After hearing the latest intelligence reports about the Obama regime’s covert Nuclear Biological Chemical (NBC) activities Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered immediate inspections of all Russian NBC protective gear for civilian use, and to increase production of new protective equipment to counter the NBC threat from the United States.

In August, Russia revealed that the U.S. Department of Defense was building NBC labs in Ukraine, Kazakhstan as well as Georgia: “Such laboratories take years to build and require considerable financial resources and the highest possible technology available today.
