It’s called the Oldies Rod & Custom car show for the Pocatello Senior Activity Center (SAC), this year it was held on 14JUN2025.

14JUN2025, the Idaho State Veterans Home in Pocatello, Idaho, put on a car show and barbeque to honor the veterans.
In December 1941, Japan attacked U.S. military assets on the island of O’ahu, Hawaii. By 1945 the United States defeated and occupied Japan. During the middle of the so-called Cold War, Japan invaded the U.S. by ‘dumping’ subsidized automobiles onto the U.S. market.
Today, the old Datsun 510 is still sought after by rice-burning racers and collectors.

Another car show on the same day, same city: 
The 14th ‘SAC Show’, Pocatello, Idaho!
This ain’t no professional patina paintjob, pulled from a local farm field the original color was slowly rubbed-n-buffed by Mother Nature for decades, until the local business graphics became almost unreadable.
The owner/savior of this 1938-39 Ford pickup has tried to keep everything original, except for stuff that was needed to bring the ol’ Flathead back to life, and the seat is not period correct.

14th Oldies Rod & Custom Show: The 14th ‘SAC Show’, Pocatello, Idaho!
It was a sunny day.
It’s actually called the Oldies Rod & Custom car show for the Pocatello Senior Activity Center (SAC), but I calls it The SAC Show. This year it was held on 14JUN2025.
As usual, there was a nice selection of classy cars to view, but not as many as previous years (as evidenced by my coverage of the previous two years), probably because there was another local car show on the same day (and it had free food).
