It figures, like its neighbor to the south, Canadian leadership is rife with corruption.

Canada’s Auditor General, Michael Furguson, investigated how all the tax money for the War on Terror is being spent, and he found that $3.1 billion CAD is missing!

He got no explanation from the Canadian Treasury.  Canada’s crony Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, explained it away saying the money isn’t missing, it’s just a matter of how you categorize the tax dollars!
