Operation Jupiter: Military’s secret flu imitating virus exposed, vaccinations for military only!

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has revealed that a previously secret viral infection is spreading, and it mimics influenza.  It’s called adenovirus and was first identified in the 1950s, specifically infecting U.S. Army personnel.

Initial U.S. Army experiments with vaccines seemed successful, but after a few years the adenovirus resurfaced stronger than before, even re-infecting personnel that had been vaccinated.   One study showed that two damaged adenovirus cells will join together to form a new healthier, stronger cell (a process known as multiplicity reactivation).

In August 2017, the Naval Health Research Center revealed a vaccine that supposedly works against five version of adenovirus: “In the mid-1990s, the adenovirus vaccine was discontinued at military recruit training commands throughout the Department of Defense (DoD), resulting in frequent respiratory illness outbreaks. Adenovirus was the most prevalent and widely spread virus in military training environments, infecting up to 80 percent of recruits and resulting in lost training time and increased medical care. 

In 2011, the adenovirus vaccine was reinstated for military recruits after NHRC and the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research conducted a clinical trial that demonstrated its safety and efficacy. According to researchers with NHRC’s operational infectious diseases team, after the live, oral vaccine for adenovirus types 4 and 7 was resumed, rates of adenovirus among recruits declined dramatically—cases went from 250 each week to two, on average. To date, other adenovirus serotypes—3, 14, and 21—that had previously caused illness in recruits have not reemerged.”

The virus mimics influenza and is so unheard of in the silly-vilian world that most clinics and hospitals don’t have the test to identify it.  Many silly-vilians are incorrectly diagnosed with having the flu.

Human adenovirus is a cause of Acute Respiratory Disease (ARD) and can also cause gastroenteritis (often incorrectly called stomach flu), even tonsillitis (my adult son just had a tonsillectomy due to a mystery infection which ‘shredded’ his left tonsil, literally nothing remaining but shreds, uh oh, I used the word literally guess I’m gonna be kicked outta that NYC bar).  There are more than 50 versions of adenovirus.  Transmission is thought to be through the air and in your crap, but adenoviruses are also resistant to cleaning chemicals and other liquids, so washing your hands all day long won’t get rid of them.  There is no treatment for it.

There are also adenoviruses that attack seals, bats, canines, reptiles, birds, monkeys and all domesticated farm animals.   I didn’t see any mention of felines being affected.

Here’s where what I call Operation Jupiter comes in; adenoviruses are used by scientists to genetically modify organisms, under the guise of gene therapy!  Adenoviruses are used as ‘delivery platforms’ for externally created (GMOed) antigens into humans suffering from things like cystic fibrosis or cancer.

CDC Reports: “In May 1997, a large, persistent epidemic of adenovirus type 4-associated acute respiratory disease began at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, the largest army basic training center. The epidemic lasted until December and declined when vaccine administration resumed. More than 1,000 male and female trainees were hospitalized; 66.1% of those hospitalized had an adenovirus type 4 isolate.”

“Adenoviruses are frequent causes of respiratory disease in the US military population. A successful immunization program against adenovirus types 4 and 7 was terminated in 1999. Review of records in the Mortality Surveillance Division, Armed Forces Medical Examiner System, identified 8 deaths attributed to adenovirus infections in service members during 1999–2010.“

“An outbreak of respiratory illness occurred in a long-term care facility in New York City. Investigation of the outbreak identified confirmed or suspected adenoviral infection in 84% of the residents from October 19 to December 18, 1999. Further identification by type-specific neutralization and restriction analysis identified a new genomic variant of adenovirus type 7.”

“Antibodies were more common in humans residing in sub-Saharan Africa…..This finding suggests cross-species transmission of chimpanzee adenoviruses.”

“In mid-May 2007, a respiratory disease outbreak associated with adenovirus, serotype B14 (Ad14), was recognized at a large military basic training facility in Texas. The affected population was highly mobile…………Ad14 was identified at 8 sites in California, Florida, Mississippi, Texas, and South Korea. Ad14 spread readily to secondary sites after the initial outbreak. Military and civilian planners must consider how best to control the spread of infectious respiratory diseases in highly mobile populations traveling between diverse geographic locations.”

