09 November 2012, representatives from European countries walked out of the EU’s 2013 budget talks!

There’s a major dispute over an extra nine billion euros still needed for 2012! Representatives from various European countries refused to discuss the 2013 budget with the European Union parliament, until unaddressed funding issues for 2012 were dealt with.

This means many areas of the EU, that’re still waiting for millions in 2012 funding, will probably never get it. The next EU meeting is 22-23 November.
