Exceptional Failed State: U.S. job losses & store closings 04 December 2013. 2-thousand teachers will be laid off, in one state! YMCA turns to the Devil? More health care cuts!

Incomplete list of announced closings and layoffs:

What housing market recovery?  Too big to Jail Ocwen Financial, laid off more than 800 employees across the U.S.!  It’s blamed on their take over of GMAC Mortgage.

California:  Hewlett Packard announced they will kill 1124 jobs in European Union!  It’s part of the Californian company’s plan to kill 29-thousand jobs around the world by October 2014!

Connecticut: In Orange, a Stop & Shop shutdown, 123 jobs affected!

Delaware: In Greenwood, long time Yoder’s Country Store shutdown.  The family owners blame it on Walmart and dollar stores.

Florida: White Springs Agriculture Chemicals shutdown.  350 jobs lost! Company officials say the phosphate industry is becoming more competitive.

Kentucky:  In Lexington, Kentucky Proud Market shutdown.  The store manager said it was not for economic reasons, but she was not allowed to disclose the reason. The state Board of Education warned of massive layoffs throughout the taxpayer funded public school system.  2-thousand educators and staff could be laid off by spring 2014: “With sequestration, district bailout of the Kentucky School Board Insurance Trust, and budget cuts, we are headed for the ‘perfect storm’. By next March or April, we predict 10-12 districts will fail to meet their basic financial commitment and we will see pink slips like we’ve never seen before.“-Terry Holliday, Commissioner.    Compare that to 1800 who lost their jobs over the past three years.

Maryland:  MedStar laid off 74 hospital workers.

Michigan: In Dexter, ReCellular shutdown their distribution facility.  120 jobs lost!  It’s blamed on the loss of a major contract.

New Jersey:  Optimer Pharmaceuticals killed 177 jobs!  The company was sold to a competitor.

New York: Computer chip maker, GlobalFoundries, laid off 30 people as part of its plan to be more competitive.  In Forrest Hills, Perfume Globe shutdown.

Pennsylvania: In Philadelphia, Atlantic Express school bus service laid off 518 employees!  The company is bankrupt.

Ohio: Three Friendly’s restaurants shutdown.  Company officials said they were “underperforming”.

Texas: In Longview, Joy Global announced more layoffs, but refused to give numbers.  The company says demand for its products continues to crash.  This is the third round of layoffs in 2013.

Wisconsin: In Dane County, the Christian god couldn’t stop his YMCA from laying off 13 employees. The YMCA turned to the Devil, unAmerican Corporate America, and conducted a typical Wall Street survey that said even though they had not lost members, they weren’t gaining any either, so cuts had to be made.  The YMCA made drastic changes to its youth programs, as well.  Member Lisa Pierobon Mays, says the YMCA has lost its way: “It’s a real bait-and-switch they’ve done. Shows how out of touch they are.”

01-03 December 2013:  Property tax increase can’t stop city layoffs! 

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) doesn’t count the hundreds of layoffs involving less than 50 people each, in its mass layoff reports. It also doesn’t count all the little ‘mom & pop’ businesses that shut down.

Gun Control & Gender War Front: Anti-gun laws don’t stop two U.S. females from committing sex crimes against autistic boy!

In Maryland two females, 17 and a 15 years old, are now in jail charged with two counts of first degree assault, two counts of second degree assault, child pornography and false imprisonment.  Their victim was a 16 years old autistic boy.

Investigators say the girls kicked the boy in the groin, dragged him by his hair, forced him into a partially frozen pond, and used a knife to force him to perform sex acts on “multiple occasions”.

The female future leaders of the United States incriminated themselves by recording everything they forced the boy to do on their cell phone video, which the prosecution now has.  The 17 years old girl will be tried as an adult.

You see people, being female, and banning guns will not stop violent crime!

Chinese news media have published pics taken by a satellite, on 09 March 2014, showing large debris on the ocean.  Location 105.63 east longitude, 6.7 north latitude, northeast of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

“I’m not saying this is MH370. We are still corroborating this….There is a possibility of the aircraft making a come back. It remains as a possibility….It is very difficult to say for sure it is the aircraft.”-General Rodzali bin Daud, Royal Malaysian Air Force

Because the RMAF’s is now questioning their own claim that MH370/CZ748 made it to Malacca Straight, Vietnam is now resuming full search operation in South China Sea.   Earlier, Vietnam announced they would cut back on searching, based on the RMAF’s claim the plane made it west to Malacca Straight.

