The Republic of Korea’s National Police Agency now says that yesterday’s cyber attack came from a Chinese IP address.

Three major South Korean TV broadcasters and three banks were shut down by hackers using a virus.  Also, more than 32000 computers have been affected and will take up to five days to fully restore them.

ROK cops say they still suspect North Korea as they could have accessed South Korean computers using the Chinese IP.
