Born in Deutschland 1965, hometown was Bütthart, parents were not U.S. government employees. However, when father was tricked into joining the U.S. Air Force Civil Service, in 1969, with the promise that we could remain in Germany, we were promptly shipped off to Iran. Due to one of my Iranian educators being disappeared, along with her husband, by the U.S. ally Shah of Iran's Israeli & U.S. created Savak (for the then official terrorist act of promoting the idea that women can vote), and due to my U.S. citizen mother being placed on Savak's Terrorist Arrest List (for supporting the idea that women should vote, at that time the U.S. ally Shah of Iran did not allow women to vote, now they can) we left Iran for the United States in 1973, literally in the middle of the night. At the U.S. Embassy airbase the CIA operated Gooney Bird (C-47) was so packed with other U.S. citizens fleeing our ally Iran (because the Shah gave the OK to arrest any U.S. citizen for such terrorist acts as promoting the concept of voting) that we were turned away by the Loadmaster and had to take a chance on a civilian flight out of Tehran's airport. My father told me he and my mother had three culture shocks; first when they arrived in Germany as civilians, then after being shipped off to Iran as U.S. government employees, then again returning to the United States as unemployed civilians (because so much had changed in the U.S. while they were gone, their only news source was the U.S. Armed Forces Radio & Television Service which heavily censored information about the home front). Since I graduated high school in 1982 I've worked for U.S. government contractors and state & local government agencies (in California), convenience store manager in California, retail/property management in Georgia, California and Idaho. Spent the 1990s in the TV news business producing number one rated local news programs in California, Arizona and Idaho. 14+ years with California and Idaho Army National Guard and the U.S. Air Force. Obtained a BA degree in International Studies from Idaho State University at the age of 42. Unemployed since 2015, so don't tell me the economy has recovered.

Breaking news: South Korean media says North Korea has officially announced the end of the 1953 Armistice!

11 March 2013/28 Raby’ ath-Thani 1434/21 Esfand 1391/30 Yi-Mao 4711

The Yonhap news agency, in Republic of Korea (ROK), says they’ve listened in on a Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) radio broadcast.  The announcement was made by the Rodong Sinmun, the official news source for the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK).

The broadcast said the 1953 ceasefire agreement is now officially void, and it is time for the “showdown war”.

Breaking news: North Korea severs hot line to South, as promised!

11 March 2013/28 Raby’ ath-Thani 1434/21 Esfand 1391/30 Yi-Mao 4711

Chinese media reporting that the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) has cut the hot line from Pyongyang to Seoul.  They cite Republic of Korean (ROK) officials as saying the emergency phone line is no longer working.

Last week the DPRK said they would cut the phone line and consider the 1953 armistice void, if the United States and ROK went ahead with the Key Resolve war games, which officially started on 11 March 2013.

In several official announcements the DPRK basically said the latest UN sanctions, and the continued uninvited presence of the U.S. military in ROK, were the final straws, and threaten nuclear first strikes.

World War 3: United States behind most cyber attacks!

10 March 2013/27 Raby’ ath-Thani 1434/20 Esfand 1391/29 Yi-Mao 4711

For all the whining the United States government does about cyber attacks, even going as far as making it an act of war and justifying the extra-judicial killing of hackers, it turns out that the biggest perpetrator is the United States.

According to China’s National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team Coordination Center, between September 2012 to February 2013 89 cyber attacks were made against Chinese public and company websites.  39 of those attacks originated from U.S. IP addresses.

According to China’s National Vulnerability Database, between November 2012 to January 2013, 5792 attempted cyber attacks were launched from U.S. IP addresses.  Also, 2194 of servers using viruses or botnets to control Chinese mainframes are located in the U.S.  And, 73% of phishing sites targeting Chinese e-commerce are based in the U.S.

China is not the only country to point to the United States as being behind most cyber attacks, Iranian officials say they are constantly dealing with cyber attacks coming from the U.S.

Government Evil: A booming economy equals more corruption! Courts cracking down hard, but no, it’s not in the United States.

10 March 2013/27 Raby’ ath-Thani 1434/20 Esfand 1391/29 Yi-Mao 4711

The booming economy in China has not reduced crime and corruption, it’s actually accelerating it!

The Supreme People’s Procuratorate (SPP) reported that the Chinese year 4710 (approximating to Gregorian year 2012) was another record setting year for investigations into government corruption.

47388 government employees were investigated for corruption, up 2800 from year 4709. In fact the SPP said corruption investigations have gone up four years in a row.

The investigations included 13000 county/state level officials, and 30 officials at the national level.

