World War 3: Russia makes surprise move by proposing UN Security Council resolution concerning Syria!

“Hopefully, we can work with the Russians who, for the first time, at least are recognizing that this is a matter that needs to go to the Security Council.  It is just that we have differences in how they are approaching it, but we hope to be able to work with them.”-Hillary Clinton, U.S. Secretary of State

“We made no secret of the fact and it is reflected in the text that we call on violence to be stopped from all sides. We are concerned about weapons smuggling, the armed groups operating in Syria. As you know from the outset our assessment of the situation is that various violent groups there are taking advantage of peaceful demonstrators in order to pursue their agenda.”-Vitaly Churkin, Russian envoy to the UN

In a surprise move Russia announced they will propose Security Council resolution concerning Syria.  Russian officials refuse to reveal the details until they make the official presentation.

Back in October, Russia and China vetoed a resolution presented by western European countries.

Syria’s Vice-President Farouk al-Sharaa, is in Moscow right now discussing the issue with Russian leaders.

What Economic Recovery? Japanese nuclear disaster, dissapointing mine operations in Namibia, shutting down French company Areva. Idaho could lose jobs in 2012. Idaho leaders unrealistically optimistic

The ongoing nuclear disaster in Fukushima, Japan, and a bad mine operation deal in Africa, is bringing down a major player in international nuclear power; Areva.  The result will mean job losses all over the world, and possibly here in Idaho.

French government owned Areva recently announced that their revenues have crashed since the Japanese nuclear disaster began in March, and, since the French government opened an investigation into Areva’s purchase of a mining operation in Namibia, Africa.

On 13 December 2011, Areva officials unveiled a five year plan to reduce the size of the company.  This is because of a projected loss of U.S.$2.1 billion for just this year, and expected losses in the next few years.

Areva officials have already announced they will not replace French employees who retire, and they are laying off 1,500 German employees.

This is because of a negative backlash against nuclear power, as a result of the Japanese nuclear disaster.  In Germany, the government decided to end all reliance on nuclear power.  In Japan, the prefectural governments are refusing to allow nuclear power plants to start back up.  Both actions in Germany and Japan are at the demands of the majority of the citizens.

Areva’s loses also come from what is looking like a pig in a poke deal, from their purchase of uranium mines in Namibia, Africa.  Areva spent $2.5 billion on the mines, and the French government is now investigating because it turns out the mines have only half the projected uranium that Areva officials were told it had.

As part of their five year turn around plan Areva has suspended the construction of a uranium enrichment plant near Idaho Falls, Idaho.  State officials claim that Areva has agreed to keep on their payroll about 300 Idaho employees, but that’s only until the end of 2012.

The problem now is that Areva has stated that their continued operation depends on the sale of ten new generation EPR (European Pressurized Reactor) nuclear power units.  Those sales need to take place between 2012 to 2016.

What Economic Recovery? Comments out of Korea and Europe cast strong doubt on any EU recovery

“The leaders have not yet proposed fundamental solutions such as euro bond issuance or the European Central Bank’s intervention.”-Kwon Hyouk-se, Financial Supervisory Service, South Korea

“The EU summit was widely seen as a new step in the right direction, but the summit deal has many obvious flaws and lacks operational details in many areas. It looks more like a comprehensive fix to the next crisis, rather than a final resolution to the current one.”-Luca Jellinek, Credit Agricole, France

Government & Corporate incompetence: ECB to buy up European bonds but needs cash, EU to loan money…to the IMF, IMF will loan the money back to the ECB! The Elitist spiders are tangling their webs

“Oh what a tangled web we weave,
When first we practise to deceive!”-Walter Scott, Marmion, Canto vi. Stanza 17

I just read several reports.  One said the European Central Bank (ECB) wants to buy up the sovereign debts of European countries that are in financial trouble.  But the ECB says it needs about U.S.$150 billion to do it (notice they don’t have the cash on hand).

In another report the European Union said it will loan about $266 billion…to the U.S. based International Monetary Fund (not to their own ECB).  The purpose of the loan to the IMF is so the IMF can turn around and loan it back to European banks!

You must realize that the IMF is broke, just last week the President of the IMF came away from South America with a huge loan.  It was precedent setting, because for the first time in South America’s history they loaned money to the IMF, instead of the other way ’round.  So what did the IMF do with that money?

And why can’t the European Union loan the $266 billion directly to it’s member banks?  Is this just another accounting shell game?

The 1% elitist spiders have trapped themselves in their own web.  There’s no more flies to catch, the spiders are starving and they’re turning on each other!  It’s called World War 3!

Corporate Incompetence: Could demise of Hewlett Packard’s WebOS end hundreds of jobs in Idaho? HP in bed with Microsoft? We’ll find out in two weeks

“We should announce our decision in the next two weeks. This is not an easy decision, because we have a team of 600 people which is in limbo.”-Meg Whitman, CEO Hewlett Packard

French media interviewed Hewlett Packard’s latest CEO, Meg Whitman.  She says what they decide to do with their WebOS system will affect at least 600 HP employees.