“…isolates collected in Iowa from 1992 to 2002 and found that genome type Ad7d2 became increasingly prevalent. By 2002, it had supplanted all other Ad7 genome types. The association of Ad7d2 with severe illness and death calls for heightened public health concern.”

“In March 2011, an outbreak of acute respiratory disease was reported at the Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) Police Training Centre. Approximately 100 trainees were hospitalized and 5 were admitted to the intensive care unit. Three of these 5 trainees died.”

“During April 2011–March 2012, we retrospectively reviewed medical records for South Korea soldiers to assess the etiology and epidemiology of acute viral lower respiratory tract infections. Adenovirus was the most commonly identified virus (63.2%) and the most common cause of pneumonia (79.3%) and hospitalization (76.6%); 3 soldiers died of adenovirus-related illness.”

“During October 2013–July 2014, Oregon health authorities identified 198 persons with respiratory symptoms and an HAdV-positive respiratory tract specimen. Among 136 (69%) hospitalized persons, 31% were admitted to the intensive care unit and 18% required mechanical ventilation; 5 patients died.”

Researchers in the U.S., Columbia, Ecuador, Scotland and Israel have discovered the true cause of tilapia die-offs, it’s not global warming but a previously unknown RNA virus now known as TiLV (Tilapia Lake Virus).

But there’s a problem, the major locations of tilapia die-off are not physically connected, so researchers are now focusing on how TiLV showed up at about the same time in two different locations.  Israel and Ecuador are separated by 12310km (7,649 miles) if you’re traveling by air.  Ecuador’s coastline is along the Pacific Ocean.  Israel’s (Palestine’s) coastline is along the Mediterranean Sea and a tini-tiny bit that has access to the Red Sea.

TiLV causes brain swelling and liver disease.  Die-offs of tilapia have been documented since 2009.  Ecuador’s neighbor, the U.S. drug lord puppet Columbia, is also reporting tilapia die-offs.  At first researchers thought tilapia were dying from a new form of Influenza C, but while it is similar it is also totally new: “The TiLV sequence has only minimal similarity in a small region of its genome to other viruses; thus, the methods we typically use to identify and characterize viruses through sequencing alone were insufficient.”-Eran Bacharach, Tel Aviv University

Last year I implicated the U.S. Department of Defense’s JUPITR ATD anthrax scandal as possibly including the terror group known as Aum Shinrikyo (the ones who launched a chemical weapons attack in a Tokyo subway in 1995)!

Since I wrote that article Aum Shinrikyo has grown even stronger with a fast spreading global membership. Last year Japan’s Public Security Examination Commission claimed they had Aum Shinrikyo sub-groups Aleph and Hikari no Wa under surveillance, however, that surveillance failed to show the rapid spread of the terror cult from Japan to Russia to eastern Europe.

Aum Shinrikyo is considered a terrorist group in Russia and therefore banned.  Russian police have discovered numerous Aum Shinrikyo cells operating as spiritual-yoga self help centers (usually using just the word Aum [meaning Om, or divine sound of creation], there are such Aum meditation groups currently in the U.S.).  Russia shutdown one such operation in Moscow last October.  Then on 25 March 2016, police in Montenegro captured 59 cultists in the capital of Podgorica and the city of Danilovgrad.

They entered Montenegro illegally and most are from Russia, four are from Japan. They’re supposed to be deported to Russia and Japan tonight (Russia claims most already have self-deported after being released by the court).

The cultists rented the hotels all for themselves for ten days, and here’s the kicker; they demanded that all hotel employees leave! A Montenegrin newspaper says cult members swore that they are “tourists”.   None of them had required documentation for cross-border travel.   My research turned up information that revealed that those hotels have been used in the past for Aum mediation retreats, but apparently they’ve never before shutdown an entire hotel and ordered the employees to leave.

Court proceedings revealed the cult had already been in Montenegro for ten days before the police were notified (apparently by pissed off hotel employees). Police said they found the cultists “performing rituals”, and they confiscated their cell phones and laptops.   Police also stated that the cultists have what appear to be wounds to their necks and other extremities that might be the result of the ‘rituals’.

