NORTH CAROLINA: After 11 years hands-on science center Port Discover shutting down due to lack of operating funds. After 70 years Chadbourn Middle School (note the evil British empire way a referring to a Junior High School) was suddenly shutdown (three weeks notice) due to what I call DSS (the school was designed for 7-hundred kids, but actual enrollment was only about 1-hundred).
