In a Call to Decision 02 January 2013 interview with North Carolina State cop, Lieutenant McCoy, he stated that he believed three quarters of local law enforcement officials will fight any Federal Martial Law.

McCoy also implies that U.S. media reports focusing on shootings, and anti-gun propaganda is part of elitists’ plan to get the general public riled up, rioting in the streets, so Federal government can justify Martial Law.
