No longer owned & operated by GGP. By the way, a Canadian company called Brookfield Asset Management (aka Brookfield Property Partners), now holds controlling interest in GGP. Some investment analysts have been telling people to dump their shares of GGP stock. This could have ramifications for the Grand Teton Mall in Idaho Falls.

Dying food court (The Courtyard), only zombified Orange Julius and Mario’s Pizza left. The obligatory pretzel joint moved to center court. Mrs. Powell’s, Dairy Queen, the corn dog place and others all died.

While I’ve watched the Pine Ridge Mall decline for more than a decade now, this is the one constant: floor tile repair. The tile is the original installed back in the early 1980s when the mall was first built. Neither J Price Realty nor GGP wanted to spend the bucks to improve the mall, and it shows in more ways than one.
