Local news reports now saying the suspect’s Infiniti is leased with out of state license plates. No gun was found in the car!

Dead woman driver had no forms of identification.

Infiniti might have been stopped by a in ground barricade that was operated by Capitol Police.  Cop wounded was wounded by that barricade, pics show the cop car damaged by barricade.
