World War 3: North Korea builds up military around KIR! South Korean KIR workers say this time the North is serious!

04 April 2013 (13:20 UTC-07 Tango)/23 Jumada l-Ula 1434/15 Farvardin 1391/24 Yi-Mao (2nd month) 4711

Republic of Korea media has been talking to South Korean workers kicked out of the Kaesŏng Industrial Region (KIR).  Some ROK workers say there is an increase in military vehicles surrounding KIR. The following are quotes that show the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea is serious about war this time, and that South Korean capitalist corporations can’t survive without the cheap North Korean labor.

[DPRK] Workers who normally wear civilian clothes wore military uniforms and patrols were strengthened.”

“The demeanor of North Korean workers appears to have changed overnight. They were colder than usual and didn’t smile.”

“Inter-Korean relations are a problem, but we’re very concerned that we [ROKies] could lose our business.”

“If parts or food fail to reach the North [KIR] for two to three days, the assembly lines will stop running and workers will starve.”

H7N9 update: International health officials say it can not be detected! Paranoia about birds gripping people in Asia!

03 April 2013/22 Jumada l-Ula 1434/14 Farvardin 1391/23 Yi-Mao (2nd month) 4711

“We speculate that when this virus is maintained in poultry the disease will not appear, and similar in pigs, if they are infected, so nobody recognizes the infection in animals around them, then the transmission from animal to human may occur.”-Masato Tashiro, UN World Health Organization

Health researchers around the world have been given access to the H7N9 that killed the first two people in China.  It appears the virus is not detectable until the infection reaches critical stages.

A few days ago, Chinese health officials had instructed health care providers to report all unexplained pneumonia cases.

The news has people in some Asia countries so afraid of birds that poultry sales are crashing.  Some countries are banning imports of chickens and ducks from other countries.  Newspapers have published pics of people running away from ducks in parks.

H7N9 update: Hong Kong says new flu can’t be detected in early stages!

03 April 2013/22 Jumada l-Ula 1434/14 Farvardin 1391/23 Yi-Mao (2nd month) 4711

“This reflects that either the virus is very serious, or the minor cases cannot be recognized by the frontline healthcare staff.”-Ko Wing-man, Hong Kong’s Secretary for Food & Health

Health officials in Hong Kong are scrambling to come up with a new test that can detect H7N9 in its early infection stage.   Officials point out that by the time the sick people in China were diagnosed with H7N9 they were already in critical condition, suggesting that H7N9 is not identifiable at the beginning of infection.

This also suggests that infected poultry do not show signs of H7N9 until close to death, which means potentially hundreds of thousands of imported poultry could be given a clean bill of health by inspectors.

World War 3: North Korea denies South Koreans access to Kaesŏng Industrial Region!

03 April 2013/22 Jumada l-Ula 1434/14 Farvardin 1391/23 Yi-Mao (2nd month) 4711

South Korea’s Unification Ministry reporting that North Korea is not allowing South Koreans entry to the Gaeseong slave wage labor complex (aka Kaesŏng Industrial Region, aka KIR).

The KIR actually benefits the capitalist corporations of South Korea, by providing cheap North Korean labor.

The DPRK threatened to close it down just a few days ago.

Western media has lied and said the KIR was a money maker for North Korea, yet in 2009 North Korea demanded better pay for its workers, notice this is also when tensions with the DPRK increased.  Then in 2012 the DPRK demanded the ROK companies to start paying a fare rate in taxes.  Many of the U.S. influenced capitalist corporations claimed that even with the dirt cheap labor they were not making profits, and said they could not pay up! Notice that 2012 is when tensions with DPRK began to escalate.

The KIR has actually become an economic must for South Korea, and they are now demanding the KIR be re-opened: “South Korea’s government deeply regrets the entry ban and urges it be lifted immediately.”-Kim Hyung-seok, Unification Ministry spokesman

Morton Grove, Illinois, proof that gun bans don’t work! Anti-gun freaks lie about crime stats! City official admits it’s about taking away your Constitutional rights!

02 April 2013/21 Jumada l-Ula 1434/13 Farvardin 1391/22 Yi-Mao (2nd month) 4711

For those rejoicing at the precedent setting, Obama backed, United Nations gun control law, beware!  Morton Grove, Illinois, is proof that gun control does nothing to reduce violent crime!

In 1981 Morton Grove banned handguns (pistolas).  In 2008, after decades of apparently no overall reduction in violent crime, plus growing law suits, the city quietly rescinded the gun ban.

