The Yemen Press Agency reported on 02NOV2022, that the recently (and suddenly) appointed governor of oil and natural gas rich Hadramawt Governorate, Mabkhout bin Mubarak Maree Yaslam bin Madi, was paid a visit by a delegation of U.S. military personnel (who did not wear any identifying insignia or name plates on their uniforms, as can bee seen in the photos, Yemen news media referred to one of the personnel as ‘Major Kevin’). Their non-named source inside the provincial government said it was an “acceleration” of pressure tactics by the NATO members United States, United Kingdom and France, to force the puppet government in Yemen to sell its petroleum resources only to Western-NATO buyers.

This is apparently part of U.S. President Joseph Robinette Biden Junior’s plan to help NATO Europe with obtaining cheap natural gas, as a result of the Ukraine Crisis.
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) now controls the most important oil port in Yemen, the Dhabba Oil Terminal, which is on the coast of Hadramawt Governorate!

On 21OCT2022, many news sources reported that Saudi-led air forces attacked an area near the Dhabba Oil Terminal in Hadramawt Governorate. The claim was that rebels were trying to steal the oil. Hadramawt Governorate is the largest province in Yemen, but is no where near rebel held territory, it is in the eastern part of the country next door to Al Mahrah Governorate, which has also been taken over by the militaries of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and UAE.
Mabkhout bin Mubarak Maree Yaslam bin Madi (aka Mabkhout bin Madi) was suddenly appointed governor of Hadramawt Governorate at the beginning of August 2022. He was not elected. It was part of several appointments to important provincial positions throughout Yemen made by the new U.S.-Saudi puppet government in the capital city of Sanaa.

Mutahar al-Marwani, director of the Public Health and Population Office in the capital city of Sanaa, claims the food items came from more than 50 food sellers in the city, and were considered expired or damaged. In a country that is supposed to have the worst starvation in the world, I find it amazing that food is expiring!
Mutahar al-Marwani stated that food/health inspectors will be relentless in identifying and destroying expired food, or food items that do not meet new puppet-government health standards.
But to add injury to insult, on the morning of 03NOV2022 Saudi-led coalition forces attacked fishermen in Al Mahrah Governorate. Fishermen reported that when they set sail to fish off the city of al-Ghaydah, Saudi-led forces stopped them and confiscated five fishing boats. The fishermen were also told to stay away from the area.
This follows the killing of one fisherman, and wounding of two others, two days prior. Locals claim it was U.S. naval forces that attacked them. Locals say that U.S.-Saudi forces have turned the governorate of Mahrah into a military base, seizing 11 of the 12 ports, and constantly interfering with people’s ability to fish for food.

The Gulf of Aden is the main fishing area for Yemenis, the U.S. Navy has patrolled the area for decades, even before 11SEP2001. The U.S. Navy and Coast Guard routinely inspect fishing dhows from Yemen.

There are now reports out of Europe, that in the area known as The Balkans, possibly tens of thousands of Pandemic vaccines will be thrown away by the end of the year, resulting in millions of taxpayer Euros being thrown away as well.
This is due to a lack of vaccinations and the fact that these (what I say are experimental) new types of vaccines have a short shelf-life.
In 2020, the governments of the many Balkan countries scrambled to join the global herd and stock-up on the new vaccines. By the end of 2020 they had purchased what they thought was enough, but by the end of 2021 it was clear they bought too many. Demand for vaccines from individuals wasn’t high.
Of course, when you break it down to each country you get a different picture; by the October 2021, Serbia was being praised for having vaccinated three times more people, as a percentage, than all the member countries of the European Union. But, Bulgaria and Romania had the lowest vaccination rates. Overall, The Balkan region had a low vaccination rate.

Raska just happens to be were Serbia is currently conducting wargames, and the new Defense Minister, Miloš Vučević, paid a visit. But, the latest problems between Serbia and Kosovo involve the license plates, and personal I-Ds, of silly-vilians (civilians) who have to cross the border for their jobs.

Officials with the NATO’s European Union (EU) and the United States (U.S.), claim they told the Kosovo government not to force Serbs to switch license plates. In fact, the EU says they’ve been pushing Kosovo and Serbia to ‘normalize’ relations, as part of requirements to join the EU. In reality, what is going on is the EU and NATO are pushing Serbia to join with them, against Russia.