Montenegro’s court ordered the deportation, instead of further prosecution, because there was no evidence that the arrested cultists were connected to the 1995 sarin gas attack in Tokyo, that left at least 12 dead and more than 50 permanently wounded.

In Nevada’s county of Clark there is a sexually transmitted disease (STD) raging out of control.  Most main streamer news sources are focusing on the famous city of Las Vegas, insinuating its the source.  But there is another source, a source which has been guilty in the past of intentionally spreading syphilis, the Christian dominated U.S. military.

Clark County is also home to Nellis Air Force Base.  The U.S. military has a nearly 1-hundred years history of playing around with sexually transmitted diseases.  Regarding syphilis, in 2010 president Barack Obama officially apologized to the people of Guatemala who were intentionally infected with syphilis, and other STDs, by U.S. government medical personnel.

Under the direction of the U.S. Public Health Service, from 1946 to 1953 the U.S. government infected more than 1-thousand people, most against their will as many were prisoners and some were children as young as ten, under the guise of developing treatments to protect U.S. military personnel from infected prostitutes.    Another 5-thousand 128 people, some as young as only one year of age, were used in antibodies studies.  U.S. military personnel from the Guatemala Air Base were also used as guinea pigs.

The sick experiment wasn’t made public until the personal documents of one of the scientist were donated to the University of Pittsburg after his death in 2003.  But wait, the Guatemala scandal wasn’t the first time your government intentionally spread the disease.

The Guatemala experiment was based on an earlier experiment on prisoners in Terre Haute, Indiana, from 1943-44.  In that case we’re supposed to believe the prisoners volunteered for the job.  Realize that 1943-44 was in the middle of the Second World War and Congress had officially declared war, which is Martial Law.  Under martial law you have no freedoms, the military is in charge an overrides the Constitution.  But wait, the Indiana prison experiment wasn’t the first time your government intentionally spread the disease.

As far as we know, the first time the U.S. government intentionally spread syphilis started in 1932.  It was called that Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment, and it lasted until 1972!  It involved the ‘black’ Tuskegee University and hundreds of poor ‘black’ men.

Even though the government claimed they were providing free medical care, it was revealed that government officials refused to treat the subjects with the anti-biotic penicillin (even after it was proven to be an effective treatment).

By 1947 penicillin was the standard treatment for syphilis, yet, the U.S. Public Health Service refused to treat the infected men, even decades later.  The Tuskegee experiment ended in 1972 only after a whistleblower leaked details of it to the news media!  In 1997, president Bill Clinton officially apologized for the scandal.

H1N1 roars back to life: Hundreds killed in the first two months of 2016! Targets vegans?

European Center for Disease Prevention and Control reports half of its 50 member countries are dealing with a sudden increase in flu cases.

Armenia: 18 deaths caused by H1N1, so far.

Canada: In Saskatchewan an H1N1 outbreak was reported at a potash mine.  At least five case at the K+S Potash Legacy Camp, two people hospitalized.

Cyprus: The island country reports a father of two died from H1N1 a week after being admitted to hospital. He was admitted to a privately run hospital, which failed to take X-rays or detect a secondary infection in time to stop his death.  He was the second person to die from H1N1, dozens of people are hospitalized.

Belarus: Despite the UN World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. CDC and the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) claiming the eastern European country is hard hit by H1N1, the government says ’tis not so.  President Alexander Lukashenko says the WHO, CDC and ECDC are assuming there’s an epidemic only because Belarus is sandwiched between Russia and Ukraine which are suffering a flu epidemic.  Health administrators report fewer influenza cases than in January 2015, saying so far only 30 people have been confirmed to have the flu!

Finland:  19 people have died from H1N1-pdm09 since the beginning of the Gregorian year 2016. At least 146 people hospitalized.  Finnish National Institute for Health and Welfare expects a tripling of influenza cases this year.

Georgia: At least three people dead from H1N1.  292 people confirmed infected with H1N1.

