From 08-12MAY2023, the Idaho Air National Guard’s Air Support Operations Squadron (part of the 124th Fighter Wing [FW]) blasted away at the U.S. Air Force’s Saylor Creek Range.

They were using the M240B 7.62mm-NATO machinegun, and the Mk19 40mm grenade launcher, infantry weapons: “The fight doesn’t stop when the planes go away. When the jets are in the area, we’re talking to them. When they’re not, we cannot be deadweight.
