Exceptional Failed State: Reverse retirement? Pension plans taking back retirement payments!

The Pension Rights Center reporting a huge increase in retirement plans (including Union pension plans) claiming they overpaid retired workers, and then forcing those retirees to pay it back!

It’s called Recoupment.

CNNMoney reported how one retired woman had her retirement payment reduced to an effective $25 USD per month, due to an alleged six years of overpayment.  How does a pension company make such a mistake for that long?

South Central Pension Rights Project reports one man was being forced into repaying $120-thousand!  They explained that the pension plan somehow overlooked, for eleven years, that they were overpaying him.

South Central Pension Rights Project reported they’ve been able to stop $9-million in attempted pension recoupment!

The McLaren Bay Region hospital, in Michigan, backed off of trying to rip off 283 retired employees.  The hospital was trying to get them to repay pension overpayments, but instead will deal with the IRS over the issue.  The hospital also admitted they were underpaying some retirees as well!

Exceptional Failed State: Sandy Hook school being torn down to destroy evidence!

Associated Press (AP) reporting that Sandy Hook Elementary school is being demolished.  The school was the site of a mass shooting.

The shooter, who supposedly killed himself,  just happened to be the son of an elitist banker being investigated for the LIBOR scandal.  It was also revealed that the shooter was on prescription drugs that cause people to go nuts.

AP said the demolition contractor was told to destroy all building “materials”  in order to protect the victims privacy!  The city of Newton was given $50 million USD by the state of Connecticut to get rid of the old school and build a new school.

Exceptional Failed State: Senior National Guard NCO targeted federal martial law loving officer?

Tennessee Army National Guard officials have confirmed the National Guard recruiter who was fired was a Sergeant First Class (E7).   He allegedly shot another senior NCO ( a Sergeant Major E9) and an officer (a Major O4).

National Guard NCOs around the country have been unofficially reporting that many commanding officers are pro-federal police state-ists.  I can tell you from my NG experience that most senior officer positions in supposedly state run NG are held by federal Regular Army officers!

Exceptional Failed State: Multiple shots fired throughout Memphis, Tennessee! Christians killed!

In Memphis, Tennessee, multiple shots fired being reported.  Three people shot near the Greater Community Temple Church in North Memphis. One person killed, two wounded.

Five gunshots reported near Central High School in Memphis.  One man arrested in that case.

The shootings come on the same day a fired National Guard recruiter shot fellow guardsman at the Paul R. Summers Armory, near Memphis.  The shootings also come as news reports said investigations into the disappearance of 63 AR-15 semi-auto civilian market rifles (on 14 October) are now focusing on Memphis.

Exceptional Failed State: Cops thought National Guard shooting was a “drill”! Did not happen on USN base, yet federales have seized National Guard Armory!

Live WMCTV reporter says shooting involving Tennessee Army National Guard members did not happen on U.S. Navy base.   It happened at the Paul R. Summers Armory, next to the USN base.

However, different reporters with the same WMCTV say the armory is on USN property.

Local police told reporters they thought it was a “drill”.   The National Guard armory is now under federal control.  Police are now saying they don’t know what caused the shooting.  Police say they got a call at 12:33 hours reporting the shooting.  At 12:45 hours personnel on the USN base were told to “shelter in place”.   WREG reported the shooting took place at 12:47 hours!

National Guard officials are supposedly going to hold a press conference.

Exceptional Failed State: Truck load of AR-15s stolen! False Flag Op? Tennessee connection!

A truck hauling a load of semi-automatic AR-15 rifles arrived in Louisiana minus one pallet load of AR-15s!   Officials now believe 63 AR-15s went missing in Memphis, Tennessee.  The guns were discovered missing on 14 October, two days after the shipment arrived in Louisiana.

Four people have been arrested in Louisiana, but supposedly they are refusing to tell cops were the guns are!  One of those arrested was a security guard.  One man was charged only with possession of stolen items.  Police have not explained why they think the men are connected to the stolen AR-15s.

Main streamer news media are reporting the AR-15s are “high powered” weapons which is BS.  The AR-15 uses 5.56mm (.223 caliber) ammo, which is not high powered when compared to most ammo used for hunting, like 7mm, 7.62mm (.308 caliber) and definitely not when compared to .30-06 caliber.

I still don’t understand why the general gun owning public is so enamored with the AR-15, it’s a piece-o-crap for the money when compared to the much simpler to use and maintain semi-auto Ruger Mini-14 (which uses the same ammo).

Federal ATF officials say they are considering the missing AR-15s a “crime of opportunity”, not terrorism.

Live video feed reveals the reason why I saw an ambulance streak by after news conference.  Local news reporters overheard saying fired National Guard recruiter suffering “medical issue” while in federal military police custody!   They say the shooter is refusing to go in ambulance to local hospital.

Exceptional Failed States: Federales seize Tennessee National Guard facility on USN base!

Despite local news reports that the lockdown has been lifted at the Naval Support Activity Mid-South base, live video shows increasing federales (pronounced the Spanish way) presence at the USN facility leased to Tennessee Army National Guard.

USMC and USN police are assisting federales and local police in blocking roads to facility (Pat Thompson Facility?).  A large trailer Command Post is being set up in front of parking lot.  It appears that guardsmen are not being allowed to leave, many are milling about in the parking lot.

Exceptional Failed State: National Guard attacks U.S. Navy base in Tennessee? False Flag Op to justify Martial Law?

New reports say area of shooting involved space leased to Tennessee Army National Guard.  Shooter was a National Guard recruiter, earlier reports said it was a USN recruiter.  Shooting was result of some kind-o-fight after the recruiter was “relieved of duty”.

Tennessee National Guard officials say fellow guardsmen captured shooter, before police arrived.

During a press conference Millington Fire Chief, Gary Graves, stated that all wounded personnel were in the hospital, yet immediately after press conference an ambulance streaked by with lights and siren blazing.

Local TV news reports now say the National Guard recruiter shot at least two other Tennessee guardsmen, near the Pat Thomson facility, Naval Support Activity Mid-South base, close to Tennessee’s border with Arkansas and Mississippi.

Reports say at 12:45 hours an order to “shelter in place” was issued.  This conflicts with WREG report that said the shooting actually took place at 12:47 hours!

The victims were wounded, the base is in lockdown (some reports say lockdown is lifted but live video shows otherwise), the shooter was arrested.  The base is HQ for headquarters to the Navy Personnel Command, Navy Recruiting Command, the Navy Manpower Analysis Center and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Finance Center.

Exceptional Failed State: Missouri official says stockpile now! Overthrow of governor planned, will leave Union! Agenda 21 taking over United States!

A phone caller to Infowars.com reported that a state senator in Missouri warned him to stock pile guns, ammo and food now!  State legislators tried to leave the Union, but governor blocked move.  Plans in place to overthrow governor.

The senator and his wife confirmed to Infowar caller that it’s all about United Nations Agenda 21.

Agenda 21 is a UN member approved plan (that includes being approved by your federal government representatives) purportedly to protect the environment, however, we commoner humans are considered the main obstacle to protecting the environment.  Agenda 21’s main focus is “sustainable development”, meaning sustainable human population.