On 27OCT2022, NATO military leaders met with Serbia’s military leaders to clarify Serbia’s defense plans, and to once again ask Serbia to become a member of NATO. The Serbian Armed Forces General Staff reminded the NATO delegation that Serbia considers itself neutral, and does not want to join NATO. However, they also admitted that an independent Kosovo is considered a “major security threat” to Serbia. Serbia has taken part in NATO’s Partnership for Peace program.
The NATO visit came on the same day that Kosovo refused to delay its new license plate/I-D system. The EU president, Ursula Gertrud von der Leyen, supports Kosovo:

Interestingly, riot police training is part of realizing a peaceful and independent Balkans. After arriving in Germany, the ‘Hoosiers’ very first training event was crowd control, controlling the very people they’re supposed to be protecting, taught by the German Heer. This year there is a lot of talk in the Western-NATO news media about Iranian ‘Kamikaze’ drones (UAV, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) being used by Russia. Maybe it is because in March of this year, Iran actually revealed what their own news media calls Kamikaze drones.

The actual official name of these UAVs is Me’raj-504. Me’raj means ‘ascension’, not Kamikaze. It was designed for the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), it is considered an upgrade of the Me’raj-214 UAV. They are used specifically to target air defense systems. The Me’raj-504 can carry a bomb with up to an equivalent explosive force of 2.5kg of TNT over a 100-kilometers flightpath.
The biggest advancements in the new design is a great reduction in cost, and time, to build.
The problem I have with the use of the word Kamikaze is that it is totally psychological on both the Western-NATO governments/news media, and Iran’s news media. The official meaning of Kamikaze is ‘Divine Wind’, coming from two failed attempts by the Mongol Empire to invade Japan. Both times a typhoon struck just as the Mongol ships arrived off Japan, destroying them. Thus it was divine intervention using the wind.
However, ever since the end of World War Two, the Western world associates Kamikaze with suicide. In desperation, during the last couple years of the war, Japan formed a suicide squadron; pilots who were trained to deliberately use their aircraft as bombs. They were officially called Kamikaze as in a Divine Wind to save Japan, but the victorious Western allies took it to mean suicide.

Perhaps the Iranian news media is using Kamikaze in the Divine Wind sense? The Western-NATO news media is certainly using it in the suicide-terrorist sense.
On 09OCT2022, Pennsylvania Army National Guard’s 28th Infantry Division held a deployment ceremony. The oldest division sized unit in the United States is being deployed for Operation Spartan Shield. The U.S. Army side of Operation Spartan Shield is called Task Force Spartan, which is dependent upon part time Army National Guard and Army Reserve units.

The commander of the 28th Infantry Division, Major General Mark McCormack, ignorantly and arrogantly stated “…the presence of American soldiers helps to calm things wherever that volatility happens to be…”, forgetting that much of the world’s volatility can be traced to the yet to be officially declared War on Terror, and, that it is a direct result of “the presence of American soldiers.”

In California, News Channel 3-12 reports that San Luis Obispo Police are using a new tactic in their so called gun-buy-back program; a type of Hunger Games where they give you food for your gun:
In Florida, police body-cam video was released, showing a September 2022 incident where a Saint Lucie County Deputy shot a suicidal and weaponless man, after telling him “I believe you. I’m here with you.”:
In Georgia, for the first time in two decades the Mayor of Atlanta ordered a ‘gun-buy-back’ program (again, grammatically this indicates the city of Atlanta is the origin of all the guns). Atlanta police claim this is their way of preventing violence against children, without providing any evidence that gun-buy-backs do so:
Progressive NBC News reveals that Saint Louis, Missouri, school-shooter somehow got back the gun that police had taken from him prior to the shooting, police claim they don’t know how the shooter got it back:
In New Mexico, three Albuquerque cops shot and killed a totally intoxicated man even though he was cooperating with them, they asked him to get his phone out of the car and call for a ride home, and to reveal any weapons that were in his car, and when he complied they all shot him, because one of the cops yelled out “gun.” The shooting happens halfway through the long video. Please notice that they never asked him to drop any such gun, they never gave him time to do so if he had a gun, and notice that you cannot see any gun in the video, also, after the shooting all the ass-hole cops act like it was no big deal, they say things like “I’m good.” Remember, Albuquerque Police have been proven by the FBI and U.S. Department of Justice to be corrupt, excessively violent, and the city is still under a federal Policing Reforms order! In Wisconsin, Milwaukee Police are claiming their guns are shooting all by themselves! That is correct, they claim their guns have gone-off without the triggers being pulled. Fox 6 News reports city officials don’t want to talk about it:
In Texas, police body-cam video was released, showing a September 2022 incident where San Antonio police stopped and then shot and killed an immigrant, claiming he was a wanted armed robber. An investigation revealed the man was not only not armed but also not the armed robbery suspect:
