A live reporter for independent local TV station, WUSA9, says area around Capitol Complex is still locked down.  He says police are going door to door in surrounding neighborhood.  This is after Capitol Police held press conference stating incident and lockdown are over.

Witnesses say the police rammed the suspect black Infiniti sedan with a cop car, then after the sedan stopped the cops blasted away at the occupants, at least eight shots fired into car.  The cop who rammed the Infiniti was wounded in the crash (this contradicts what was said at the press conference).
