World War 3, East Asian Front: North Korea issues demands!

Policy Department of the National Defence Commission (NDC) of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea:

First, they should immediately stop all their provocative acts against the DPRK and apologize for all of them.
    As the first phase, they should take measures of retracting the UN Security Council’s “resolutions on sanctions” cooked up under absurd pretexts.
    They should bear in mind that doing so would be a token of good will towards the DPRK.
    The south Korean puppet forces should promptly halt all anti-DPRK rackets being kicked up by them, linking their own mishaps such as the Cheonan warship sinking incident and the “March 20 hacking case” to the north.
    Second, they should give formal assurances before the world that they would not stage again such nuclear war drills to threaten or blackmail the DPRK.
    Dialogue can never go with war actions.
    Frequent nuclear war maneuvers will only strain the situation and totally block the way of dialogue.
    The army and people of the DPRK will not be taken in by sophism that the nuclear war drills being staged under its very nose are annual and defensive military actions for defending the U.S. and guaranteeing the security of south Korea.
    Third, they should make a decision to withdraw all nuclear war means from south Korea and its vicinity and give up their attempt to reintroduce them as their immediate duty.
    They should bear in mind that the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula can begin with the pullout of the nuclear war means introduced by the U.S. and this may lead to the global denuclearization.

Reports that fertilizer factory had a couple of problems meeting state regulations; fined in 2006, and in February of 2013 a local school evacuated because of a fire at the factory.

USGS says explosion registered 2.1 on richter scale.

The Texas Department of Public Safety just held a press conference.

More than a hundred wounded.  Deaths, but no confirmed numbers.  Gas lines being shut down.  Winds fanning fire.  Up to 75 homes lost.  Apartment complex destroyed.  Nursing home damaged.  Fire at factory is not contained because there are no fire crews there.  Factory is too hot, and emitting toxic fumes, can’t get fire crews in.   Evacuations are mainly because of winds blowing the fire.  No need for civilian volunteers, plenty of EMS coming from all over Texas.

At least a dozens homes/buildings burned by fertilizer factory explosion.  Fires still burning with wind gust up to 64 kph (40 mph).  Factory is still on fire, concerns of possible more explosions, and toxic fumes.

Firefighters, police and other EMS who responded to the fire before the explosion are missing, assumed dead.

EMS from all over Texas now responding to relieve local EMS.   School buses converted to ambulances.  Regional hospitals calling in extra staff.

A live reporter said he heard as many as 70 dead, 200 injured.  The West, Texas, mayor is expected to give a press conference.

School buses are being pressed into service to evacuate people in West.

World War 3, North American Front: West, Texas, doctor survives blast, knows of deaths!

A local doctor, who was working in the nursing home that was hit by the explosion, says he personally knows the firefighters and EMS personnel that have been killed.  So far no official announcement of deaths.

The doctor says the roof came in on the nursing home when the fertilizer factory exploded. He refused to get medical help and stayed to help other victims.

A live reporter just interviewed a woman who said everyone is being told to leave the town.  She wanted to know why if the explosion and fire has passed, she says no official will give her an answer.

The factory is still burning, but under control. There is concern the factory might be emitting toxic fumes.

A local sports stadium is the emergency response command center.

Live reports from Texas media saying the mayor of West, Texas, said there are people still trapped in their homes after the massive fertilizer factory explosion.

A live reporter is now saying that firefighters that first responded to the factory fire, before the explosion, are missing.  He learned of this from spouses of firefighters who said they’ve not heard from their loved ones since they responded to the fire.  City officials apparently have confirmed that firefighters have been killed.

The mayor also said the fire caused by the explosion is now under control.

Local and regional hospitals have put out the call for blood donations.  It’s known that at least 70 people were medivaced to hospitals.

32 kilometers (20 miles) north of Waco, Texas, a fertilizer factory exploded dramatically.  The explosion took place right before the anniversary of two important dates; the end of the federal instigated Waco Siege, and the vengeful Oklahoma City Bombing.

It happened around 19:50 UTC-06 Sierra.

Live video shows lines of emergency response vehicles streaming into the small town of West, Texas, where the explosion took place.

Home video shows the fertilizer factory on fire before it explodes.  Witnesses say residents were just being told the site was on fire and to get the hell out,  right before the explosion.  Other witnesses say they heard three explosions, another said the explosion blew out the windshield on his vehicle, people living further away thought it was an earthquake.

Local reports say several hundreds of casualties, many who were hit by debris and fire from the explosion.  Avoid Interstate 35.

Local media reports from West, Texas, say the explosion which totally destroyed a fertilizer factory, has set buildings on fire.  One building on fire is the West Middle School.  A nursing home and apartment complex is also damaged.  The blast was felt 24 kilometers (15 miles) away.

Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center in Waco has called in all staff.  Local law enforcement are driving in casualties in their cop cars.   Triage has been set up near the site of the explosion.  Helicopters are being used for medivac.

Electrical power has been cut for at least 2000 people.  The explosion was reported at 19:50 UTC-06 Sierra.

World War 3, North American Front: Ricin man arrested? Waco, Texas, massive explosion!

20 miles north of Waco, Texas, a fertilizer factory exploded dramatically.  Pics posted to the internet show what looks like the entire factory going up in a massive cloud of grey smoke.  Reports say the explosion was so large it flattened parts of the town of West.

Local police expecting hundreds of casualties.

The explosion took place right before the anniversary of two important dates; the end of the federal instigated Waco Siege, and the vengeful Oklahoma City Bombing.

In Mississippi, a man has been arrested regarding the supposed ricin laced poison letters sent to senators and the President.   It happened after a Mississippi judge got one of the ‘poison’ letters.  It’s interesting to note that federal officials still have not confirmed that the letters contained ricin, although the main streamer media has been reporting it as if it were so.