China’s Supreme Court system convicted 143000 people of bribery and fraud in 4710!  Why does the United States have such a problem going after corruption?

2 years later: External water injection partly to blame for Fukushima Daiichi melt downs.

A study involving analysts working for NHK (Nippon Housou Kyoukai/Japan Broadcasting Corporation), and University scientists, found that the initial effort to cool the reactors of Fukushima Daiichi, using fire pumper trucks, was a failure and helped caused the melt down of at least three reactors.

The researchers concluded that 55% of the water never made it to the reactors.  This is because there was no power.  Water entering the cooling system ended up in condenser units rather than the reactors, because the system’s pumps were not working.

Since the 11 March 2011 nuclear disasters Japanese nuclear plants, and local fire departments have been practicing cooling down reactors using fire trucks.  The study showed that if there is no power to operate the internal pumps in the nuclear plant’s cooling system, then at least half the water injected by fire pumper trucks is wasted.

World War 3: U.S. occupation of Afghanistan; 05 – 08 March 2013. Intense Green on Blue & Blue on Green attacks, dozens killed! More games with tax dollars over aircraft! More than 13000 U.S. troops will remain! More proof it’s all about the oil! U.S. female soldier goes to prison for stealing your tax money!

(where’s the U.S. main streamer media on this one?) In Kapisa Province, Afghan National Army (ANA) troops attacked a U.S. base. Reports say the ANA soldiers were using U.S. supplied vehicles.  One civilian contractor was killed, one U.S. soldier killed, as well as three ANA troops. Local government officials say it was a spontaneous attack, as U.S. personnel apparently insulted ANA troops as they were leaving the base. However, an independent report says U.S. forces open fired on an ANA vehicle, killing the driver. Then other ANA forces arrived and open fired in a vengeance attack. The independent report says two more ANA troops were killed, nine U.S. personnel were killed and two wounded.  ISAF said only: “Individuals wearing Afghan National Army uniforms turned their weapons against International Security Assistance Force members in eastern Afghanistan today, killing one ISAF-contracted civilian. The incident is currently under investigation.”

The above incident in Kapisa might be connected to a massive home invasion operation the day before.

In Helmand Province, a NDS (National Directorate of Security) spy was assassinated by Mujahideen.

In Kandahar Province, a motorcycle bomb was used to destroy an Afghan government forces’ Toyota Land Cruiser.  Also, Mujahideen claim two NATO tanks rolled over landmines. The casualties were medivaced by helicopters.

The games with U.S. tax dollars continue in regards to the U.S. funded COIN (COunter INsurgency) aircraft program for Afghanistan.  Once again Beechcraft is protesting the USAF decision to give Afghanistan the A-29 Super Tucano.  This is the second time Beechcraft is protesting.  The USAF has held competition/review between the Beechcraft AT-6 and A-29 twice now, and the A-29 won both times.  The program could end up costing U.S. taxpayers $950 million USD.

In Kapisa Province, in Koh Band district, a large scale home invasion operation took place.  According to locals six homes were set on fire, wounding seven people including children.  Apparently the operation was actually an attempt to kidnap a local Imam.

In Ghazni Province, an ANA soldier joined the Mujahideen.

(here’s another one the U.S. main streamers missed) In Maidan-Wardak province, in Chak district, U.S. helicopters attacked ANA forces!  Six Afghan government troops killed in the Blue on Green attack.  The U.S. air attack on Afghan government forces came after Mujahideen ambushed U.S. ground forces in the same area.

In Kunar Province, Mujahideen say they killed three U.S. personnel during a firefight in the Chowki district.

In Farah Province, three cops were killed, nine wounded, while they were destroying an opium field in Khak-e-Safid district.  Local officials say one of the cops stepped on a landmine.

In Herat Province, two explosions wounded at least five people. One of the explosions was caused by a motorcycle bomb, which went off as an opposition political party was holding a rally.

In Uruzgan Province, six mercenaries (contracted militia/cops, aka Arbakis) joined the Mujahideen.

In Kandahar, a policeman from the Zhiri district joined the Mujahideen.

A female U.S. Army soldier, Tonya Long, went to prison, convicted of trying to smuggle more than $1 million out of Afghanistan.   Investigators say she and her family spent half of it on plastic surgery, vacations and a tractor/trailer rig.  She served in Afghanistan as customs inspector with the 189th Combat Sustainment Battalion between 12 January 2008 and 5 April 2009.  She will spend five years in prison, three on probation and must pay back one million U.S. tax dollars: “Tonya Long betrayed her team and while other soldiers were fighting for our country, she was stealing money intended to support the mission.”-Thomas G Walker, U.S. Attorney

Merry olde Britisher slave taxpayers are going to be funding $14.9 million in Afghan mining projects.  Prime Minister David Cameron revealed that his bloody Red Coat interests in Afghanistan are not about fighting terrorism but about getting control of natural resources.   Recent mineral resource analysis suggests that Afghanistan has $3 trillion worth of gold, gems, iron ore, and petroleum!