Some reports say immediately after the gun ban crime jumped 15.7%.    I tried checking on 1981 to 2008 crime stats for Morton Grove.  I finally came across a crime stat site that said: “Police agencies in Morton Grove do not report crime data individually. As a result, we are unable to show you crime data about Morton Grove, Illinois itself…….Independent statistics for Morton Grove, Illinois are not available from the FBI UCR program.”

(Federal Bureau Investigation-Uniform Crime Reporting)

The site then says to use the Cook County UCR.  Even the Federal Bureau of Investigation said, in their 2010 UCR, that Illinois data for that year cannot be compared to previous years, because law enforcement in Illinois changed how they reported data.

This makes me wonder about all those anti-gun articles that claim to have crime stat data showing the gun ban reduced crime in Morton Grove!   I’ve read some anti-gun articles that use UCR data from after Morton Grove rescinded their gun ban, and then they tried to say it was proof the gun ban worked!

If the gun ban was working to reduce crime, why did the city leaders rescind it?

There is a 1986 Chicago Tribune article (Morton Grove Gun Ban Quietly Turns 5), basically a five year anniversary look at the effects of the Morton Grove gun ban. A police official admits it was having no effect on reducing crime: “It’s safe to say the ordinance has had little if any impact on it.”-Bob Davis

A former city official admitted that crime in her city is too complex to solve with a simple gun ban: “Our ordinance here is just a symbolic, cosmetic solution to a complex problem, and I don’t think it has made one bit of difference.”-Joan Dechert

The article also quotes a city official, revealing his unAmerican attitude and his desire to destroy your Constitutional rights: “We proved once and for all that there is no constitutional right for a person to own a pistol. In that sense, the law has been a tremendous success.”-Martin Ashman, Village Corporation Counsel

But even the unAmerican Martin Ashman admitted that the gun ban wasn’t doing what they wanted it to: “We haven’t really seen much benefit from the ordinance yet. I don’t expect to in the near future. But maybe our grandchildren will get some real benefit out of it?”   (can you say Ass Hole!)

GOVERNMENT EVIL: U.S. HOUSE MEMBER USES FALLACIOUS APPLE TO ORANGES ANTI-GUN ARGUMENT, USES FALSE NUMBERS!

Suck ass jobs are worse for you than smoking! Blame unAmerican Corporate America for increased health care costs, because they are the ones making you sick!

“This is alarming, and much more extreme than we expected.”-Sharon Toker, researcher

According to Israeli researchers at Tel Aviv University, your stressful, nowhere job, busting your butt so unAmerican Corporate America can make more profits, is actually worse than smoking!

The study is called Burnout and Risk of Coronary Heart Disease: A Prospective Study of 8838 Employees

The study concluded that workplace burnout causes a huge increase in cases of heart disease!

Breaking news: There is now International Gun Control, and the United States voted for it!

02 April 2013/21 Jumada l-Ula 1434/13 Farvardin 1391/22 Yi-Mao (2nd month) 4711

The United Nations passed the precedent setting international gun control law, known as Arms Trade Treaty.

Three countries voted against it, 23 countries abstained.  154 countries voted for it, including the United States.

Read about Obama doing a one eighty on the Bush Jr administration’s stance against the international gun control laws.

World War 3: What the Israelis said in 2012 about the ever expanding Leviathan/Levant!

“….an axis of Greece, Cyprus and Israel and possibly more countries which will offer an anchor of stability.”-Uzi Landau, Israel’s Energy Minister, March 2012

“We believe the natural gas finds in Israel, which were duplicated in Cyprus, will also be duplicated in Greece.”-Gideon Tadmor, Israel’s Delek Energy, March 2012

Notice that Greece is now destabilized and Cyprus has been taken over by the IMF and ECB.  This could be because those two countries failed to sign deals with Israel over Levant/Leviathan.

Ever since the first Tamar field was discovered by a U.S. company in 2009, more discoveries are being made, making it look as if the entire eastern Mediterranean Sea is one big petroleum field.  Each new find seems to be bigger than the previous find.  There are now Tamar, Dalit, Leviathan, Mari-B and other areas known as Blocks (Cyprus sits on Block 12).

One commentator said back in 2010, about the possibilities of the Levant Basin Province, that “…God has a sick sense of humor.”

Cyprus, Leviathan’s Block 12 and Israel!

Government Evil: Cyprus, Leviathan’s Block 12 and Israel!

