Several top law enforcement officials and even the top government official in charge of prosecuting vice cases, were caught taking part in large orgies.
At least 12 people, including doctors and main streamer media bosses are now being accused of using the orgies as bribes, and even gang raping a woman who was mistaken for a sex worker.
It’s happening in the U.S. occupied country known as South Korea (aka Republic of Korea). Police began investigating after a woman reported that she was raped by prominent officials at an orgy that she did not want any part of.
ROK’s Vice Justice Minister, Kim Hak-eui, has resigned even though he claims innocence. There is one major problem with all the officials claiming they’re innocent, the house where the orgies were taking place had CCTV cameras and two of the female sex workers made sure to keep copies of the video taped orgies!
Police suspect a connection between the now former Vice Justice Minister and Yun Jung-cheon, a go-between for major construction contractors looking to fast track their projects (bribe officials to get around regulations).
This latest case is already tarnishing the newly elected Park Geun-hye, as Kim Hak-eui is one of her cronies. Park is also accused of simply taking over her father’s U.S. backed dictatorship.
This case is also breaking at the time the Justice Ministry releases its bi-annual report on women and gender equality.
For 2011 most sex crimes against women took place in quiet upscale residential neighborhoods, actually in the street, and mostly on Saturdays. This is followed by sex crimes taking place in houses then apartments. 55% took place between 05:00 hours and 20:00 hours (that’s 5am and 8pm for those of you who don’t know there are 24 hours in a day). The report does not look at crimes against men. (I suspect, as in Idaho U.S.A., there are no laws ‘protecting’ men from sex crimes, so much for equal rights)
This latest report is interesting because it used police and court records to determine that most sex crimes take place in quite neighborhoods, while another report that tracks registered sex offenders says most convicted sex offenders live outside of metropolitan areas. This suggests that ongoing sex crimes in cities are not being committed by registered sex offenders.
In another disturbing report, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology said teenage sex crimes have risen 9.3 fold between 2007-2012. In 2011 there were 292 cases of teenaged sex crimes in ROK, but in the first seven months of 2012 there were 354 cases!
One analyst thinks the trend is a backlash against the U.S. backed authoritarian regime. Other analysts say it’s about power and control. Some teenagers try to use the sex crimes as extortion, while others use it as a form of violence.
In any case, as we used to say in the Old Skool Cold War military: Shit rolls down hill. Just another way to say what happens at the top of society eventually happens at the bottom. You got corrupt sicko leaders you’re gonna end up with corrupt sicko kids!