Greece: Five people died from H1N1 in the past 24 hours.  115 people have died from H1N1 since the beginning of the year!  356 people have been hospitalized. Hellenic Center for Disease Control & Prevention says the majority of people who’ve died had other health problems and were not vaccinated, however, they admitted that at least 5% of those who died were vaccinated.

India: Health administrators are reporting fewer cases and deaths by H1N1, compared to the same time last year.    A study by the Civil Hospital concluded that one of the best ways to protect yourself from influenza (besides vaccinations) was a high animal protein diet (makes sense because your anti-bodies are 100% animal protein, they can’t use veggie protien).  Such a diet is even more important for moms who breast feed their children: “These days even mother’s breast feed to infants has to be supplemented with trace nutrients and iron for the well-being of the infant and his increased immunity. The immunity comes from the food, habits and lifestyle of breast-feeding mothers.”-Mona Desai, pediatrician

Iran:  Health administrators report the biggest outbreak of H1N1 in their country, ever.  112 people dead since November 2015.

Ireland:  15 people have died from flu, 11 from H1N1.  460 people hospitalized, at least half with H1N1-pdm09.  Health Protection Surveillance Centre reports 757 cases of flu last month, compared to only 312 cases in January 2015.  The Irish Medical Organization has declared Ireland’s healthcare system in danger of collapse, caused by reduced taxpayer funding and an exodus of doctors from The Emerald Isle: “Five years ago, we moved heaven and earth to rescue failed Irish banks; surely we can now do the same to rescue the Irish health service on which all of us ultimately depend. What we need now is an immediate investment programme, followed by a period of sustained funding so that we can repair the damage done.”-Ray Walley, doctor

Jamaica: The island country reports one person died after getting infected with H1N1, but doctors implied there were other complications.  At least nine people hospitalized with H1N1.

Lebanon: After four people died of H1N1 panic buying of medical supplies resulted, now there is a shortage of Flumivir and Tamilflu treatments.  The Ministry of Health reports a 20% increase in flu cases compared to last flu season.

Libya: In the U.S.-EU-NATO destabilized country health administrators are urging people to get vaccinated, but at the same time say reports of an epidemic are just rumors.

Lithuania: Heath administrators report a fourfold increase in flu cases compared to the same time last year.  22 municipalities have declared epidemics, last year only five municipalities were dealing with epidemics of influenza.  So far three people killed by H1N1.

Malta: The island country reports 97 H1N1 cases in January 2016 (double the number of flu cases for all of 2015), with two prisoners dying.  Health administrators noted that 72,835 people have been vaccinated so far this year. 

Northern Ireland:  In the British colony, seven people died from H1N1 since September 2015.  At least 150 cases of H1N1.

Pakistan:  At least 33 people died from H1N1, since 01 January 2016.  More than 1-thousand people infected.

Palestine: Four people in the West Bank confirmed dead by H1N1.  So far 355 cases. H1N1 first appeared in Palestine in 2010.

Russia: ‘Lawmakers’ are blaming U.S. Operation Jupiter (JUPITR) for an epidemic of H1N1 in their country.  At least 126 people dead since December.  At the end of January, the city of Yekaterinburg shutdown the schools to try and prevent the spread of the virus.

Trinidad & Tobago: Health administrators ordered 50-thousand doses of influenza vaccine.  They say they need at least 116-thousand doses to fight the expected H1N1 outbreak.  46-thousand people have already been vaccinated.  Eight people have died of H1N1.  Health administrators say their battle with Zika virus is making the situation more difficult.

Ukraine: In the U.S.-EU-NATO destabilized country at least 315 people have died since the influenza season officially started, mainly from H1N1.  In January an epidemic was declared.  Schools have been shutdown.  Health administrators claim none of the people who’ve died were vaccinated.

United Kingdom:  Leicester Royal Infirmary reports at least 14 cancer patients are now infected with H1N1. Glenfield Hospital reports three people hospitalized with H1N1.  Royal Berkshire Hospital has four people in isolation with H1N1.

A teenager who was vaccinated for influenza when he was ten was recently awarded $173-thousand USD in damages because the Pandemrix vaccine gave him narcolepsy.  He now falls asleep even when eating, walking and swimming. 

