Chicago Public Schools has now put them up for auction!  The district is still shutting down schools due to what I call massive DSS (Disappearing Student Syndrome).  It turns out that it still costs taxpayers millions of dollars to maintain school buildings that are not in use.   In Hinsdale, after nine years Cosi restaurant shutdown by the property owner, with little notice.  News reports say property owner MDC Properties was shutting down all businesses on their Hinsdale properties: “They are de-emphasizing their corporate stores and focusing on their franchises. It’s panning out that way across the country.”-Tim Scott, Hinsdale economic development director

Indiana: In Muncie, packaging company DIY Group laying off 261 people by the end of the year!  They’re consolidating ops due to crashing sales.

Kansas: Overland Park based cell phone service provider Sprint warning of massive layoffs.  Company officials said they must radically restructure to remain competitive.

Massachusetts: In Westfield, Savage Arms announced it will layoff 95 gun makers in the U.S. and 25 gun makers in Canada.  Company officials blame crashing demand.   Cape Cod Healthcare laid off eight lab workers.  Many full time jobs are being cut back to part time.

Michigan: As an example of a failed state, Detroit’s bankruptcy expert sent the failed city a bill for $300-thousand USD!  Store vacancies are getting so bad in Detroit, that shoppers in the Royal Oak area are getting nervous.   Local news reports say there are more than a dozens empty retail spaces in Royal Oak, most having been vacated in the past seven months. Basically people are giving up: “Everybody’s kind of saying the same thing where we’re tired of struggling.”-Katrina Bray, store owner who is shutting down

Nebraska: What housing market recovery?  In Scottsbluff, Nationstar Mortgage laying off 90 employees by October.

New York:  Buffalo School District laid off 63 teachers.  The district is dealing with what I call DSS, so much so they’re consolidating school #115 with school #97, and they’ve eliminated an entire 9th grade class.

North Carolina: After 29 years Forbes Custom Cabinets of Apex now chapter 7 bankrupt busted, 37 jobs could be lost.

Ohio: In Dayton, after 27 years Patio & Hearth shutdown.  What housing market recovery?  RealtyTrac reports that Ohio’s foreclosure rate jumped 23% from July 2013 to July 2014.

Tennessee: In Kingsport, after 27 years non-profit Rascals Teen Center shutdown: “We just got to where we couldn’t really continue. Things had to change. We tried to work through the change, tried to do some things, but we got to where we couldn’t continue on…..No matter how much we advertised on the radio, the newspaper and Facebook, it’s like we still couldn’t contact everybody….I don’t know what happened.”-Amy McAtee, executive director

Texas: In San Antonio, after five years restaurant Tre Trattoria (aka Tre Downtown) shutdown.

Washington DC:  The U.S. Navy announced they will kill off 8-thousand Petty Officer positions in 2015 (in the USN enlisted ranks above E-2 are called “petty” officers)!  Most job destruction will be through discharging of POs who have misconduct problems, and forced early retirement of senior ranking Petty Officers.  USN officials claim they will review each and every PO personnel record to decide who goes and who stays.

14 – 15 August 2014
