Exceptional Failed State: Almost half of foreclosed homes in the U.S. still have families living in them!

CNNMoney citing RealtyTrac.com, saying 47% of supposed vacant foreclosed homes still have families living in them!   When you break it down by region, the real estate trends tracking company says places like Miami, Florida, and Los Angeles, California, have a 60% foreclosed home occupancy rate.

The conclusion is based on the fact that mail is still being received at many foreclosed homes.