01 April 2013/20 Jumada l-Ula 1434/12 Farvardin 1391/21 Yi-Mao (2nd month) 4711

I’ve been pointing to a possible connection between the financial take over of Cyprus and the recently discovered massive Leviathan/Levant Basin Province  petroleum fields in the Mediterranean Sea.  On 31 March 2013, Israel began pumping out natural gas from their Tamar fields (which is part of the larger Levant Basin Province).

At last report the Israeli company Delek Energy is planning to send some of that gas to Cyprus, then on to South Korea.  The Israeli government told Delek Energy to hold off on its export plans, just prior to the financial takeover of Cyprus.

The U.S. based Noble Energy owns 36% of the Tamar operations.

Control over Leviathan/Levant Basin is the real reason behind the U.S., European and Israeli backed insurgency in Syria and Lebanon, and efforts to keep Egypt destabilized, as well as Tunis and Libya.

Libya, Tunis, Egypt, Israel, Lebanon, Syria, Turkey and Greece border, or are strategically located near Levant Basin Province. If you look at a map of the Mediterranean, then draw a line straight south from Greece to Libya, the area under the Sea east of that line has become of extreme importance to western governments.

Cyprus borders an area known as Block 12 of the Levant fields.  Noble Energy, and Delek Energy have been working a deal to work the Cyprus side of Block 12.  Block 12A (Aphrodite) is estimated to have 7 trillion cubic feet of natural gas.  Other areas of Cyprus’s Block 12 are still being explored, but have already attracted investment from France, Italy and South Korea.

According to the latest reports in the Cyprus Mail, the whole financial takeover of Cyprus is about who gets to control the money that will be made from Block 12 of Leviathan/Levant.  Even Russia backed off of bailing out Cyprus because they realized their ‘investors’ could make more money off Block 12 than off their Cypriot bank accounts.

War over Leviathan!

Big Bank & Government Evil: More proof that the Cyprus bailout is a scam to steal people’s money from their bank acconts!

01 April 2013/20 Jumada l-Ula 1434/12 Farvardin 1391/21 Yi-Mao (2nd month) 4711

“It was not a bailout. It was a collective punishment. The amount of money that Cyprus required could have allowed a more gradual approach to addressing the economic structure problems. With these policies, not only the Cypriot financial system has suffered a serious blow, but the economy as well. And I have no doubt, that this will have also a fallout effect on the Eurozone on the whole…….Cyprus is doing much better than countries like Germany. And I think this issue about money laundering, it was an excuse…….it was reported that agents from German banks were coming to attract funds from Cyprus. Let me also say that what has happened to Cyprus is also related with a perverted image that they have created about Cyprus in the last few years. For example, it’s a place with money laundering, especially from Russia. And also that Cyprus is a headache to the rest of Europe. And that’s not true.”-Andreas Theophanous, economist University of Nicosia

The Bank of Cyprus has closed offices in the country of Romania!  The ten branches will be closed for one week to prevent Romanians trying to take all their money out of their accounts.

It’s also been revealed the bank will be sold off!

The family of Cypriot President, Nicos Anastasiades, is being outed by Cypriot media, because it turns out they took millions of euros out of bank accounts just a few days before the IMF/ECB bailout went into effect.

According to local media reports, the president’s son-in-law co-ownes a company called A.Loutsios & Sons.  That company transferred $27 million USD worth of promissory notes from Laiki Bank to a bank in London, U.K.

The Laiki (Popular) Bank was shut down as part of the undemocratic bailout (undemocratic because the IMF & ECB somehow circumvented the Cypriot Parliament).

President Anastasiades responded today by saying the country’s new high court judges will “….be given a mandate to investigate everything that is possibly related to me, including those relatives linked to me by marriage.”

It also turns out that some Cypriot politicians had their debts forgiven as part of the bailout (is that how the IMF & ECB circumvented the parliament?).

On 31 March, the leader of the Cypriot Orthodox Christian church demanded that the financial leaders of the country resign!  He says the country’s problems are not economic: “If we [the government of Cyprus] had spent within our means, we would not have the results we see today….This misfortune that has occurred to our country seems like an economic problem but it isn’t, at its core you will find sin!”-Archbishop Chrysostomos II

Russia just announced they will not help individual Russians who have money in Cypriot banks, but they will help Russian companies.

Also, I noticed Russian media reports now linking the Cyprus bailout to a “war” over control of petroleum rights.  I’ve been saying that from the beginning (check my past Cyprus postings).  It’s known as Leviathan.