06 March 2013/23 Raby’ ath-Thani 1434/16 Esfand 1391

In Paktia Province, another U.S. home invasion, in Girda Chiri district, resulted in three people being killed.  Reports say the three people killed were shot out of frustration because the U.S. led forces did not find whatever it was they were looking for. Several people were beaten.

In Farah Province, two Italian NATO troops, and an Afghan translator, were wounded after they drove over a landmine. The explosion flipped their new Iveco Lynx wheeled vehicle.

In Takhar Province, local government officials say a potential suicide bomber might have set off his bomb too soon.  Police say the bomb went off in his house, wounding the home owner and a child.  The home owner/potential bomber has been arrested.

In Herat Province, a police commander was assassinated by Mujahideen.

In Kandahar Province, a NDS spy was assassinated by Mujahideen.

USMC General James Mattis told the U.S. Congress that thousands of U.S. personnel need to remain in Afghanistan after the supposed 2014 pullout: “I have made my recommendation….That recommendation is for 13600 U.S. forces.”

General Mattis originally wanted to keep 20000 personnel in the Central Asian country! So much for any withdrawal.  Mattis also told Congress that he wants to turn over drone operations to Afghanistan.

05 March 2013/22 Raby’ ath-Thani 1434/15 Esfand 1391

In Kunar Province, reports that three people simply walking were killed by U.S. led drone strike, in Ghazi Abad district.

In Laghman Province, Mujahideen say they engaged a U.S. led patrol in Qarghaee district, killing one and wounding two.

In Saripul Province, Mujahideen say they liberated the village of Qonsai.  Three Arbakis killed, three wounded. One Mujahid wounded.

In Helmand Province, Mujahideen claim to have repelled a U.S. led offensive in Babaji district. At least three ISAF armored vehicles destroyed.  The offensive might have started after Mujahideen ambushed an ISAF foot patrol earlier in the day in the same district.

While the U.S. is actually planning on staying, German Defense Minister Thomas Maiziere announced they are leaving.   Specifically they will abandon OP (Observation Post) North near the city of Puli-khumri in Baghlan Province.

In Badakhshan Province, Mujahideen presented local government officials with the bodies of 16 ANA troops.  Mujahideen said they killed the ANA soldiers in a firefight. Mujahideen say in the battle they captured 12 government personnel, 2 vehicles and 37 weapons.  Eight government vehicles were destroyed. Two Mujahideen killed, one Mujahid was wounded.

At least 21 former executives and employees of Kabul Bank have been convicted and sent to prison. They were convicted of fraud after it was discovered that 90% of the bank’s loans went to only 19 individuals and businesses.  Sentences range from six months to five years in prison. Two former executives will have to pay back more than $700 million combined.

33 years later, a Soviet soldier who went MIA (Missing In Action) during the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan, has been found, alive.  According to Russian media the soldier defected to the Mujahideen.  Just think you Yankees, 30 years from now you could be hearing similar reports about your MIAs!

World War 3: Israel to build military academy on Mount of Olives!

“It is unwise and provocative to put the Military Academy on this sensitive place.”-Peace Now

10 March 2013/27 Raby’ ath-Thani 1434/20 Esfand 1391

Since last year the Israeli zoinist government has been pushing to build a military academy (aka plan 51870) on the Mount of Olives near Al-Quds (Jerusalem).

On 07 March 2013, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) radio announced a halt to the final approval process for the academy, until after U.S. President Barack Obama’s visit later this month (20-22 March).

Since last year several Christian groups have held protests to try and stop Israel’s plans.  The planned Israeli Military College is so large that it will cover the top of the hill, and have an underground parking lot five stories tall!

World War 3: Is China’s vote for sanctions against Korea a trick?

10 March 2013/27 Raby’ ath-Thani 1434/20 Esfand 1391

After defending it’s vote for the latest UN sanctions against the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), Chinese officials now say they will support the North.

Analysts think China voted for the sanctions for purely political reasons and will not do their part to enforce those sanctions.

An editorial in Japan’s Yomiuri Shimbun pointed out that the latest UN sanctions will not work if China does not enforce them. Apparently China is the lynch pin of the latest sanctions against DPRK.

