Subaru says Israeli ad, of Israeli settler running over Palestinians, is a fake but the video is real

23 April 2011

Recently Subaru of America responded to complaints about an Israeli advertisement, in which the head of a property development company runs over Palestinian kids, who’re protesting their land being taken, with his new Subaru.

Subaru of America said they think the ad “…is fake”.  Even if the ad is fake,  the video of the actual incident is all over the internet.

The incident took place in 2010, you can clearly see the Zionist is driving a Subaru (outside the U.S. Subaru is known as Fuji Heavy Industries):

22 April 2011

“Nobody will stand against you! Subaru!”

In a response to complaints about an Israeli ad that shows Palestinian teens being hit by an Israeli driving a Subaru (made by Fuji Heavy Industries),  U.S. Subaru officials claim Subaru had nothing to do with the ad.

“Thank you for taking the time to contact Subaru of America.  We appreciate you bringing your concern to our attention.

We are the distributor of new Subaru products for the United States only.  We believe that this to be a fake advertisement.  This posting has been brought to the attention of the manufacturer of Subaru vehicles.  Please bear with Subaru while we attempt to locate the source and to have it removed.

Thank you for bringing this to Subaru’s attention.

Sincerely,

John J. Mergen
Subaru of America, Inc.”

It was China’s Xinhua News that first reported the advertisement.  It’s intersting that even though Subaru is a Japanese brand, made by Fuji Heavy Industries, people upset by the advertisment complained to the Subaru of America office!

At least two nuclear plants in the United States have been automatically shut down this week.  A nuclear plant in Virgina, and a nuclear plant in Georgia.

In Surry, Virginia, a nuke plant was hit by tornadoes.  It shut down automatically, and is now undergoing repairs to its electrical switchyard.

A nuke plant in Georgia automatically shut down, for no reason.  The plant remains off line while an investigation continues to find out why the automatic systems shut it down.  The plant is near Waynesboro, Georgia.

Black Week in Ukraine, Chernobyl anniversary, still seeking funds with ongoing clean up efforts

25 years after the deadly nuclear accident at the Chernobyl plant, the Ukraine is still struggling to deal with the disaster.

This week is Black Week, the official anniversary of the nuclear accident, which happened on 26 April 1986.  31 people were killed, as a direct result of the disaster, and many more have suffered cancers, and children being born with defects.

The amazing thing is that clean up efforts continue, and the Ukraine is struggling to pay for it.   Officials are trying to raise U.S.$ 1 billion for future clean up projects.

Smoke from Kashiwazaki-Kariwa nuclear complex

More problems for Tokyo Electric Power Company.  Another one of their nuke plants, in Niigata Prefecture, started smoking.  The smoke came from a control panel.

The Kashiwazaki-Kariwa nuclear plant is located on the west side of Honshu, opposite where the 11 March 2011, 9.0 quake hit.

TEPCo officials say the control panel started smoking when they were checking water purification equipment.  At this point, they don’t know why.

Germany will dump nuke plants ASAP

The German government announced that they will end the use of nuclear power plants as soon as possible.

Toyota to halve production in Japan

“As (Toyota) continues to address its production situation in Japan following the disaster, it has decided that vehicle production from May 10 to June 3 will proceed at approximately 50 percent of normal.”-company statement

Basically the situation for “key component suppliers” (parts makers) is still too unreliable to resume full production.

Toyota says it will continue to evaluate the situation, and make the necessary adjustments to production.

Japanese public transport employees caught not paying for tickets

8 employees were fired, and 25 had their pay cut by 30%, for not paying for tickets on their own monorail service.

JR East Tokyo Monorail, says most of the employees were in management positions.  They would board the train for work, swipe their pay cards, then once at work, would use the company computers to delete the charge.

One employee almost got away with 590,000 yen worth of fares.  Unpaid fares have cost JR East over 1.2 million yen.