The Express, in United Kingdom, reports that families of MH370/CZ748 passengers are so upset they’re attacking Chinese and Malaysian officials: “….furious relatives of passengers on board missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH 370 threw water bottles at officials in Beijing and accused them of withholding information……..Others shouted ‘tell us the truth’ and demanded the Malaysian military reveal what they knew about the missing plane.”

A local southeast Idaho TV station reported that Coldwell Banker realtor, Don Zebe, claims Ashley Furniture is simply selling off an “investment”, and has no plans to leave Pocatello, Idaho.   Yet he is the agent selling off both their Pocatello properties!

Ashley Furniture's Hurley Drive "investment", now up for sale. It sits on property that used to be residential, until the city forced the home owners out, so they could bring in the California based furniture seller.

Zebe has the Ashley Furniture HomeStore listed for sale at $3.2-million USD, and the Ashley Furniture Liquidation store listed at $647,600.

Ashley Furniture recently announced they had more than $3-billion in furniture sales in 2013.  They also opened their 500th store, in Texas.  They claim they’re going to open 50 new stores across the U.S. in 2014.

But wait, it turns out that Ashley Furniture HomeStore, and Ashley Furniture Liquidation stores are independently owned.   These so called independently owned stores sell furniture made by Ashley Furniture Industries.

So, are the independent owners of Pocatello’s Ashley Furniture HomeStore and Liquidation stores just cashing in on their “investments”, or is there a plan in the works for new locations in Pocatello, or maybe Chubbuck?

Martial Law U.S.A. 2014: More prison corruption news out of Idaho!

Ada County: A 29 years old County Jail prisoner died.  Officials say he ODed on drugs.  So how’d he get the drugs mister prison officials?  Prison guards claim they got an anonymous note about the illegal drugs.  The prisoner was found sweating and shaking, but no drugs were found.  He was taken to a hospital where he suffered and died of a heart attack.

CCA (Corrections Corporation of America) is asking a judge to temporarily suspend a lawsuit until the FBI’s investigation into the Gladiator School is finished.

Idaho’s Department of Correction boss, Brent Reinke, is taking time off because his grandson (Bradley Frank James) is being tried for murder.   His grandson has been charged with shooting a man in the face, and then stabbing him 25 times.

Bannock County: It’s been revealed a prison guard at the Pocatello Women’s Correctional Center was fired on 05 March 2014, for threaten his wife by holding a knife against her neck (so much for gun control laws).  He has been arrested.

Consolidated Edison is contradicting the time of the massive gas explosion.  The mayor and the Fire Department City of New York said the explosion happened at or before 09:30.  FDNY has said many times they got a 911 call at 09:31.  Now ConEd says the explosion happened at 09:40!

Local news have explained earlier sightings of a drone (UAV) as belonging to the FDNY, searching the explosion area.

However, recent live video from helicopters revealed that small RC ‘toy’ type drones are being used by unidentified individuals.  News anchors and reporters say they do not know who those individuals are.

The live helicopter video I saw showed a RC type drone ‘copter hovering over the Metro North tracks that are covered with debris.  It then was landed on a sidewalk where the man controlling it recovered it.  None of the people on the sidewalk seemed concerned, and there were police and fire fighters there as well.

The mayor of New York City just gave these highlights during a press conference: “Number of missing individuals”.

Two people dead, 18 injured.

Explosion reported about 09:30 hours eastern U.S. time.

Believed to be massive gas explosion, destroyed two buildings.

Surrounding buildings impacted.

ConEd struggling to turn off multiple gas mains.

5 alarm fire.

Fire Department City of New York officials explained that heavy equipment has to be brought in to remove debris in order to conduct a search and rescue effort.

Fire officials also clarified that the report of a gas leak came from a different building, not from the buildings that exploded.  ConEd confirmed gas leak report was from neighboring building, and that the smell was outside the building.

City official says there was no “legal” construction work being done on any of the buildings.  No permits applied for.  City officials say they have no recorded violations of building codes concerning one of the buildings that exploded.

People are still being evacuated from surrounding buildings, Red Cross setting up at public school to take in evacuees.

Confirmed; two women dead.

Witnesses say Consolidated Edison (ConEd) crews are focusing on Metro rail tracks near buildings that collapsed.

ConEd spokesman, Alfonso Quiroz, confirms they got a call this morning about a strong smell of gas in or just outside of one of the apartments.  He also says that there is no smell of gas now, despite on going fire.  Gas service is being turned off to neighboring buildings.

City officials confirmed at least one dead.

Con Edison confirmed they got a call about a gas leak at 09:13 hours eastern U.S. time.  They dispatched crews just before explosion.

FDNY says they got first call about explosion at 09:31 hours.

There are more people claiming that immediately after the explosion somebody was telling everyone that there was a terrorist attack on the Metro North Train.