Former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, John Bolton, believes China is not sincere in their claim of support for the latest sanctions: “There’s no reason to think they’re going to do anything different than they’ve done before. I call this a marginal increase in sanctions.”

New Swine Flu or bacteria? Nearly 3000 dead pigs found in river, no one claims them!

Update for 11 March 2013/28 Raby’ ath-Thani 1434/21 Esfand 1391/30 Yi-Mao 4711

Officials in the Chinese province of Shanghai say they have recovered 2800 dead and decomposing pigs from the river!  The river is the main source of drinking water for the Songjiang area.  Shanghai officials are now suspecting mass pig deaths in other provinces.

Since last year pigs have been dying by the tens of thousands.  In Shanghai dead pigs are collected by government health officials, but in other upstream provinces the farmers just throw the pigs into the river.  One report said in January 2013 more than 10000 pigs died, and the deaths are now averaging 300 per day! Health officials suspect a bacteria is causing the deaths.

10 March 2013/27 Raby’ ath-Thani 1434/20 Esfand 1391

In Shanghai, China, more than 900 dead pigs were pulled from the Huangpu River.

The Shanghai Agriculture Committee is trying to find out what killed the pigs, and where they came from.  So far, no one has reported any missing pigs.  Farmers have not reported any epidemics among their animals.

Norovirus update: 10 March 2013: Proof that employers don’t care if you’re sick or not. More cases not involving food. “Worst season in 10 years”! Kiwis dealing with another kind-o-stomach bug.

In Cornwall, United Kingdom, people are being told to stay away from the hospitals.  At least three hospitals are dealing with outbreaks.

In London, England U.K., the Lewisham Hospital is dealing with an outbreak.

In Gloucestershire, South West England U.K., two schools were closed after half the students got sick.  This makes four schools since December.

In Scotland U.K., one ward of the Royal Dundee Liff Hospital was closed to new patients because of an outbreak.

The latest update on the outbreak on the Royal Caribbean ship is that the U.S. CDC says it was never notified of a norovirus outbreak. The official report from the Vision of the Seas simply said 108 passengers and crew were sick with a stomach bug.  Passengers disembarked from the cruise ship in Florida U.S.A.  Some say they’re still sick, others said the outbreak began immediately after the cruise began.

In United Kingdom a group of people are suing P&O Cruises.  They say they got sick during a December cruise.  Southampton Port Health Authority confirmed 417 cases of norovirus on the ship, Oriana.  P&O Cruises blames passengers: “…if an outbreak occurs it is normally because a passenger has brought the virus on board unwittingly.”

At least 63 people got sick after eating at what’s considered the World’s top restaurant. It happened at Noma Nordic restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark, last month. Only now is it making news. Health inspectors blamed poor hygiene, lack of hot water in the kitchen, and the owners failed to respond to warnings from their employees about people getting sick.  The Danish Food Administration said that people were sickened by “a cocktail of different noroviruses”.

In Vermont U.S.A., the Bridport Central School was closed for two days last week after 90% of the students, and 30% of employees became sick.  Health officials called it a norovirus outbreak, but they could not find the source, and don’t think it had anything to do with the school food program.

The University of North Carolina U.S.A., reported more than 85 students sick last week. Health officials can not find a common source!

In Saskatchewan, Canada, the Parkland Place nursing home in Melfort was hit with an outbreak. Visitation is restricted until further notice.

And in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada,  I just read that ten hospitals had restricted visitation due to outbreaks. They’ve lifted general restrictions, which means only healthy adults who’re parents or grandparents of patients can visit.

In South Carolina U.S.A., doctors are calling this years norovirus the “worst season in 10 years”.  The city of Simpsonville is getting hit hard: “We’re seeing parents come in that just don’t know what to do….their children have been vomiting for a few days…..We’ve had teachers come in and say that half their class is out with it.”-Justin Moll, Parkside Pediatrics

Ongoing investigations at a ski resort in Arizona U.S.A., still have not been able to find the source of an outbreak that took place a couple of weeks ago. Health investigators said that is was not food or water.

In New Zealand, reports of another stomach bug, this one called Crypto.  So far 55 cases reported in Hawke’s Bay.  Cryptosporidium is a parasite found in the gut of cattle and other animals, and is passed to humans through contact with animals, contaminated water or food, or direct contact with human waste.  It’ll make you sick for four weeks.

Notice that most of these reports are coming from countries where English is the official language.  For some odd reason outbreaks of stomach illnesses aren’t reported elsewhere, or they just aren’t happening.  Norovirus did originate in the United States, and is a relatively new virus (found in 1968, identified in 1972).
