A video posted to the internet shows San Antonio, Texas, cops lying and then breaking Texas state law by tazing and arresting a man carrying a loaded rifle.

Early in the video a cop tells the man he is not going to be arrested and he can go home, but as more cops arrive that changes.  They then demand he hand over his rifle, then they state they are going to “take it” from him, then they taze him.

San Antonio city law says only cops can carry loaded guns, but that city law actually violates state law which says “a municipality may not adopt regulations relating to…the transfer, private ownership, keeping, transportation, licensing, or registration of firearms, air guns, ammunition, or firearm.”-Local Government Code 229.001(a)(1)

A mass protest is planned for 06 April.