Other media reports confirmed that 525 layoffs, made back in September, were the result of ending WebOS hardware production.  Since August the system has been up for sale, no takers so far.

It’s strange because as recently as July, Stephen DeWitt, head of the WebOS business unit, claimed that WebOS was so versatile that it could be used in a “universe of devices”.

What happened? Executives at HP have decided to use Microsoft’s Windows 8 operating system. In explaining the embracing of Windows 8 Whitman also explained why they canceled their number two selling tablet, the TouchPad: “Internet tablets are mainly used to consume media and e-mails. If you want to use productivity software such as Microsoft, you can not…This is an important area in which we want to go.”  “We stopped using the products that use the operating system WebOS. We will return in 2012. We will have an internet tablet that will use Microsoft Windows 8.”

The new HP tablet that runs on Window 8 is called Slate 2.

Whitman also talked about the high turnover of HP CEOs, and her plans with the company: “HP has had three CEOs in less than two years.  I’m here to stay. Even if my friend Mitt Romney becomes the next president of the United States, I will not join him in Washington.”  “We must invest more in storage, networks and servers to align ourselves with our competitors like EMC and Cisco. Our last server, which uses an ARM processor is more efficient in terms of energy consumption. We need these major innovations to differentiate ourselves.”

In November unnamed sources at HP’s, Boise, Idaho operations leaked word of more layoffs.  Between 3,000 and 4,000 people work at HP’s Boise facilities.  Could the demise of WebOS have anything to do with it?  According to the French newspaper, Le Figaro, Whitman said the world will find out in two weeks.

World War 3 & Media Incompetence: Government orders U.S. citizens out of Syria, Strike Force anchored off Syrian coast? A case of hopeful warmongering by the mainstream media. Remember the Spanish American War?

“The U.S. Embassy continues to urge U.S. citizens in Syria to depart immediately while commercial transportation is available.”-U.S. Embassy in Syria

On November 23, the U.S. Embassy in Syria restated a warning they’ve been giving since September 30; U.S. citizens need to leave.  CBS News reported it as if it was something new.

Then Forbes reported the United States has positioned a naval strike force, lead by the aircraft carrier USS George HW Bush (aka CVN 77), off the coast of Syria.

According to Forbes, the carrier strike group number two (COMCARSTRKGRU TWO, Commander of the Carrier Strike Group number two) had been patrolling the Strait of Hormuz, which is the narrow inlet leading from the Indian Ocean to the Persian Gulf, south of Iran.  Suddenly they were shifted, all the way round to the Mediterranean Sea.  The implication being that something is going to happen.

Forbes later updated their story saying CVN 77’s Facebook page had them in France for R&R.  Lets not forget that deals have already been made regarding French control of Syria after any war (Syria and Lebanon were controlled by France after World War 1).

On November 23, the Virginian-Pilot reported that CVN 77 was heading back home to the United States.  The home port of  USS George HW Bush is Norfolk, Virginia.

The Virginia newspaper also reported that CVN 77, along with the other ships of the strike force, had held up in the Mediterranean to “…conduct a range of operations and help maintain maritime security…”.

If a naval force, based on the east coast of the U.S., was returning from the Persian Gulf, the shortest route would be through the Strait of Hormuz, through the Indian Ocean, the Red Sea, the Suez Canal, the Mediterranean Sea, the Strait of Gibraltar into the Atlantic Ocean heading west to the U.S.

This seems to me to be a clear case of hopeful warmongering on the part of CBS News and Forbes.  CBS simply took a U.S. Embassy warning, that’s been issued since September 30 (unchanged even, word for word the same as on Sep. 30), and made it sound like it was something new.

Forbes took the CBS story, and a report on the position of the COMCARSTRKGRU TWO and insinuated that ‘war were declared’ (a quote from Futurama).  The position of the strike group in the Mediterranean Sea was correct, but also outdated because by the time Forbes published their story the strike group had already sailed to French ports for R&R.  The strike group is probably already in the Atlantic Ocean by now.

The sad thing is that foreign media are now running with the CBS/Forbes story.  What was that ancient warning sign about the end of the world?  “Wars, and rumors of wars”?

Don’t get me wrong, I think war is coming for Syria, especially since French warmonger Sarkozy want it, and Lebanon, back under French control.

Regarding the Spanish American War, which most people in the U.S. know nothing about it (it’s how we got Puerto Rico, Guam, Philippines, etc). That war is a classic example of how the warmongering U.S. media (led by William Randolph Hearst) convinced the general public that war was the only answer, and they did it while most Federal officials worked for a peaceful solution.

