In January 2023, the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) was ordered to rescind its mandate for the experimental mRNA vaccines, a month later the DoD finally issued its Guidance for Implementing Rescission!
For a now retired Illinois Air National Guard colonel, it is justification for his refusal to force Illinois state militia personnel to take the now proven dangerous mRNA vaccines! Retired (31DEC2021) Colonel Mark Hurley also blames the crashing recruitment numbers affecting all National Guard units across the United States: “…if you add to it folks who refused to take the vaccine, that’s another 10% drop, and then on top of that, what we didn’t expect is people getting sick from the vaccine, so that’s an additional drop. That’s why we’re facing so many readiness issues right now.”
On top of that, the mandate forcing military personnel to take experimental mRNA has created a huge trust problem for those still in the military: “…do you really want to force back into the same organizations that they came from with the same leadership because they already don’t have a trust for that leadership?”
Watch the WMAY interview of retired Colonel Mark Hurley, in which he states early on he knew there was something not right about mRNA, for one mRNA has to be kept frozen (which is not normal for vaccines), second he witnessed a law enforcer immediately go into anaphylactic shock upon getting the vaccine. Hurley decided to refuse the vaccine for himself, and fought for the rights of his troops to not be vaccinated. Hurley also explains how the ‘wokeness’ of the DoD is destroying the military:

The U.S. Department of Defense is blaming The CoViD Pandemic for a 1-thousand-7-hundred percent increase in medical events, just among military pilots, however, a whistleblowing anti-mRNA U.S. Army doctor says it is the mandated vaccines!
It should be noted that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) relaxed health standards for pilots, specifically regarding heart health! Lieutenant Colonel Theresa Long claims this is because the mandated mRNA has permanently damaged the hearts of pilots, both military and civilian!
The most recent and personal example involves my son. About a decade ago my son was in the U.S. Army, on Fort Gordon, Georgia. One day he called me and said he was being sent home, he explained something was wrong, he was in the hospital on post and they had diagnosed him with a “preexisting medical condition” and had medically discharged him. This happened over a 48 hours period.
When I picked him up at the Salt Lake City Airport I could tell there was something wrong. We drove home to Southeastern Idaho, and since it was a long day I told him to get some sleep and see how he is feeling in the morning. The next morning, while I was talking to him he suddenly presented all the classic symptoms of a stroke, he was only 18! I rushed him to our local hospital, which at that time was not able to handle neurological events and they immediately sent him down to University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The doctors there said he was suffering from a hemorrhagic stroke, slowly bleeding out around his brain stem, he could have died. The preexisting condition medical discharge from the U.S. Army prevented him from getting help from the Veterans Affairs (VA)! He is still paying on more than $100-thousand in medical bills, the hospital finance administrators tricked him into getting a medical loan through our local Bannock County Indigent Services and you can’t file bankruptcy against a government issued loan!
To add insult to injury, a couple of years later he got a letter from the U.S. Army saying that they had reviewed what had happened and they would gladly take him back, but no offer to pay his medical bills. He correctly threw their letter in the trash.
I personally have experienced incompetent military doctors, going all the way back to when I was a six years old military dependent (in which I had to be resuscitated with adrenaline due to a U.S. Air Force doctor giving me the wrong medication) to my last physical with the Idaho Army National Guard in 2002.
Military doctors are protected from any type of legal action! You absolutely cannot trust the military, or VA, medical system!

Despite the ‘woke’ news media, and government officials, repeatedly saying that the mRNA vaccines are ‘free’, they are not, they are paid for with taxes raped out of unwilling taxpayers. Now a new twist; the Bill Gates founded United Nations’ (UN) World Health Organization (WHO) global vaccination program called GAVI The Vaccine Alliance, is claiming the manufacturers of mRNA vaccines failed to delivery on $1.4-billion worth of vaccines, which were paid for up-front!

This federal ‘recommendation’ is not considered a federal mandate, however, governor’s of ‘woke’ states could use the recommendation to justify state level mandates!
Regarding the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), a 21 member panel recently came up with a way to federally mandate mRNA!

In June 2019, China’s National Defense University of People’s Liberation Army (PLA), and the state-owned China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, put to the final tests a new robot cargo aircraft.

The aircraft is unmistakable, it is the only type of its kind, a bi-plane cargo/agricultural aircraft, designed and built in the Soviet Union just after The Great Patriotic War (World War Two). In 1957, during the non-declared Cold War, Communist China got a license to build the Antonov An-2 Maize (NATO reporting name Colt) as the Yunshu (Yunshuji, later becoming Shifei) Y-5, but this modern version of the Maize has no crew. The new crewless version of the Maize is called Feihong-98 (FH-98).
In Zhangye, northwestern Gansu Province, the robot An-2/FH-98 had to complete three final tests; fast load 5-hundred kilograms of cargo, a short range airdrop mission, and a long range air drop mission. The tests were declared successful, and China’s PLA now has a viable robot cargo aircraft.

The ‘woke’ British empire government of Canada has issued a warning over its stockpile of Moderna mRNA vaccines for children/infants; the national supply is about to expire!
Its being officially called a “supply disruption”, and they even set the start date for 08MAR2023! Public Health Canada is urging parents to get their children/infants vaccinated before that date. But wait, officials are also telling parents that children already infected with COVID-19 should wait eight weeks before getting injected!

On 25FEB2023, the Aviation Industry Corporation (AvIC) of China reported that they sold an undisclosed number of its latest 4th/5th generation training aircraft to a U.S. ally; the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The deal was apparently made during the recent 16th International Defense Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) in Abu Dhabi. The L-15 looks very similar to the Russian Yak-130 and NATO-Italy’s Aermacchi M-346. Apparently, the L-15 is the nomenclature assigned by the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) for the export version of the JL-10 trainer.

The last RC-26B made its final flight on 16FEB2023. For more than 30 years, beginning in 1991 (tail end of the Cold War), the RC-26B Condor not only worked anti-drug missions, but international warzone counter-insurgency flights, domestic homeland security missions, wild-fire fighting and disaster relief efforts: “This aircraft is kind of like a chameleon. It could morph in to just about anything you could imagine, as far as hurricane support, counter-drug, the border or wildfire support. The RC-26B is a modified C-26B, which began service in the last decade of the non-declared Cold War as the C-26A. At one point it was known as the ISR (Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance).

On 27JAN2023, the Iowa Air National Guard conducted its final flight of the RC-26B. The Condor began operations at the Des Moines Airbase only recently, in 2015, providing counter-narcotics, and domestic natural disaster support, for law enforcement and emergency management.

On 06JAN2023, the West Virginia National Guard retired their RC-26 Condor (# 94-0260). RC-26 #94-0260 was one of the last of 11 such aircraft operated by the U.S. Air Force and National Guard.

On 06JAN2023, Washington joined West Virginia in retiring its Condor. Evergreen State C-26B operations began from Fairchild Air Force Base in 1991, then in 1995 the Condor was reconfigured as an RC-26B.