United States:  Fresno County, in California, reports two deaths caused by H1N1.  County health administrators are concerned, calling the deaths “unusual” in that the victims might have been vaccinated for H1N1.  No other details about the victims were released.

San Diego County, California, reports one death by H1N1.  The man did not have any other health problems.  Doctors claim he was not vaccinated.

In the U.S. state of Indiana, the Putnamville prison hit by H1N1.  At least 40 prisoners infected, one died.  Health administrators admitted that at least three of the infected had been vaccinated. They admitted that vaccination rates for prisoners was higher than normal, but those getting sick are young and healthy.  They describe a lethal mix of infection with the H1N1 virus and the MRSA bacteria.  Watch the video of the press conference for more info.

Currently there are no vaccines approved for children less than 6 months old.  The majority of flu vaccines for children are for children three years or older, and usually need more than one shot before they’re considered effective.

Claiming the United States is facing new biological and chemical attacks (yet not giving specifics) the Obama regime approved $900-million USD for the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense.

In 2013 the Obama regime changed the mission of JPEO-CBD: “Originally chartered to provide Army installation protection equipment, enduring conflict and numerous urgent needs rapidly expanded JPM-Guardian’s mission space to the tactical edge. The JPM-Guardian now provides force protection equipment to combat outposts and forward operating bases in Iraq and Afghanistan.”

The new funding comes as the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research began Phase 2 testing of two experimental ebola vaccines on people infected with HIV.  The Joint Vaccines Acquisition Program falls under JPEO-CBD.

Back in December the 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE) Command presented its three year plan, including “captured material exploitation”,  during a meeting of the Army and Navy Club in Washington DC.

Secretary of the U.S. Army John McHugh ordered the shutdown of anthrax factories in Ohio, Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia and Utah.  It was also revealed that the United States operates anthrax factories in Africa’s Egypt and South America’s Peru.

Most of the “mistaken” ‘live’ anthrax shipments originated at Dugway Proving Ground in Utah.   It was part of a program run by the Critical Reagents Program (CRP), whose symbol is a winged devil (they claim it’s a gargoyle).  

In Texas, the Department of State Health Services issued a warning after a deer and a horse died from anthrax.

A former University of Texas biology professor is suing the university for firing her.  The university revoked her tenure by claiming she was a terrorist and was helping China develop weapons grade anthrax.  The Federal Bureau of Investigation investigated and could not find any evidence to back up the university’s claims.

California based Pfenex got a $143.5-million USD taxpayer funded contract to make anthrax vaccine for humans.

California’s Keck Graduate Institute says a type of quinine discovered in 1944 could be used against anthrax and ebola!

Anthrax deaths continue in Canada.  Four more Bison have died in Alberta, at least three tested positive for anthrax.

In China‘s Shaanxi Province at least 19 people are infected, 18 are hospitalized.  15 mules, cattle and sheep died from anthrax in the village of Yuanzhuang.   50 people have been vaccinated.

In the British empire’s United Kingdom a new book reveals how the Ministry of Defense experimented on military personnel, and the general public, with anthrax and other biological warfare agents. 

In Georgia, an anthrax outbreak is hurting their beef exports.  Neighboring Armenia traced the anthrax infections of two people back to the consumption of beef imported from Georgia.

In Morocco, nine people are infected with anthrax.  The Ministry of Health suspects they got infected after touching infected cows.

The death toll in Kenya is now at 3-hundred!  Cape buffaloes in Lake Nakuru National Park are being killed off by anthrax.

India to vaccinate cows in Manalmedu in Bhavani Sagar range after a dead elephant tested positive for anthrax.  The Forest Service workers say they incinerated the carcass.  Back in May, another elephant died of anthrax near Hasanur, but was buried in a deep pit.

In Australia‘s state of Victoria a little uproar over an anthrax outbreak that began after taxpayer funding for biosecurity was cut.  49% of the budget was cut and 42% of biosecurity employees laid off over the past four years.  This year there’s been an outbreak of anthrax in cattle near the town of Tatura.  The government is now spending $9.4-million AUD to upgrade their degraded biosecurity ops.