A peaceful solution was reached.  Spain promised Cuba independence and made other concessions, but a U.S. Navy ship exploded while off the coast of Cuba.  The mainstream U.S. media said the back stabbing Spanish did it, even though initial USN investigation said it was an accident.  The U.S. public demanded war, and the warmongering politicians overruled the doves and ‘war were declared’.  Investigations done during the 20th Century revealed that the USN ship had indeed gone down due to faulty design, not a sneak attack by the Spanish.

World War 3: Syria allows Arab League observers, and the Russian Navy, to come on in

Recently the Arab League voted to send observers into Syria, and the Syrian government agreed.  The Arab League wants to make sure civilians are not being unjustifiably targeted, in what is turning out to be a civil war.

But the Syrian government is also letting Russian military forces in.

According to Syrian media reports, the Russian navy will send ships to patrol Syrian territorial water.  The move is part of Russia’s desire to prevent ‘Western’ military aggression in Syria.

World War 3: Sarkozy & Obama caught calling Israeli leaders ‘liars’

“I can’t stand him!”-Nicolas Sarkozy, President of France

“You’re fed up with him, but I have to deal with him every day!”-Barack Obama, President of the United States

Who are these two presidents talking about, why Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, of course.

On November 7, at the G20 meeting in Cannes, a microphone between Sarkozy and Obama was left on, and recorded how they really feel about Israeli leaders.

French media say Sarkozy went so far as to call Netanyahu a “liar”!

World War 3: French lawyers to charge Sarkozy with War Crimes, French technology helped Gaddafi to escape

Lawyers in France accuse President Nicolas Sarkozy, of committing crimes against humanity.  The attorneys say they witnessed it with their own eyes in Libya: “They are using missiles with depleted uranium, which cause cancer. In Tripoli I saw people crippled by NATO attacks, office workers who have nothing to do with the fighting. That is why we are suing President Sarkozy for crimes against humanity.”-Jacques Verges, attorney

The attorneys say the NATO air strikes were against civilians to begin with, there were no military targets, only “Books, videos, Spiderman toys, cultural books, nothing military.”

One French attorney said the bombing of Libyan civilians by NATO is a tactic in the strategy to overthrow Gaddafi: “After five months of daily NATO bombs and thousands of deaths, people will stop supporting the [Gaddafi] regime, because they just can’t take it anymore.”-Marcel Ceccaldi, attorney

By the way such a policy of attacking the civilian population to undermine their support for their government, was created by Ulysses S. Grant and William Tecumseh Sherman, during the War Between the States (U.S. Civil War 1861-1865).  It’s still official U.S. military policy, it’s justified by using the term “dual use” targets.

Another French lawyer is so convinced of a conspiracy against Gaddafi, by France, that he’s willing to defend Gaddafi in court, if he’s ever caught:“If they find him they’ll kill him. Like Bin Laden. Some states are now claiming the right to kill, against all international law.”-Roland Dumas, former French Foreign Minister

To further complicate matters, new captured documents reveal that Gaddafi was sold a French modified armored German Mercedes 4×4, that has the capability to act as a military command & control center, and avoid tracking by NATO: “It’s a huge embarrassment for the French government, as it emerges that President Sarkozy sold, in 2008, a 3.5 million pound (U.S. $5.5 million) car to Colonel Gaddafi which has allowed him to escape. It is a state of the art armored vehicle. It’s equipped with a commander system which allows Colonel Gaddafi to keep in touch with his forces. But it is also equipped with an anti-tracking system which makes it impossible for NATO surveillance to pick up any signals, and indeed to locate and target the car.”-Nabila Ramdani, journalist/political analyst

It’s also becoming clear that part of the French desire to get rid of Gaddafi is partly because he backed out of military deals with France, in favor of deals with Russia: President Sarkozy was hoping to sell Colonel Gaddafi fighter jets, Rafale jets at that time, but the deal fell through when Colonel Gaddafi was able to buy those jets from Russia instead.”-Nabila Ramdani

International Criminal Court:  EUROPEAN UNION NOW ADMITS TO HELPING THE UNITED STATES COMMIT WAR CRIMES

France bans Muslim street prayers, Muslims like it, but there’s no room at the inn

September 16, France banned street prayers by Muslims.  French Muslims are upset because they were not told.  However, French Muslims are happy, ’cause they say they don’t like praying in the streets!

Islam has spread so much in France that there are not enough Mosques to accommodate everyone who shows up for Friday Prayers (I wonder why christians don’t have that problem).

One study said that France has 2,000 mosques, but needs at least 4,000 to accommodate all the Muslims who show up to pray.  Remember, France is a country that’s slightly smaller, geographically, than the U.S. state of Texas.

In Paris, officials tried to help by providing an abandoned military building as a Mosque, not everyone was happy: “We are still in the street. We are still without a roof. One hour before lunch time prayer, it was already full.”

“For me to pray in a place like this? It’s not for me. It’s a factory here, sir. They raise chickens next door. I’m sorry, but to respect Friday Prayers this is not an appropriate place.”

France has the largest Muslim population in Europe.
